I have typically loved my experience at Nolen Nail Spa, but the last nail tech I got cut my toe, which is still hurting over a day later, and honestly has me concerned that something is wrong, and then was very short with me. She told me they didn't have certain colors (a basic sheer pink), and then when I opted for a gel, the salon upcharged me $25.00, as I guess it was a specific type of gel, but no one told me that when I selected it. I have been coming here for years and they use to be really good however over the last few months it has been incident after incident especially since my regular lady moved away. The inconsistency of the customer service and the quality of work is lacking. I won't be returning. What really iced the cake for me was having an 11am appt and they didn't start on me until 11:25. Once the guy (Max) ran my water, he left me sitting while he went and cleaned and performed other tasks. When I brought it to the managers attention she acted careless as normal like her employees do no wrong. This place has a real big issue with taking accountability and I can get a pedicure ANYWHERE! I'm really particular about my nails. This location is closer than my go to place in Brentwood so I thought I would give it a try before Christmas. Loved my nails and the shape/manicure was awesome (my own nails & dip). Booked the same girl for today and it's like it was her first nail appointment. None of my nails are the same shape, I still have my previous nail color all over my hands (she didn't clean it up) and my current nail color looks awful with multiple smudges. I even went in to get it fixed but upon further inspection, it's still smudged and overall really poor quality dip job. For $70 & a 20% tip you really expect better quality. Go here at your own risk. Most expensive manicure and pedicure I've ever received. They charged for additional services that most places wouldn't charge for. I usually get a dip manicure, with spa pedicure with gel and it usually runs me about $75.00 and at Nolen Nail Spa it was a total of $106.00 not including tip. I would of been fine if the quality was there, but my manicure is terrible. My neighbor joked with me that I had elephant nails. Parts were not completed and some nails don't cover all of the nail. After one week, they're already chipping. I won't go back. read more

I've been going to Nolen Nail Spa for a few years, and won't go anywhere else! The consistency in quality is always spot on, no matter what service I get. Tam did my permanent eyeliner (have had annual touch ups now twice, and it is truly the BEST money I've ever spent) and nano brows. She did an amazing job and it looks so natural. An added bonus- my fiancé loves getting pedicures here. read more

I do not think I have ever written a review about anything in my life, but after my terrible experience I feel like I would do other mother's a disservice by not speaking out. I was a long time client of this salon. I have spent countless hours and my hard earned money to get waxes lashes and nails done over the years. I could not find a sitter so I brought my newborn baby with me for the first time. I called and asked if that was ok. They said yes. He slept during the entire pedicure but started to cry while a male tech was doing my nails. I had to give him a bottle and shake his carseat. This went on for a few minutes. The tech Donnie suddenly jumps up and says he will not do my nails because of this. He says he is done. He gets up and walks out to the back where he and the staff start laughing. The owner sees this all. She says she will get another tech to do my nails. Then she says the other tech refuses because I have my baby. I burst into tears. All I needed was a quick moment to get my baby quiet. Anywho. The owner shows no sympathy considering how great of a customer I have been over the years. I called another salon in the area who gladly provided my service WITH the baby. I say that to say avoid this place. The spirit is mean. They have no shame. Just awful! I will never return. I had my first visit here today. I'll start off by saying that the ladies that work here are very sweet and have good customer service as well as the nail salon is beautiful and very clean. My only complaint about this place was the quality of what you are getting based off the price you pay. I paid $70 before tip for a lavender foot scrub with gel nail polish. The girl cut my nails super short and crooked (they didn't even need to be cut they were already trimmed and shaped prior to the appointment) and the gel on my toes looks super bubbly and just not very good. I honestly do a better job myself but came for an early Mother's Day gift and do not see myself coming back here which is a shame because I really liked the staff!! read more

Came into this salon for the first time and I have to say I am very impressed!! I drove all the way from Franklin to visit this gem based off the great reviews! It was 100% worth it! Cindy did my pedicure, and really took the time to make sure my feet were pampered and polished. The massage that she gave was great! The owner, Tam, did my dip and she made sure I was happy with the nail shape as well as the color. She was very sweet and did an incredible job. I am very picky about having my nail polish as close to the cuticle and she did exactly as I asked! I have been to a couple of salons in the area and they did not take their time nor get to know me like this salon did. The inside of the salon is absolutely beautiful and very modern. They have lots of color choices and the receptionist made sure I found what I wanted. I have finally found my go to spot! I highly recommend this nail salon. read more

They charged me 8$ each for a matte nail on each hand and it's not matte. Very poor job. Le was very rude and kept a frown the entire time. She and another technician spoke loudly in another language as if they were hiding a conversation. Clearly they would have spoke English if that were not the case.
