What a great landscape material supplier! Just a wonderful experience. We first visited in March just to look around and maybe get some prices. Right off the bat everyone was so helpful, never pushy, and they gave us great tips for our landscaping project, which is a long backyard walkway. Fast forward to this Saturday, we came back with the price sheet in hand and a few questions. Folks at Clearview answered our questions and gave more tips. Their tips always save you money, by the way. We ordered 4 different materials, about ~6.5 cubic yards total. Order placed on Saturday, arrived on Monday. On schedule and unloaded super quickly and neatly such that we still can park our car. Such a great and friendly experience all around for our first time ordering bulk materials that we highly recommend this supplier! The super-sacs are an extra cost, but not too much. They're convenient when ordering bulk materials that are different on the same truck. At the end of the day the prices with shipping are still very competitive, and you can't beat the service and professional advice. Clearview Nursery is the place to go for mulch blower truck service. We've been using them the past 2 years now on our mulch and gone are the days of wheel barrowing all weekend from a big pile in your driveway. After an hour or so it's all done and looks fantastic while saving you the sore back and frustrating weekend. They also blew in the soff' fall cedar chips to our children's playground. The folks at Clearview helped us pick out the stone with a sample of what we had in place, it was a perfect match! It was super easy to purchase a couple extra pieces of stone to finish the job. Delivery is great and even in today's delays there wasn't one at all with Clearview. When the stone was delivered, Kevin put it right at the site and saved us all the time of lugging the stone before placing it! Oh, Christmas Trees! Wow! Not the kind that usually buys pre-cut trees, but I couldn't resist! Their nobles are gorgeous! The colors are bright, no brown, dead spots in the middle, beautifully trimmed, and priced to be well within the market! BUT WAIT...they deliver! No, really, THEY DELIVER! Oh, happy day! And, when I say deliver, I mean really deliver! Like, up the stairs into my living room! And, they brought dog treats for Sophie the Wonder Dog! In other words, they actually listened to my daughter when she mentioned we had a dog! How cool is that? And...well, while we were there...I couldn't help but notice their rocks and landscaping stones, again, WOW! This place was awesome! Staff both in the office and the yard were helpful and friendly. Was able to get a half yard of the gravel I needed at a reasonable price, and a much better price than buying 0.8 cu/ft bags at the big box stores. Buyer beware!!! I bought some expensive decorative stone ($11.99 a bag) here and like most of us that are doing home projects you want to have too much rather than too little. I only needed 5 of the 8 bags so was planning to return the extra but the bottom of the receipt says: "ALL SALES FINAL. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES". Doesn't seem like a very customer service oriented business to me. read more

Extremely poor attitude by management. Bought a quantity of rock was told it would cover 16 square feet. Only covered nine. The driver said they would make it right. I called the only thing I got from management was a poor attitude. I was told if I needed to cover 16 square feet I would need to buy more. I think an estimate that is off by 50% is a bit shady. read more

Gave all of our business to them...until today. Ordered dirt for delivery between 3 and 5 so we could prep the ground with a tarp when we got home at 2:30. They called for directions and my husband verified that he was not home yet and the appointment was for 3-5 and would not be dumped early (thus the point of a service window, duh!) When we got home they had already dumped...in the gravel. Destroyed that part of our driveway and much of the topsoil will be lost amongst the gravel. When called to complain they said they were just as rude, denying saying it would come in the 3-5 time frame despite having the phone conversation just minutes before. The most unprofessional delivery service I have ever received. Office people had no admission of their mistake and just hung up on us Horrible experience with them! Snohomish customers beware--this is not the first negative review of their delivery service. read more

