I took my 23 year old daughter out for a nice little Morher daughter shopping trip and I told her that I wanted to treat her to a set of nails as a nice surprise. My daughter bites her fingernails horribly and she suffers wirh compulsive OCD that makes her do this. She is ashamed of how they look and she knows how bad and ugly her fingertips are. She is incredibly self conscious about their appearance and it embarrasses her. We figured that if she got fake nails put on, they would look nice and prevent her from biting her real ones. She was so excited! The 2 ladies who were working shamed and berated my daughter so horribly that she literally held back tears the whole time she was getting her nails put on. They had ZERO compassion or the capability or ..??.. just plain common decency to keep their opinions to themselves. I had stepped outside to make a phone call shortly after they took her back to start working on her, so I didn't get to hear the worst of it all until after we left and got in the car. My daughter broke down in tears as she told me all that the woman who did her nails had said to her when I wasn't around at first. I don't know if it's a cultural difference, or if they were just "Mean Girls", but they ruined what was going to be a special treat and a big splurge on our part. We will never be back. I went with my grandmother to get my nails done (gel manicure) on christmas eve and service was great, no complaints. A few days later I realized my nails started to turn a different color and looked so weird, my grandmother had also had several nails that chipped! So today we went back to get them fixed and they were so rude. The owner never apologized and tried to blame me for the way the nails looked. I usually never go to a nail salon to do my nails, but i decided to give it a try and boom i do not regret my decision.

When I came last week the service was great. I received a pedi, gel set, and eyebrow wax. I was not planning on getting a gel set but it was recommended to me by the nail technician. The gel set alone cost more than my pedicure and eyebrow wax at $40. Within a couple of days my nails started deteriorating. The gel was lifting up and my nails looked horrible! I returned after 6 days to get them taken off because I could not stand to look at my hand anymore. I showed my nails to several staff and even had pictures of how bad it looked days earlier. No one apologized and I was told I would have to pay $18 to get them removed. They were not willing to redo the set. To get them removed, my hands had to soaked in acetone. I asked if this was absolutely necessary because in the past it has always been done completely different. Instead of listening to me, the male from the front mentioned doing nails for 25 years, being licensed, and it's normal for the nails to look like this. Mind you, all of this is while talking over me, hardly letting me get a word in. I was so frustrated and got upset, never losing my cool but tearing up because I could not believe the type of service I was getting and how I was being talked at instead of talked to. I was told numerous times that I could go somewhere else but my hands had already been soaking and I just wanted them off. I have never felt so disrespected as a consumer in my entire life and I have never gotten a full set just for them to start lifting up DAYS within getting them done. Despite my positive first experience, I will never be back solely due to the service I received at my subsequent visit. If you ever decide to visit anyway, do yourself a favor and do not get a full set, especially gel because they will try to sell you and tell you it is better. read more

This was my 1st at this salon. I entered there wanting a pedicure and a fill in on my nails. We did the pedicure first. When I went to the table to do my nails the lady told me my total for the fill in would be $51. I just said wow. She said my pedicure was $30. I told her the prices were too high I would pay for the pedicure but didn't want any more services there. When I went to pay they charged me .75 cents to run my card. On top of the high prices this was the worse pedicure I've ever gotten. 1 toe nail is only half polished. They didn't bother cutting or cleaning up the sides of my toe nails. They are all uneven. The whole pedicure lasted about 15 mins. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never step foot in this place again and highly recommend every one to avoid going here!! read more

I received friendly service when I went in to get my spa pedicure and gel manicure. Three days later after getting the gel manicure (which usually lasts almost 2 weeks when I've gotten this done other places) the polish began chipping and peeling. I called to let them know about it and to see if I could receive a refund of some sort and they said that I could get a refund and get them redone when I got back from vacation. I told them I would not be back from vacation for at least a week and the manager assured me that I could come in and get them redone and get a partial refund. Throughout the first 5 days, the polish peeled completely off of 6 fingers without me doing anything to them. Unfortunately, I just left after going by there and they gave me only a five dollar refund and would not redo the manicure. I am not one to complain, but this was very poor service as they did not keep to their word. read more
