If i could give Olek and his crew 10 stars i would. His crew does excellent work and pay attention to detail. They are prompt, courteous and on time. We liked the work City Bee did with our last project, so they were the first ones we called when we had something new we needed completed. This project was a much smaller one and was reinforcing and retreading the stairs, as the whole staircase moved when someone walked on it. They came out quick to take a look and provide an estimate, and then came back quick to knock out the work. Just as with last time their quality of work is fantastic (the stairs are now the only part of my house that doesn't squeak/creak), and the price was very reasonable. It's rare that you find contractors who are responsive, punctual, true to their estimate and good at their work! I was so happy to find City Bee via yelp and the whole experience of scheduling and getting the work done was professional and fast. They asked for videos/photos of the issues that needed fixing and gave clear estimates beforehand. They were also very flexible with their scheduling. Once the date arrived - they communicated when they were on their way and also contacted us before starting the work (i was getting work done remotely) Mike and Oleksander were great to work with, they were thorough and also fast, they completed all the work within the estimated timeframe. They do have a minimum charge per dispatch that included 3 hours of work. So if your work is minor then maybe go with another option. But for us, it worked out well as we had a bunch of things to fix around the apartment. Overall I am very pleased with their work and also professional communication and response time. I had someone come out for an estimate to replace a deck. He disclosed that he is the owner. Before leaving he told me that he'd get me an estimate. When I hadn't heard anything for 5 days I sent a friendly reminder requesting the estimate. Nine days after that email he still hasn't provided the promised estimate. How rude! read more

These guys are amazing! I had an exterminator come out and recommend I get a few areas of my house and crawlspace sealed up, so I requested a quote on Yelp around noon and they were here at 3pm with all the tools they needed and stayed until it was done. I was so impressed by their attention to detail and care for the situation. They worked quickly and did an amazing job, better than I could have ever hoped for! They were super professional and kept me updated throughout. They were also really sweet with my dogs! I'm a first time homeowner and didn't know much about what I needed, but they were able to provide reasonable recommendations and give me just the right amount of information. They ended up fixing two outdoor vents and repairing the wood around them, taking care of a root that was pushing my foundation in, re-aligning the foundation, and creating a secondary door into our crawlspace to prevent rodents from entering. I thought the price was very reasonable and was so impressed with how quickly they were able to come out and finish the job. They were very responsive and were one of the few contractors I reached out to that came to see the repair areas in person and gave detailed explanation on what they propose to do for the repairs. Their estimates were also very reasonable. Their communication throughout the project was really great, always text before they arrive to give a heads up and answered any questions I had. They were always on time and even worked late to get the repairs completed. They are very detail oriented and did a really good job cleaning up at the end of each day and left no mess behind.
