Don't call this company if you have a metal roof! Very disappointing experience. We scheduled a consultation for a metal roof leak and sun tunnels. The representative arrived late, spent nearly two hours mostly off-topic, and promised an estimate that never came. After two weeks, I called and scheduled a follow-up. Again, they were late with no communication. When he finally arrived, we were told it would be best to replace the entire roof rather than address the leak, without any meaningful assessment or estimate. DO NOT SIGN ANY PAPER FOR NOLANDS TO GIVE YOU A QUOTE as they have an exclusive clause in there that you can only work with them and they can charge you any amount they want when getting involved in insurance claim. You are writing them a blank check to do your roof. We had serious hail damage and Noland's had promised that they could get the insurance to cover the replacement cost of a new roof and legal fees if needed. Our claim was fraudulently denied by State Farm so Noland's recommended attorneys to use to fight insurance and then over charged us for the roof by several thousand dollars. We had many other quotes from reputable roofers that were all way less than what Noland's was forcing us to pay or would put lien on our house. All we wanted was to be treated fairly like all our neighbors who got new roofs with only paying their deductible but felt we were being extorted for extra money by Noland's. Nolands roofing replaced our roof in spring of 2021, less than 5 years ago. We discovered a leak and called and after two visits, they were able to locate the source and made a "temporary fix" and would call back to schedule the permanent repair. They never called. When I called them they said that the project manager has now decided that the damage was from something hitting the roof and not the initial workmanship. When they initially installed the roof they damaged the stucco on my house and tried to say it was preexisting, luckily I had pictures from before to prove this wasn't the case and only got the repair after filling a BBB report. The project manager was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone but he is supposedly the one who is certain this isn't from the initial workmanship. A roof should be able to withstand the elements more than four years, they will not honor their warranty so buyer beware. Your roof may only last 4 years read more

If I had to hire someone to install my rain gutters and downspouts again, I would not consider Noland's Roofing. My experience with them was not pleasant. The roofer showed up on the day we agreed on, couple hours later the crew took off. The project left unfinished. I had to call the office and a different crew came out to finish the project. A lot of frustrations for not knowing what happened there. The explained to me that they used a 3rd party contractor. Not only the contractor was very unprofessional and they did such a poor job, the downspouts were incorrectly installed. They were far off the ground. They also quoted me 8 spouts and I ended up getting 7 installed at my house. They couldn't explain why.... I did not have a good experience with this company. The Sales representative who came to my home was named Raymond. He told me he was a Christian and promised me that I would not have to pay anything to have the roof replaced. I had already started the process with my insurance company and they had sent me the initial check and I advised Raymond that they told me I would have to pay the deductible. Raymond continued to promise me that I would not have to pay anything and that they do this all the time and get the insurance company to pay the whole cost. I told him, I would only agree to having it replaced if I did not have to pay anything because I could not afford to pay a deductible at this time. Anyway, after the roof was replaced first they left the dumpster in front of my house for 5 days. I called and called and finally someone came to remove it. Then the company kept sending me emails about the deductible. I kept trying to reach Raymond, who then basically ghosted me until I reached out to someone at the main office. I was told that his supervisor would call me but that didnt happen. Raymond finally called me and then tried to blame it on the insurance company as to why I am stuck paying the deductible which the insurance company told me was not true. Please do not buy his lie about being a Christian. I am a Christian and I would never use this tactic to trick someone into agreeing to do something that they clearly could not afford. read more

