On a random mid day stop to get some swings in, I discovered they have low arc softball!!!! Yes!!!!!!! I've been needing this to get tournament ready. I will definitely be finding some time to make my way to the valley to hit up these cages. By the way, pricing is currently $6 for 25 pitches or they offer booklets for better deals. The booklet is the way to go if you visit often. Of course they have numerous baseball cages at various speeds, as well as high arc softball. Helmets must be worn in all cages.

Honestly, it's been a few days and I'm still actually upset about the situation that I experienced…read morethere. A couple days ago I went in for what was my second time visiting this location. The first time around was actually a very positive experience and I look forward to returning, considering the fact that I live five minutes away . But two days ago I came in and the older Asian man or owner of the business was who was there. There was no hello or any type of greeting At least not at his part. All I was being asked was if I had been there before to which I replied yes . To my answer, all I received was a blank stare.. I tried to disregard it, and instead asked him after informing him that I was left-handed that I would be needing a left-handed set up . He still looked at me up and down like I was crazy, but I tried to be patient due to the fact that there was a bit of a language barrier . When I told him I needed one hour, I tried to peek at the clipboard with the pricing to which when he saw me do so he put his hand over the clipboard and covered it . Again, he had asked me and repeated if I had been here before . At this point, I was a little frustrated because I've already answered that question. And so I repeated a resounding yes . So he hesitates and then he tells me I will have to wait . Absolutely no problem with that . and after sitting for almost 25 minutes, he finally takes me over to a tea box that wasn't even being used. Oh wait, there's more . Thewas very little help in trying to set up . And from the looks of it, it looked like this gentleman didn't even know how the equipment works So after 20 minutes of trying to get the simulator to start working on my own . It was that I was able to finally get some practice. And if all of that wasn't enough at the end of my time, I was just gathering up all the balls for the next person .(just exercising a. Bit of golf etiquette.) this man came to snatch the shovel away from me. Now I understand we are living in some trying times . But given that this gentleman also has a language barrier as to imply that he's probably also an immigrant, the way I was made to feel like I wasn't welcomed and then made to wait the way I did seemed a little bit of unfair and unnecessary to me. It's safe to say that you guys have lost my business . And that I won't be returning. I know I might look like a Mexican from the ones you've been seeing on TV acting stupid. But let me assure you, we are not all the same . No hard feelings, but I'll never be back there again . I've only been golfing about a year and a half, and this is my worst experience since I found the sport

We called to see what…read moretype of beginner clubs they carry and Drew asked us all the pertinent information and went to see what they had on hand. He put his recommendations up at the front counter. We live in SCV and made a trip to North Hollywood based on our interaction over the phone with Drew. All the staff were friendly. We decided to get all three clubs and Drew helped us find a reasonable putter. He really encouraged me. I have recently taken a lesson and played a small par 3 course and would like to keep trying. Drew explained that if I want a full beginner set of clubs to bring back the ones I purchased within 90 days for a full store credit to be used for a set of clubs. You then have 1 year to upgrade that set with a full refund/store credit. They really encourage everyone giving golf a chance, which I find very enlightening. So far all my golfing experiences have been good and Drew and this Roger Dunn Golf Shop are on the top of the list.

I was asked if I wanted to share a cart with someone else, but there was no one else to share with, as our group was only three people. Despite that, I was charged $36, essentially paying for two seats instead of just one. The lack of communication and the way the situation was handled felt unprofessional and unnecessary. Hopefully management can improve customer service and be more transparent about cart fees in the future

It's alway easy coming here and there's alway a few open spaces but this day, completely packed. People left their clubs behind each spot to reserved their place until the individual was finished. It was about a 10 minute wait till the space was available. But throughout the whole time, the place was still busy with people waiting. That was for both the covered spot and non covered. Of course you have to head over to the clubhouse for a nice cold one afterwards. That too was quite busy on the patio. They served food, snacks and alcohol. It ls a nice spot for a quick load up on snacks and drinks for the course. Or a a nice cold drink afterwards. It's a nice neighborhood course and range. Plenty of parking which is a plus.

Subpar golf course…read more Bad cart "paths", was dirt a lot of the time. All the sand traps were just dirt, no actually sand. A lot of dry spots everywhere. And on top of that, water sprinkler turned on right at me. Missed me by a foot. It was 10am. They shouldn't be turning on the sprinklers at that time. Only positive was that the carts had ranges to the hole so I didn't have to keep guessing.

All you need is a wedge and putter. Only $3 during the week and $4 off peak. 25c to rent a club. The course itself is set in a park (Hornby Park). As a result there are people walking around and picnicking around the holes. It is not a place for the serious golfer, but a great place to take kids to get them started. Quite challenging as the greens are only about 10ft wide. There is rarely someone working here, so most of the time it will be free to play.
