Overall a great experience to beat the heat (or rain) and have a play without too much crowd. I have played here 3 times already and the space looks wider and cleaner without the bins. Third court is on the way. Each court is enclosed all around with high nets which is a plus. The ceiling is low but decent enough for an indoor play. Scheduling is easy using app and they're open 24 hrs. Given the pros, there's still some helpful improvements for the best pickleball experience: -- have the lights enclosed for safety, or probably also change to LED lights for enhanced visibility and energy efficiency -- prefer to have the courts be more calming to the eyes by changing colors to green, blue, gray or whatever similar theme; the bright yellow combined with purple can be distracting or overwhelming. Besides, the floor shouldn't be same color with pickleballs since it's hard to determine when balls hit the lines or not -- for added fun, suggesting the addition of 2-3 professional grade Table tennis tables on the empty side. Very disappointing first experience at NoHo Pickleball. Our group played here yesterday for the first time, and a family member's car was scratched in the parking area. The driver involved struggled to maneuver her vehicle and needed assistance. When asked for identification and insurance information, she stated that she did not have a driver's license and provided an auto insurance document showing a 2025 expiration date. She was also rude and confrontational, even threatening to have our cars towed. The parking situation was already difficult, with U-Haul trucks making the area even more challenging to navigate. To make matters worse, the receptionist, who identified herself as a part owner, was dismissive and showed very poor customer service when we needed assistance. What should have been an enjoyable first visit turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. We will not be returning. read more

It's a little weird. Pickleball... inside a warehouse... next to bins of random stuff. But honestly, we loved it. My son and I usually play at Van Nuys Park, but it's crowded and brutal in the heat. This spot solves both problems. Fully indoors, high ceilings, solid flooring, clean lines and a legit net setup. The play was surprisingly good. Yes, you're kind of in a fishbowl. People shopping the bins will peek over while you're mid-rally. Didn't bother us at all. We were too busy going crazy for four intense games, complete with loud grunts on every hit and miss. They've got music playing, which keeps the energy up and they even offer decent paddles and balls if you don't bring your own. It's unexpected, a little chaotic and a lot of fun. And it's inexpensive. We'll definitely be back. Part of me wants to keep it a secret so we have it all to ourselves! read more

Obviously this person does not know how to drive , but still driving , dangerous to be even in the street. Making a reservation was easy. The second court recently opened so playing weekdays in the AM wasn't crowded. I was STUNNED. This is not a pickleball court, or any kind of sports facility. The "court" is literally painted lines and a rolling net in the middle of a bargain bin store. Actually inside the store. The only separation between you and the people hauling trash cans of overstock garbage is a transparent net. It's not disclosed anywhere on their website that this is the case, and when we asked for a refund of our $30 reservation fee, because we were not going to play there, the guy at the front said they "didn't promise us it WASN'T in the center of a bin store". They claim on the website that this is a premier facility that rivals private clubs, and that is frankly insane. Just look at the photos. read more

Great pickleball court! Well-lit, spacious. and with friendly staff. However, they have limited parking since this is also a uhaul parking space, which might be an issue if each of the player will bring their own car(they have two courts for now). Overall, my friends and I had fun! I will come back here again and will recommend this place to those who are looking for a covered pickleball court. The court is decent, but overall not the best indoor pickleball experience. I really wanted to support this facility, and while the staff were friendly, the facility itself needs improvement. The dusty conditions, lack of ventilation, and ongoing construction noise made playing less enjoyable. On top of that, repeated booking cancellations and poor communication made it difficult to plan games. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations. The court is okay and the staff are friendly, but there are a few major issues. 1. Poor ventilation and dusty environment The facility appears to be located inside what looks like a liquidation or thrift-store-type warehouse, with boxes and inventory stored throughout the space. Ventilation is inadequate, making the courts very hot and stuffy. The environment is also quite dusty, and by the end of each game, many of us found ourselves sneezing and feeling itchy. 2. Construction taking place during play They are currently building another court adjacent to the existing one. During our games, there was ongoing construction work, including floor removal and welding. The noise was extremely loud, distracting, and at times uncomfortable on the ears. The construction also created even more dust in an already dusty environment. What was disappointing is that there was no advance notice or advisory provided to players about the ongoing construction and its impact on the playing conditions. 3. Frequent booking cancellations (my biggest concern) My biggest issue with this facility is how they handle bookings. On one occasion, my reservation was canceled just one hour before our scheduled game due to a "pricing error." While I understand mistakes happen, I believe businesses should take responsibility for their own errors rather than inconveniencing customers at the last minute. We had already organized our schedules around that booking. What made it even more frustrating was that when I tried to rebook, the price appeared to be the same. They provided a promo code as compensation, but it didn't work. Then, for a second time, all of my bookings were canceled without any explanation at all. Planning court time requires coordinating multiple people's schedules, and these last-minute cancellations create unnecessary hassle and frustration. Because of these experiences, I would rather book at other indoor facilities that offer better playing conditions, proper ventilation, and more reliable booking management. read more