Judy McFadden I chose Nolands because my first encounter with them was very positive. They were professional and I felt very comfortable having them replace my roof. The day of installation, the crew arrived very early in the morning. The old roof was removed and the new roof was on before they left that day. Shout out to Hector Alanis who was on the job making sure everything went smoothly. He also went out of his way to make sure that the vent pipes were returned to their original condition along with a few other things. Approximately 6years ago I was referred by a friend to use Nolan's Roofing Company. The shingles that was put on my house is so thin, We just had the rain and the wind from hurricane Helena and my shingles were blown off. That's unbelievable the cheap material that they put on a person's house and charge them the price that they charge. Not only that the roof turned black and when it rains the blackness from the roof runs down on my house. My ro was blue about a year later it turned black. this company takea advantage of people that are already struggling . one of their sales representatives came to my mother told her that he'd fix her roof for free , she declined multiple times telling him that it's just something she could not afford at all right now .. but he insisted that he'd do it at no cost to her & if the company tried to audit her he'd figure it out to have the company or himself cover the costs for her . She's a very busy lady in a single parent house hold with 3 children so she quickly signed the contract to get the free help she was offered . unbeknownst to her the sales representative was a lair, the company said they don't go by the representative and are charging her $8,000.. there is literally no way she'd be able to pay that in under 90 days . we live pay check to pay check , and things are only getting more and more expensive. What an awful first impression from this business. The sales rep did not follow through with what was asked to be accomplished. Confirmed to receiving the requested and acknowledged the color and details.... NEVER followed through and made the contract reflect the selected. The roofers, an excellent group of men, whom arrived punctually, were very cordial and got right to work. Their work was detailed and quite remarkable. They were respectful of our property and time. In what seems less than a days work they finished the roof and were diligently cleaning and sweeping for nails and then at one point even double checking with all of them walking around picking up anything that was not supposed to be there. They are fantastic, It was a very hard working group of roofers. The issue is more with Noland's roofing as the company who sent the sales person who did not do the details of the roof as requested, due to not communicating it to the office who sets the contract and what not (their words...) they send a contractor who would leave the dumpster on our property while the streets were being resurfaced, tar... etc. Violating the agreed upon date for delivery of the dump truck. In the videos of the community, you can see the roads closed off and it clear communication of the work that had been done to the roads. Asking to respect and not drive on them, the dumpster driver deliberately moves and even drives onto someone else's property to go Through the cones closing the roads, disrupts all the work done, disrupts the tar set on the road onto our drive way as well and then leaves the dumpster and rolls away yet again disrupting the roads... when contacted about this issue, the response obtained was, "it's a new contractor, and we will address and take responsibility of the issues caused." When reached out about the requested and what we confirmed for the facia and other details regarding our roof, an apology was extended and we were advised "the work was done and we want you to be 100% happy, so we can undo all the work the roofers have done, rip all that out and start again." Needless to say that was Not an option for us because it should have been done correctly from the beginning. When looking inside we could see the damage already from ripping it all out and getting it all set down and in... it was questionable to think the whole redoing process suggestion would not hinder it more... To add insult to it all.. Alisha the accounts receivable associate reaches out to say the roof is done so now pay the remainder balance... the messed up drive way was still as they cause it to be... the surrounding road to the house was still as the dumpster driver left it ... and we were waiting for our county official to confirm the work was approved and final inspection to pass. Then the mail via USPS was sent, then the text messages.... We advised we were negotiating a final payment form our insurance and that the promise to fix what had been messed up by the contractor still had not taken place... Once the insurance and us were able to finalize it all we would send payment via check. The disappointment with the company, and reps in question was such that we did not even finish the work we had originally intended to do with Noland's roofing... Decided to go another route and find a better fitting establishment. Professionally, the roofers who actually did the work and put in the roof, are OUTSTANDING! Excellent work and the attention to detail, the respect, the job itself... EXCELLENT. Noland's Roofing management and associates, contractor ... all those other we have encountered ... bad, just awful and poor practice of common curtesy and not at all what was expected of a family owned, local business of well over a decade in business... read more

