He tried to use pictures from his phone to list our house with. They were awful. We had to request he pay for better ones, which he did. But I believe a good sellers agent wouldn't go cheap on first impressions on selling a home. He also listed our home for the wrong price. Listing it 100k below what he should. On top of it he missed a blames us completely for a mistake in the contract that has cost us thousands of dollars. He doesn't take ownership for his problems. Zero point in hiring someone who doesn't support you and be honest with you.
