She did her job- no small talk or big talk. Just nails. The vibe is chic and super feminine with cute affirmations on the walls. I booked an individual lash service and eyebrow tint and wax as well at another appointment. I came to this nail salon, requesting pink and white full set, coffin shaped acrylic nails. The nail tech I received began applying the pink powder and by the time he finished applying the powder and nail shaping, the nails came out very un-proportionate and crooked. I did not feel comfortable continuing any further with the way these came out, so I respectfully advised the receptionist that I do not feel comfortable continuing, and that I would like to discontinue. She offered to fix them for me, which I thanked her, and I gave her the opportunity to try and fix them but unfortunately they were just not at all what I asked for, after all the reshaping, the length got even shorter, and it was not at all what I asked for so I advised her I would still like to discontinue and she said to leave the nails with only powder, no clear coat or polish, will be 60$... I advised her respectfully I will not be paying $60 for a terrible job and unfinished service considering there was no clearcoat or polish applied. So I requested her that she removed them. She clipped the tips off and told me it's gonna be $30 to remove the rest of the horrible work they put on my fingers. I walked out of there and left the chopped nails on my fingers, went home and made a pretty set out of them with some clippers, nail files and a polish. Definitely do not recommend this place. He did a horrible job, he did not put any effort into my pedicure, nor did he cut my cuticles properly, he did not scrub my soles correctly left so much Calluses and dead skin. Worse service and ridiculous pricing that they make up as they go. I have a summer home in this area and I needed two nails fixed. I called and requested an appointment and inquired about the price. The mam on the phone said it would be $15 to have 2 nails repaired with the UV builder gel. Upon arriving at the salon I checked in and was told to wait. A woman informed me that the price was actually $25 because they considered my nails long. I explained that the man on the phone told me $15 for 2 nails. She went on to say $7.50 is the base price and it goes up depending on the length and style. I explained to her that $25 for 2 nails is a ridiculous price and that in long island I only pay $45 for a full set. I was desperate so I ended up staying and paying. The nail tech did a terrible job!!! Not only did she first argue woth me and try to put acrylic on my nails but she also didnt file them well and I had to correct. I paid and left! 2 days later I get out of the pool and I the uv gel coating and polish had vanished and I was left woth the plastic tip. I dont even know how this is possible. When I arrived I checked in and told them it was my first time at the salon... well after speaking to each other in Korean they had an older lady service me instead which she was very nice but I didn't get the massage I needed or a good foot scrub. The worst part of the visit was how RUDE I believe she's owner was I think her name is Kimmie she sits next to the front desk next to Kevin. I was interested in the lash extensions and she rolled her eyes at me and brushed me off, she's very unprofessional and a bougie want a be. Super cute and clean salon. i really liked that they used new tool for every person straight out of a sterile bag because i've had bad experiences getting my toes done with dirty tools. the only reason they don't get 5 stars is because she forgot to give me a massage with my pedicure and at the end she only rubbed some lotion on me for like 2 seconds and called it a day which kinda sucks because the massage is my favorite part of the pedicure experience. other than that, they did a great job and i really enjoyed getting my pedicure here. will definitely be back and will be giving them another chance at the massage read more

this is the worst nail salon in south Florida. it is dirty and the customer service is awful. the skill sets of the nail techs is poor at best. their website shows all these great nail designs. it is false advertisement. I wanted valentines nails and the woman doing them couldn't make 1 consistent simple heart. I showed her the picture and she said she could do it. after 30 minutes of her trying I asked someone else to do it but I was so frustrated with the young girl who allegedly manages the front desk was too busy getting her nails done to care about what was going in the salon. beware of this low talent, no skill salon who does not care about their customers. quite honestly it should be shut down by the board of health too for how dirty and nasty it is. read more

Extremely disappointed in my experience. Their pedi's are way overpriced for the quality, Opi is a upcharge, and QUALITY of the nail techs just sucks. This guy did my pedi and when he was done, there was so much space between the polish on my nails and my skin (like if it's time for a pedi @ 3 weeks). I felt so embarrassed to say something to the manager but had to, she took everything off to redo it.. ended in a mediocre job. Wanted nothing more than to just get out of there. I called and scheduled an appointment for dip with soak off $43.00 and a classic pedicure $29.00. I told Kimmie that I did not want the technician I had previously since I was not happy with her work. When I walked in I placed with the same technician from previous appt. So I was not pleased but thought let me give her another try and not complain.... On to pedicure, I came in with my nails already filed since last time I was given an attitude when I asked for the tech to square them off....Pedicure was a few dollars more than I have paid in the past and not a very good one for the second time... Now onto the payment, I was charged over $90 dollars for classic pedicure and dip... I felt like I was definitely taking advantage of... Everything is a upcharge...Filing of nails upcharge, cutting of nails upcharge I also received a matte top coat $8.00 up charge.. Since when are nails and toes close to $100.00 I will never go back such a rip off.. If you go I suggest getting the price up front so there are no hidden fees at the end.. I've used different technicians and they're all great. Everyone is very nice and the atmosphere is really positive. I never had dip but I got them done for an event and I loved them so much I've continued to maintain it. It's super clean also. HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE !!!!! I showed them a picture of a set of nails I wanted and was told they could do it. The picture I showed was a nude set with chrome tips. This man put some ugly red color on and by the time I looked over And noticed he had done 2 nails already so I just let it slide bc I know it would have been hard to remove at this point. After laying the acrylic he then realizes they DO NOT have the chrome like I showed them in the picture so now I am stuck with this ugly color I did not want. Again, I try to be reasonable and tell them to just add a couple little stones to one nail. After all their mess ups they still charged me full price and even tried charging $5 extra for "coffin" shape , which is funny bc the picture I showed were square nails and I never asked for the ugly "coffin" shape he did. I left very unsatisfied but figured I could deal with it for a week or 2. By the end of the day my nails looked absolutely horrible I couldn't stop staring at them with disappointment (I will add a picture). I went back the next morning to see if there was anything they could do to fix how terrible they looked. They told me they would not fix the issue and said if I wanted a refund I needed sit there and let him soak off my nails or he wasn't giving my money back. Went to Nola nails due to my usual salon being closed due to vacation. First off the prices are much higher then most other nail salons in the area but I'm willing to pay if I'm receiving my money's worth which I absolutely didn't receive. The pedicure was quick and didn't put forth much attention to detail, and just let me soak in cold water and after it all just put the lotion on my legs no real rub or anything of the sorts. My nexgen manicure was quite different then any other one I have ever had and I get my nails done every 3 weeks. Again no real attention was provided it felt more like she was trying to get me in and out. So she did everything fast and rough. After pointing out several times my nails not being even I just decided to roll with it, so some of my nails are thicker, longer and shorter then others, to which of course she said there all even and continued to disregard me. the best way to describe my whole experience was rushed and lacking attention to detail. Wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend to anyone else, theirs way to many nail salons in the area to pay that kind of money and get that kind of service and experience. read more

if you ever want to go to a chop shop, this is the perfect place! They have a nice building with new equipment and a fancy welcome iPad screen along with really BAD NAIL TECHNICIANS who don't care if they do a bad job. They love to book appointments yet don't even know the true meaning of an appointment! the paint chips off within days and the pedicure was the worst pedicure ever.