Using Clearview Nursery was a Colosseo Mistake!!!! After giving them our business for years, I will never give them another dime. We bought many yards of 5/8- rock. No one cleaned out the dirt from the load prior so when the truck went to unload/spread out 2 rows of 8x40 feet dirt had clogged the door on the right half so only a strip of 3ft came out for 40 ft with dirt in it. After the driver worked hard to get the door to swing open n try to scoop out as much of the dirt as possible the driver went back to spread the far right side. When doing so it then put a second layer down the middle. Then he had to dump the other side of 8x40ft.. the other half. By then no dirt was mixed with the rock but I then had to hand shove 4 feet of a high pour down the middle which took me about 4hrs of heavy shoveling till it was smooth n level. There is alway some taking and leveling but this was a different level. Not happy I called n talked to the manager. She said someone forgot to do a "clean out" before they loaded the gravel! Big mistake that hurt me not them! Dirt in my rock.. not good! Major uneven pour as well. She apologized and offered to not charge me the delivery fee the next order. I thanked the manager for trying to make things right as I told her what was next.. 8 yards of crushed asphalt over the 5/8- She said she would have their smaller truck come with 4 yards 2xs n spread 2 rows of 4 yards, 40 ft long so I would not have to do much shovel work. Today they came and NO not as she said!!!!..instead it was dumped into lg piles in a 20ft area on one side leaving me to shovel a 16x40 ft area with 8 yards of crushed asphalt. Tones of work for me! They did not spread it as told. The driver said the next load he would do better n put some at the end that he totally missed as well. He came back handed me my paperwork pulled back n dumped all 4 yrds in a 7ft area and kept driving! Unbelievable! When I called to talk to the same manager she did not care, they are not fixing anything! They blamed me for picking to do 2 sm truck loads vrs 1 lg truck that could spread easily. What.. that was not my choice but the managers choose and I trusted her to fix things n make them right! I never would know they even had different trucks that did different things. I paid for the product and the service and they failed in both! And do not care as they were paid! Their word means nothing which means I can't trust them to do as they say. I have a ton of work to do and I can't even trust they gave me 8 yrds at this point. So this is the first time for me to Yelp! I don't usually do this kind of thing but after giving my money to our local Nursery to support them n being treated this way.. it's time to Yelp loud n clear. In my experience they just don't care about the customer only the sale. All together I will have paid approx 1000.00 and needed to work with a shovel and rake for approx 12 hours after the came. I have spent 1000s of dollars there but no more. *DOING BUSINESS WITH CLEARVIEW NUSERY COST ME IN TIME AND MONEY, LEAVING ME WISHING I DID NOT GIVE THEM MY BUSINESS! They take your money and the don't care about the results. My experience of late is their dishonest, without integrity and poor management. Did me wrong last week and again today! Be warned that you don't experience the same with them. There is a lot of competition in the area. read more

We recently had 2 deliveries, gravel (5 yards) and then "PREMIUM" topsoil (6 yards). We have also had several deliveries in the past years. Gravel was great. The delivery fees were half price until the end of March so we decided to have dirt delivered also. When the truck started dumping I could see it was basically a big ball of MUD. I told the driver it wasn't spreadable and it was a load of s**t! He said it was wasn't covered like the other dirt, and that looks like a lot of work. Yep. I went into the office and said I wasn't happy with the product. He said it's rainy season, it is what it is. They weren't having any resolution, and I realized quickly that I was wasting my time. We have always had good experiences spending a lot of money there on gravel, dirt, rock, slate, and sand. Never again. We still have the load of premium dirt sitting on the driveway. At least tell the people calling in for deliveries the true product they are about to receive! read more

Knowledgeable, helpful customer service. There are a lot of products and materials to choose from. It is interesting just to walk the grounds - many design ideas and whimsical little things to discover. We ended up buying a large (1 1/2 ton) granite boulder that was delivered this morning. Big thumbs up to Cliff who made the delivery - he went above and beyond my expectations, placing and orienting the bolder. That was the biggest forklift I've ever seen and he maneuvered it like a boss. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING TO BE DELIVERED BY THIS COMPANY and here is why: My husband and I ordered 11 yards of 7/8" drain rock to be delivered today. When the delivery truck arrived it was less than half full. This is a 14 yard capacity truck according to the driver (12 yard capacity according to the Business Manager) we watched him dump it out on our driveway and were really surprised that the total amount appeared to be WAY SHORT of 11 yards. We even had a licensed contractor (working on our deck in the back yard) come out to eyeball the pile and give us his opinion. He confirmed that there was no way this was 11 yards. He said 9 yards at most but that was questionable too. I was even astonished that the truck driver even admitted the load looked short. We called the office manager to tell her the issue and it went downhill from there. Customer service is nonexsistant in this company sadly. After my husband explained the discrepancy to her she proceeded to disagree with him and it took her another 10 minutes of trying to explain to us that they never get complaints and all she could do was credit us for one yard of the material but that it couldn't be possible that the delivery was short because they NEVER GET ANY COMPLAINTS like this. Even with the confirmation of the driver saying it was short. We asked to speak to the owner and we were told he is only in one day a week and he would even be angry that she refunded the $30.00 for the yard (it actually cost us $38.00 per yard) but at this point there was nothing more they would do for us. Swell! My husband and I are both small business owners and it was clear to us that this business doesn't value new customers in the slightest. We told the manager we were prepared to purchase the rest of the materials for this large project we are in the middle of if they had handled this issue differently however we will never use them again or ever recommend them to anyone. Great place. I can spend a lot of time here looking at the stone as they have a pretty good selection. The office staff and yard crew are nice and helpful. They make it easy enough to get in and get out. My only complaint is that the wagons are pretty beat up but it is a stone yard. Prices are competitive as well. read more

Everyone talks about the customer service there but I don't understand why. The office manager was not helpful and extremely rude to me for no reason.
