I used to come here a lot and always got the bingsu. I haven't been in a while and went today I ordered a bungsu with cake batter ice cream. When I finally received my order I realized there was barely any ice cream and also the ice cream was not what I asked for I asked for cake batter and ice cream had chocolate chunks wasn't cake batter. I knocked and asked if I could get more ice cream and also asked if tht was cake batter and he asked again what ice cream I wanted then said that's our cake batter even tho I've had bingsu there before with cake batter and this was definitely not it. I used to come here a lot, like maybe 2-3x a week, but I stopped going so often recently because of the young workers. The young man seemed quite aggravated with me when I ordered Viet egg rolls one night, telling me, "Here," and walking away to go back to playing on his phone. It was rude and made me feel guilty for bothering them, so I've decided to no longer go back for right now. It sucks because I liked that I didn't have to go to Kenner or Metairie for boba or pho, but I'm going to have to waste my gas again. I would like to support the business again one day, but I'm going to stay away for a while and see if the service changes. This is a small a hidden gem in St Charles Parish ...The Pho is perfect !The prices are reasonable and service is always prompt.

What a find, doesn't look so appealing from outside, but inside appealing and decorated nicely. This place has lots of interesting boba menu items and ice dessert menu! Again, what a place!! Boba is best I had in Louisiana period!! Banmi combo was good as well with soft bread and lightly pickled fresh veggies, light pate de foil Gras. Chicken wings were freshly fried and organic sized. I'm not from this area so I was so excited to check them out. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I went with the lunch combo bánh mì & mango jasmine tea. There was a limited choice of drinks to choose from for the lunch special. I also added on a corndog to try because they're absolutely my favorite. When I received my drink I was dissatisfied with how my drink had mostly ice & very little tea. On the menu the mango tea was pictured with jelly topping but all I got was big cubes of mango that didn't even fit through the straw. The tea tasted like plain jasmine sweet tea, I didn't even taste mango. One of the workers was nice enough to add jelly to my drink. Which is why I gave this place a 3 star rating simply for the customer service. When I received my corndog it didn't have sugar like I requested. They had to go back & add sugar. Usually I'm not one to complain about these things but there were no customers in there the entire time I was there. The corndog was made with a thin skewer which was pretty flimsy. My mom liked their bánh mì I would recommend that but nothing else sadly. I really wanted to like this place. read more

I got a coconut milk tea!! Y'all it's Soo good!!!! It's really nice inside and the workers are nice. Normally I pay about $4.00 for tea and to add bobba makes it about $5.50 ish. Here I paid almost 8, so they are a little higher than others but it's good. Only negative is make sure you say light ice if you get the teas. I was done in like 4 sips because my cup was full of ice. read more

Very unhappy with the service. Requesting light ice in your drinks does not mean NO ICE. Taro drink has a lavender color, today looked like they just poured milk and boba, I had to ask to please make drinks right and the girl justified that it was the light ice, which it didn't make any sense. They are not courteous and sympathetic about customer's request; it's not that hard if they would have just a positive attitude. read more

We treat ourselves to nola Boba at least once a week. My only complaint is Tuesday! I hate when I want Oolong milk tea w boba and realize it's Tuesday and I have to wait till they open on Wednesday. Teas, Bahn Mi, Pho, Korean Corn Dogs, and Almond Croissants. It's wonderful. read more
