You don't have to worry about dealing with all the insurance mess (waiting for approvals, tons of paperwork, etc.) and just pay a reasonable visit fee. I was in and out in 30 minutes with the prescription I needed. Thank you for having a simple, insurance free, quality care option into our area. I said "hold on let me tell you my symptoms", told her my symptoms and that "I also had spoke to the doctor on call the night before and she said to call first thing in the morning to get in". Lisa did not care. In a chipper condescending tone, she replied well if you can't wait for an appointment then go to the emergency room or find another doctor. So I saw another Physician's Assistant and asked for a prescription for a Dexcom 7. I am a Diabetic and have been without a Dexcom 6 or Dexcom 7 for a MONTH now, I am turning this business in to the Texas Medical Board!!!!! RUN away! Don"t walk! Never go to this business. The wait to see a Physician's Assistant (you never see a doctor!) is at least an hour!!! The desk staff are ignorant and are USELESS!!!!

I went back again and told her I had same problem, she changed prescription. I went back again and she did a swab and said I had infection but didn't need antibiotics. I went back again but saw a different doctor who referred me to ENT. Well, it turned out I had throat cancer. I wish Dr. Tran would've listened to me and referred me to ENT earlier I could've caught the cancer sooner. It is now December and I could've caught it in July.
