I searched on Yelp for somewhere to go and this place popped up. I have to agree with Benedict G. when he said it was hard to find. I was over on Armour driving up and down. I did find Sushi Deli 3 which I didn't know existed, and no, I didn't stop for lunch. I tried calling the number, but no one answered. I finally went into the repair shop to ask and they told me he was over on Balboa. They even had his card on their counter. You have to drive onto the Enterprise lot and just keep going toward the back and you will see the sign. But the space is small...one way in and out, and is shared with several other businesses. Osiel came out, told me to drive my car over toward their space, sprayed some magical mixture onto my engine and hosed it down with water. The engine almost looks new...not showroom new, but very clean. They also do detailing, inside and out. Great place to go and it took no more than 30 minutes. This place is a hidden, and believe me when I say hidden, gem.

Staff are trying to manage customers cutting the line, not displaying their membership sticker correctly, not following simple instructions for entering the wash, etc. During times like this we, the consumer, need to have patience for the employees that are simply trying to get us in and out of the wash in a timely manner. Despite informing your staff, who were also witnesses to the event, the individual was permitted to proceed. This, in itself, was not a significant concern. Subsequently, I was approached by Geno, a manager, who mistakenly believed I was addressing your employees disrespectfully. I clarified that my interaction was directed at the customer who had cut in line, and that I was merely the individual who chose to vocalize the issue. Despite my explanation, Geno sided with the other customer. Upon returning to my vehicle, I closed my window, which Geno perceived as an act of disrespect. He then attempted to impede my progress, insisting I lower my window for him to scan the barcode, despite the fact that the barcode is scanned externally. It appeared he was attempting to assert dominance in the situation. After multiple refusals, I opted to communicate with the Spanish-speaking employees, given my bilingual proficiency. They were understanding and helpful, and I was able to proceed. However, before I could depart, Geno, the manager, further threatened me and stated that my membership would be revoked. It took these two incompetent fools a day and a half to put my car on the diagnostic machine, bef calling me with an over $1100 estimate to change, mostly to change an oxygen sensor, and when I told the owner, Alex Macias, that it was too much, he immediately said he probably could do it for a lot less after all! These two corrupt creeps are straight scammers, right out of Tijuana, and both got very nasty and rude when I started asking them questions about the situation. They said they never have anyone question them about anything, and that I was the only one, and that I needed to leave so they could "get back to making money", although they didn't have any cars there to work on, mostly because most people never return after getting scammed, overcharged and insulted by these two slimy greaseballs They got livid with me for ASKING QUESTIONS ABOUT THEIR WORK, and what I needed on my car. I have never had any mechanics fly off the handle for simply asking about the work! I wouldn't let these two thieves change a tire, let alone do any actual work. He said to come back at 8am the next day and it would take 3 hours. I showed up a bit before 8am and Alex and his staff were all ready to go. I brought my laptop and was gonna wait at Starbucks or somewhere else nearby with wifi but he offered me a ride home. I accepted but he changed his mind and offered me a loaner car. I couldn't so no to a Mercedes so I drove home. Lovely lines. Smooth handling. It was my first time driving a Mercedes. My last 4 cars were Japanese economy cars. Less than 3 hours later I got a call to pick up my car. Alex showed me the work done. I was impressed by how good the car looked. There were still 3 scratches but the scuff marks were all gone. HR-V glistened so brightly. Inside was very clean too. Impressive I was only charged $100. Customer service, workmanship, and price at PB European and Imports was amazing. There are always plenty of clean towels for wiping down your car and dash afterwards. Because it shares a parking lot with In n' Out it can be a tad nutty to get in and out of the car wash around lunch and dinner times.
