As I spoke up to see if I could be assisted, an older lady SLOWLY approached me with a serious face & asked what I was there for. I told her I was there for. 9am class but that unfortunately I had gotten lost on my way over. She said they had a 15mins Grace period, so I said ok, it has not been 15mins so if it was ok for me to join the class. She then stood there and looked at me. I had to ask if she could ask, she then walked SLOWLY over to the class and asked, & she stated they would no longer take me. Why then say they have a 15minute grace period, when in reality they don't. Makes no sense! I understand I was late, however I was still within the "grace period " Whatever !.. will definitely NOT be recommending nor will I ever return to this place!

After you finish your course you receive your certificate the next day which comes in handy especially if like myself you needed to renew ASAP. He is uplifting, kept my attention, and teaches BLS comprehensively and applicably. The class resources are accessible and useful in practice. The curriculum is in line with AHA guidelines. The cost is the most reasonable of the many I searched. As a plus, the location and classroom are visually amazing and comfortable. Parking appears to be metered street parking and paid public parking, so they do not validate. There is a public parking lot connected to the rear of the building for a fee of about 5 to 20 dollars. My class was on a Saturday, so there was plenty of parking. Plan to be there on time, as you may need to wait at the entrance door on Colorado Blvd, where the host will meet and show you to the classroom. I registered for this class directly through the American Red Cross website. I recommend this class and educator and will return.

For the first 8 days, we had a zoom lecture for 8hr/day with Corey. Hands down best instructor, was very informative and experienced in his field. Extremely kind and helpful as well. 10/10 for him! Clinical is where things got rough. Our instructor, Arman, was probably one of the most unprofessional instructors I have ever had. Always complaining and going on tangents and had the worst anger issues I have ever seen. I will not go into full detail but this was extreme unprofessionalism and unnecessary. Other good instructors were Vaughn and Victoria. Both amazing and helpful. Overall I had a good experience in this program, but if you get Arman for your instructor during clinical, please beware. You might be better off finding another school.
