Went to get regular polish done by a younger guy (don't know his name). He wasn't really listening to me, I had to repeat myself a lot (maybe just a language barrier) but besides that all I wanted was a solid color and top coat with normal polish (not gel or acrylic) and he took maybe 5 minutes with me total. He gave absolutely no time in between color coats or before the top coat (it wasn't gel so there's no light) even after I told him it needed to dry for a minute before putting a top coat on. They seemed ok at first but later noticed that each nail was full of bubbles and the top coat went on so fast that there wasn't enough on the brush and this made it feel rough and look streaky and some parts had no top coat on them. It was 12 dollars so I feel it was extremely rushed because I wanted something simple and cheaper. I am going to have to re-apply the top coat at home because it feels awful and doesn't look shiny at all. The texture is more like fake leather than a new polish. When you put that many layers on that quickly it all slides forward with the brush strokes so you can see ripples in them from that as well. I have done much better work at home on myself. The workers seemed nice but the man that did mine just rushed way too much and didn't seem to know enough about nail polish to know that you have to wait a few minutes for normal polish to dry, nor did he seem to be listening to me at all. I called in, having never been, and they were able to get me in immediately for a pedicure. I arrived and John was quick to get me settled and begin. I asked for the Noire Nail Bar Pedicure and he did wonderful work! He was so kind and polite, conscientious, and professional. His work is amazing and he was able to transform my garden stomping and chicken coop cleaning feet into a once-again feminine delight! While transforming said hooves, we both agreed that my hands weren't much better and I could really use a little love for my fingernails. I haven't had my nails done in years (I usually shellac them myself) and he was so good! He did gel nails, kept them short enough that I can still get all my outdoor chores done easily, and they just look really pretty now. He was efficient, extremely detailed, and they are exactly what I didn't know I wanted! His hospitality was equally on point! If you've been digging in your garden, chasing chickens, and running after dogs you may want to take a look at your hands and feet and see if John can do for you what he did for me! It made my day and I'm sure he'll do the same for you! When you go see him, tell him Holly said hi and give him a high-five! Six stars for John! read more

Terrible is the best way to describe this place.... Lucky to get one star .... Where do I start? The pedicure was fast, the scrub massage hurt, my cuticles were cut down so far they are probably going to get infected due to the condition of the salon. The man giving me my pedicure spoke to the other men there and was more focused on them than what he was doing! The stones were so hot and even after saying it was hot he still held them in place on my skin.... My manicure- I went in with no nail polish yet he still used the electrical filing drill and over filed my nail! He then used the same tools from my pedicure to trim my cuticles. I have 4 fingers that are hurting because he took off so much skin:( This tool was not sprayed or cleaned it was placed in a pencil holder after finishing. A teenager that worked there was putting together a chair, he kept picking his nose and walking around like nothing DISGUSTING! This pedi/mani was a treat for myself after months of not getting one and I regret wasting my money there! read more

I have always enjoyed coming to Noire! Sometimes they have a bit of a long wait, but that's just because people keep coming back! Even if I have to wait a bit, once they start they are typically very quick and get people out quickly. I've always like the finished product when my manicure is done. If you're nice and patient with your manicurist, they're more likely to be nice and patient with you, just like with any other business! read more

This place is horrible! We had an appointment for a pedicure and to get dip nails. My pedicure didn't come with everything the book said it would and it was awful. My toes look like a 5 year old painted them! My nails are just as bad and they cut both my hands and my toes. On top of all that, we were there for more than 3 hours! Definitely do not recommend! read more

Worst experience i've ever had. Cut my nails so short when I asked him not to cut them at all. Made them square instead of round. I did dip powder and there's a very noticeable messed up spot and he said he couldn't fix it that it was too late. Not to mention my appointment was at 2 and no one came to me until 2:45. Will NEVER be back and do not recommend this salon to anyone. read more

I came here with family and they seemed to be overwhelmed that we had a party of 6. The pedi part was good and i am okay with my toes. My nails weren't done that well considering the other places I have been. It was also very expensive since my nails weren't even done that well.
