STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE…read more I bought my Noffke house September of 2025 in Moses Lake and it is now January of 2026 and I had the absolute worst first time home buying experience imaginable. I don't even know where to begin. I go to move in and close in September and I walk in and my jaw about hit the floor. My house was a mess. All the moldings were missing and all my transition pieces were missing and my oven was sitting on rolling blocks in the middle of my living room. All the door hinges were rolled over with a paint roller. Dust and dirt everywhere. (See attached pictures) I had to fight and send several emails and text messages to even get my moldings installed...finally they installed them and they look like absolute garbage. (See attached pictures) Then the next nightmare...The dishwasher was supposed to be included in the purchase of the house (on the contract). It took me 3-4 months of several emails and being lied to with no resolution I finally had to HIRE AN ATTORNEY and draft a letter of intent to sue just to get my dishwasher. (It was installed less than 24 hours later of being served kind of ironic ) TO THIS DAY....I am still waiting for someone to come out and paint my moldings and put the missing ones up in my pantry as promised by Zach and finish the touch up work. I simply want the house I paid for FINISHED. Noffke has 2 weeks to respond or they will be served again and this time I will take them to the cleaners. Should be a real easy win. I did it once and I'll happily do it again.

When I reached out to Noffke they did come and check and confirmed what the inspector had found. I have reached out to they for months to pay for the repair with no response, and have now hired an attorney to sue them for the cost of the repair.Just an FYI if you google them you will see they are being sue by 2 other people.Please beware do not buy a homes or deal with Matt Noffke so you do not have to go through my experience.The h
