    Catfish and fries plate

The ladies were so kind. The food looked and tasted amazing. Definitely recommend checking them out. We will be keeping up with other events they are at and eating here again!

Omg the food was sooooooo good. I love cajun food but not all places can cook it. Most the time its overly salty or not enough flavor. The shrimp and fish was season to perfection and fried perfectly. She also gave me a cup of the lemonade to taste and it was sooooo good. It tasted the same way it did when I first got it, the next day. If you come across this food truck definitely give them a try you wont be disappointed

Went to pick up 2 king cakes (really good) and ended up ordering the whole menu. Was hosting a house shindig and April was gracious enough to provide more than enough food for around 30 guest. Huge pans of catfish, Cajun pasta, red beans and rice, jazzy grits, sautéed shrimp, chicken and sausage. The delivery was timely, pricing was very reasonable, the communication was easy and the food was great everyone loved everything and took leftovers home . Despite them being Saints fan (I'm a Bucs fan lol, I would absolutely highly recommend !!

Ordered an 8oz crawfish entoufee, boudin balls, and dirty dirty grilled cheese with fries. Although the wait was quite long, food was delicious. Really enjoyed all three dishes. I was a bit worried buying deep fried food because some establishments use old oil that leaves weird aftertaste. The boudin balls from Nola Bayou Bites did not have this aftertaste. I could tell from the smell that they didn't use old oil to fry the food. It only showed the owners care about the quality of their products. On the plus side, the ladies were friendly. I'm glad I tried Nola. Happy to support local businesses. I'm a fan and will be coming back for more. Wish they have gumbo tho.

Stopped in for a late lunch. I've been craving catfish. This was very good. Fries and boudin balls were too. Friendly folks running it. They were busy at 3pm on a Friday. I can see why after tasting everything.

If you are looking for a great meal, stop by Nola Bayou Bites food truck off of FM1103 and Brite rd. I was so excited for the beignets that as soon as my hubby got in the car with the bag, I just had to eat one right away! They were light, fluffy, and just the right amount of swsweet. The shrimp po boy was huge and shrimp was cooked perfectly. The fried chicken combo plate was delicious too. Those red beans were some of the best I've had and the chicken was crispy and juicy! The boudin balls were a great bite too. I'm soo full! Not pictured is their dirty rice--yummmm! Btw, you can call your order in so your drive/wait time can be planned! I sure wish we had some kind of food truck circle because we have some amazing eats in our area!

Nice food truck that serves Cajun foods- fried fish, boudin balls, poBoys, dirty rice. We had already had dinner, so we stopped to try some boudin balls-were spot-on! Aiiiieeeee! We'll be back for dinner soon. Their location changes, so check their FB page to see where they are.

Drinks were good but we waited two hours for our food and they said 45 mins it'd take. Our family was so upset and hungry.

(we live in san antonio) but... the experience this time was just ok, not fantastic. despite hubbie making reservations 3 weeks in advance, and restaurant knowing it was a celebratory occasion, we were seated at the very first table - which faces the entrance. awkward location. we pretty much ordered same meal as last time. mexican shrimp cocktail - sauce was very thick in an off putting way, but shrimp was fresh and nicely chilled. hubbie got shrimp & oysters with fries. he's not one to complain much, but he said all were a bit greasy & not as crispy as he'd like. i had shrimp, scallops & broccolini. plate came with not very well prepared broccoli - with no mention from server before or upon arrival of switch. how can broccoli be both under & over at same time? unsure, but parts were very hard and others too soft, so it went mostly uneaten. i would have asked for something else if id known they didnt have broccolini. scallops & shrimp were well prepared, but light, velvety sauce from last time was replaced with slightly "gloopy" and a bit greasy sauce, didnt look or taste very appealing. brussel sprouts were drenched in some type of mayo sauce that was not mentioned on the menu. so "crispy" brussel sprouts were soggy. SO... how much of this experience was on us? we didnt complain, we didnt send back, but we would have had to send EVERYTHING back and this was our anniversary. we are not that picky that every dish needs to be perfectly prepared to our liking. but for is to encounter a problem with every dish? maybe just a bad night. but i dont feel like we received the upscale experience we paid for. only one thing was as fantastic as we remembered - the creme brûlée!

Pretty good selection. Hard to choose what you want. I got the baked chicken and that was delicious. Can't go wrong at this place. There's only a couple of chairs since it's a gas station. Might be better to get your food to go if you can, but overall, even for a gas station, the place is very clean.

The line was consistent and the meats/seafood is cooked fresh, so there is a wait. Each plate was about $15, which is average. The portions were better than expected, which I appreciate and she made sure that I saw my plate contents before she bagged them up (extra credit on Customer Service) Now, about the taste ...I mean, overall, it was just OK!!! And, I really wanted to be "wow'd, " but it just wasn't. Though the fish was a large piece, it was just OK. The wings had a sweet seasoning on them, which I didn't care for. The collards were a bit too spicy for me. The Mac had too much cajun seasoning-plus, it wasn't baked . The Peach Cobbler didn't have enough juice or peaches in it, which made it kinda dry. Will we return...probably to try the oxtail & gumbo. Will it be a priority...probably not!
