Negative stars!!! The owner is a nasty son of a bitch. My husband's truck broke down, our insurance company contacted them to tow my husbands truck back home to our mechanic. He told my husband one price, texted him a different price, so my husband just wanted to clarify what the discrepancy was and the owner was nasty. Cancelled the tow on us and hung up. My husband called back saying that he wasn't mad and we still wanted the tow, he just wanted to understand the difference off the prices, which differed by almost $100 and he yelled at my husband and hung up again. I would give less than 1 star if that were an option. While some individuals I interacted with were helpful, one particularly negative experience overshadowed everything else. Initially, we were told that their company would handle everything directly through the insurance provider, so we wouldn't need to worry. However, we were later contacted and told that a police release form was required. When I called to get clarification, the representative I spoke with was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of explaining what was needed, he accused me of being difficult and refused to provide clear guidance. I made multiple attempts to understand the requirements, but the conversation went nowhere. It was frustrating and unnecessarily stressful during an already difficult situation. I would strongly recommend improving communication and customer service. Based on my experience, I would hesitate to use this company again. read more

Claimed they took before and after pictures which they didn't take anything of the spoiler just a general top view, because I have my front home cameras that recorded it! This place is the freaking worst. I requested a tow, and they told me it would take around 80 minutes to pick up my car. Fine -- I waited. Then I got a notice saying they were arriving soon, but when I called to confirm, they said it would actually be another 45 minutes! I said okay, and then they just canceled my request out of nowhere. Mind you -- they're only 7 minutes away from where I was! I had already paid for the service, and they still didn't show up or even try to make it right. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. At least I know its not just me. I wish I could give negative stars I wanted to read the reviews before I even wrote mine. THe great part I can say about them is at least they are consistently a horrendous towing company. DONT USE THEM! I will go one every platform and repeat this so if people have an option, they know not to use them. Long story short, I went through my car shield and the called them for road side assistance. It was the hottest day of over 100 degrees so when my car broke down from over heating obviously I couldnt keep it running (they werent getting to us for an hour). He came a little past that but I gave some leeway for that. Luckily I have a wrangler that has two panels on the front that takes about 1 minute and a half tops top take on and off. Since we (me and a minor) had to wait long I kept the panels off until he (tow truck got there). Found shade and luckily the panels being off helped us stay cool. He arrived with a car already on the flatbed which meant he was going to pull my car 10-20 miles. But that wasnt even the real issue. After he arrived I asked him to let me put the paneles on (a minute and a half tops). He rudly said, "You can put the panels on the top and do whatever you want, but if you do Im not waiting and I will leave you." I had things in my car that I wasnt removing just for the tow that I wanted to secure. Plus wasnt sure if it would rain later. Since he said he wasnt taking it directly to my shop I asked again can I secure it and he gave me another rude and snarky answer. I was so hot an tired I almost let him take it like that but when I told him I have an issue with what he said and I was going to report it, he got upset. He considered that being rude (never raised my voice or cursed) and he told me to find another tow company and left us stranded. I had to wait for over another hour in the hot sun because of his rudeness. Ive never seen someone act that unprofessional when operating as a business. Even when I called up (just like the other reviews said) they guy at the desk was rude! You can tell he doesn't care. I can go into detail but I just want you to understand the general consensus of this company. If they towed my car they would probaly go over every bump and pothole they could. They are a trash company and obviously the owner doesnt care because he enables this behavior. DONT USE THEM! DONT USE THEM! Some of you all wont see this till its too. late. If I could give negative 100 stars I would. I had made an appointment yesterday with NJM for a tow this morning at 10:30 am, since the auto shop near me doesn't open until 10 am. Well, the tow truck arrived at 9:00 am and the worker was personable and tried to give my car a jump, which I knew wouldn't work, since I had already tried that. After that failed, he wanted to tow the car and I told him the shop wasn't open yet, which is why I scheduled a 10:30 am tow. He said ok and said he'd just come back at 10:30. 10:45 am rolls around and I called NJM's roadside assistance and they said that Noll Brothers said that they had actually towed the car to the auto shop, which is clearly wrong, as the car is still in my driveway. At this point, I thought maybe there was a mix-up and I actually liked the worker who came out and told NJM to just arrange to have them come back out to my house. When nobody was here by 11:00 am, I called the Noll Brothers number and the guy who answered was the rudest person I've ever dealt with: I tried to explain that their guy came early and he said that's not his problem, it's NJM's fault and then he hung up on me when I was in mid-sentence. I called back immediately and asked why he hung up and he said I was wasting his time and mine and that I needed to call NJM. I said that I didn't realize I couldn't work through him (even though NJM gave me his number and said I could) and he asked me what my problem was. He was yelling at this point and I was unusually calm (I know how to yell, lol) and I asked why he was yelling and he said he wasn't and hung up again. So it turns out they lied to NJM about towing the car and the guy who answers the phone for them is simply an a-hole - the worst person I've ever dealt with from a customer service perspective. I'm guessing they simply didn't want to come back and wanted to stick it to me for not allowing them to tow 90 minutes early, despite them being the ones who showed up 90 minutes early. read more