I posted a negative review two days ago regarding gutter guards that were not working. I had complained to some lower level employees who basically told me too bad, live with it. It finally got to management and they sent someone out who met with me and resolved the issue! It is too bad that bad feelings had to take place before this got taken care of. Noland's did a five star job on my roof from the very beginning! They were extremely professional, did a great job on the roof and did a great job cleaning up! Noland's replaced my roof in January 2022. They failed to complete the gutters and resulted in a collapsed porch roof. We have contacted them on numerous occasions and can't even get a call back much less the damage they caused repaired. I would highly warn anyone from using this company. Approximately 6-8 years ago, Noland's Roofing Company was recommended to me by a close friend. After Noland roofing installed a new roof, I always questioned why Noland's Roofing did not install a new skylight. The original skylight when my home was built in 1999 remained. In addition, the left hand corner of my garage ceiling began to leak and cause water stains every time it rained. In 2022: still under warranty, Noland's roofing had to repair the shingles and the leaking section of the roof above my garage 3 times in less than 2 weeks- the repairs were not done properly. They sent a contractor to repair and paint the damaged dry wall in my garage. That job was well done! In 2020, a squirrel gained access into my attic through an improperly sealed section of my roof by Noland's Roofing. I received confirmation of this after I hired the Animal Wildlife Company to seal all the openings in the corner edges of windows, roof over garage and skylight areas on my roof. An employee from Animal Wildlife removed the deceased squirrel. April. 25, 2023, a historic Hail Storm damaged my skylight and roof. Brain from Noland's roofing failed to put in a prompt work order to have a tarp installed on my broken skylight to prevent any leaking from the rain. Brian stated, "You have to pay $2,500.00 if you want your skylight replaced and $740.00 if you want a tarp installed on your broken skylight until the roofing repairs begin(s).." Shockingly, I am still under warranty contract. Unfortunately, this did not prevent Brain from creating new contract for $25,,000.00 which I did not sign because my roof was still under warranty. I called to speak to the owner. The Manager, Destiny, was unprofessional and refused to allow me to speak to the owner. In addition, she hung up the telephone on me. Destiny was uncooperative, unprofessional and she did not address any of my concerns regarding the warranty and incomplete/improper roof repair that was done approximately 6-8 years ago. I do not recommend anyone to use this roofing company for roof repairs/projects. I believe this is not a customer friendly business. Based upon my experience, they were not honest and they over charged me with low quality materials and services. We decided to go with Noland's roofing. They were extremely professional, cleaned up well after themselves, were easy to work with and our roof looks great. They interfaced with us and our insurance company well. Complicating matters for our roof was that we had solar panels that needed our contract company to remove/reinstall, and even that went much better than expected. The workers and their performance was excellent! HOWEVER, be sure to read ALL the fine print before you sign. We paid up front for the amount we contracted for. The VP signed an affidavit that the account was paid in full as we sold our house. Their "accounting" department later billed us for additional money that the insurance company reimbursed us. They added on several thousand dollars to the original signed contract. Buried in the contract is a phrase that basically says they get all insurance money even it they have been paid in full They want more. The "accounting" manager was rude, speaking over any attempt to communicate. We were threatened with a lien being put on the property we no longer own, which would have impacted the new owner. We caved into this unethical demand but wanted other to be sure they read the fine print! read more

I have used Noland's roofing from Clermont twice in the past ten years (different homes). Nolands has always been professional and on time taking all the stress of roofing from me. This last time Greg Noland was at my home in Stonecrest while I was having chest pain (having just arrived home from having a cardiac procedure) I told Greg he would have to finish the paperwork as i need to go (by ambulance) to the hospital- Greg stayed with me until EMS arrived. Yesterday (11-15-22) my new roof was installed at my home in Stonecrest-- as usual everything was done professionally- Today Noland's "runner" Mike stopped by to pickup extra materials and remove the old gutters - Mike took great pride in his work and is a credit to Noland's - I would not hesitate to recommend Noland's to anyone needing a new roof. read more

Pros: Very responsive, will come out there, and get you an estimate ASAP, has an office, doesn't mind doing paperwork, and will respond to their web-forms, and it seems like they do do top-notch work but I can't vouch for that completely because I didn't have them do work. Cons: Showed up with three people for estimate which was a bit overwhelming, wanted a somewhat outlandish amount for an estimate like $14+, which was almost as much as Roof Commander but without selling me a warranty, when I had gotten estimates in the like $7,500-$9,500 range. Found a way to remove some of the items from the estimate which would've brought the price down about $3,000, then was told/convinced that oh well it's actually $2,000 less. Seemed kind of unfair/shiesty. I guess we just had two different approaches or mentalities. read more

Noland's Roofing stands by their work. I bought my house 3/2022. The roof was 2 years old. In September 2022 I found a leak over the garage. Noland's had installed the roof, so I called them and learned the previous owner did not get a warranty for a new owner. With no choice but to fix it, my file was marked "Urgent" (roof leak, rainy season) and an inspector was scheduled. Etzio inspected the leak, inside and out, took pictures, patiently explained what needed to be done, gave me his estimate, and said the office would call me. Nicki called to schedule the repair for 2 days later. After hanging up, I realized we hadn't confirmed a price and called her back. My jaw dropped when she said, "We're not charging you." I told her how grateful I was, but had to know, "Why?" Nicki said, "It should have been done right the first time." Every person I spoke with was patient, professional, courteous, kind, and knowledgeable. Thank you so much Anarisa, Renee, Nicki, Etzio, and Gabby. AWFUL!, Terrible! use anyone else. They put the wrong color roof on the house, absolutely awful color. Now have to live with a bright orange roof for 20 years. They filed a second claim on home owners insurance and told me after the fact. Then kept sending an additional bill. no communication, NONE. When i told them i was not paying them another dime, they reported that nothing in the file shows the wrong color roof was placed. I said fine, I'm going to go on and leave a review on every site i can get on, Veronica refused to take payment by phone because I was threatening her, I was threatening her????? telling you i am going to leave a terrible review was a promise not a threat.