No stars if I could. I have NEEEEVER had a business show such a lack of professionalism and emotional maturity. A company I called had THIS company junk my totaled car. A price was agreed upon. I hit an issue with the title and communicated with the person of this number (732) 713-7578. I personally called and messaged him to communicate that DMV was unable to hand me duplicate title so there would be a wait. I also didn't want them to think I was stalling or simply forgetting. While I thought they were super understanding that I was trying really hard to get my title as soon as possible they never disclosed change in pricing. I would have understood if told in advance. I was surprised once already there with the title that I would be receiving a reduced amount and no room for negotiation. Once I asked who I needed to speak to regarding the price change he immediately got defensive, raised his voice, didn't hear me out, told me to get out and ended it with "I hope you get screwed over the same way you screwed us over". In no moment was I ever aware I was hindering their business. As a small business owner myself this just seemed extreme. Not sure how I "screwed them over". But I hope you look back at that footage to see how you yelled at a 5' 2" 20 year old in front of another customer when in no moment did I insult you or curse at you. I tried asking questions and he just couldn't be bother. I was like " that's it". I don't have sign anything or pay for anything! He said no! While starting the car I sent him videos he understood that I had children and still put me and them in danger with selling me this lemon. I had to contact the police station. I just got my car back today 10/9/24 from the Kia dealership and they pretty much told me it would be $6000 to change that engine, this man is taking advantage of vulnerable people and just taking their money. WARNING, WARNING, WARNING!! Do not use this company. If a 3 star rating with over 100 reviews isn't a red flag I don't know what is. Although, my dealership must have called this company, they called a business office number for some reason and told them they're 20 minutes out. 1.5/2 hours later I called the roadside number with my case number. They told me the case was closed without the towing company contacting me. Roadside tried to call them, but got no answer and were trying to resolve the situation. Apparently, someone from the company named, Jeff, was completely rude to the secretary. I called the towing company back and got the same treatment from Jeff, who put the blame on roadside, who was the one using them through the dealership not me directly. When walking in the car lot you notice that there are two businesses noll brothers towing and metro park motors. If you knew about the towing company you would immediately run away from metro park motors. They are owned by the same company and equally bad. If you still continue on to look at a car you will be greeted by the salesman who, tells you how the business has be aroind for 43 years, aslo just over sells everything to the point of uncomfortableness. If you are lucky he will bring god into the sales conversation and how he will also goto bat for you when finishing sale. It all feels like "wormwood motors". Theres a reason its called metro park motors and why its so close to the train station. There is a very good chance that you will be taking a train home when purchasing a car from here. Honda Roadside Assistance deployed this company at 10am to pick up my car. After 1 hour and 15 minutes i received a notification that they would arrive within 20 minutes. I called the company after 20 minutes to see how far they were and the person who answered said they should have been here. He said he would call me back so after 15 minutes i called back. He then notified me that it would be an additional 25 minutes and I simply responded that I had been waiting for 2 hours already. The gentleman then got very rude and told me well then find another tow company. I called Roadside Assistance back and they contacted the company, and after speaking with them told me that they had cancelled me. I can't say enough BAD things about this company. The staff at this company are very rude and they engage in deceptive business practices to run up the cost for insurance-covered tow jobs and try to pass on the extra billing to customers. That's exactly what happened to me when the tow company decided to drive a different route, which exceeded the 20 mile maximum. They did not deliver my car and on top of the extra mileage wanted to now charge me for the overnight stay. They did all of this without my authorization or knowledge, or the insurance company. When I finally talked to someone in the office, after finding out my car was not delivered to the dealership for service, the person berated me over the phone and threatened me that he would not release my car. Ultimately, the insurance company worked everything out but there's no way they should have been entitled to any additional payment beyond what was authorized. Very shady business. read more

Eric Rosario from Noll Brothers picked up my job from USAA, called me directly, got me on the phone with the Turnpike Authority who got me towed off of the Turnpike, and then waited in Windsor for me to arrive. When I got there he hooked me up, got me to Fairview, NJ on a busy Friday evening. He was a true professional and a pleasure to speak to the entire way. Thank you for an excellent experience. After having a terrible experience with another towing company, which shall remain nameless, I was eventually hooked up (pun intended) with Noll Brothers. They arrived quickly and we were on the road in literally seconds. The Noll Brothers tow truck is amazing. It's brand new and just picks up the car from the front or back with no chains, no hassle. They just pick up the car and go. After having such a hard time and waiting for hours and hours for another company, Noll Brothers allowed me to end my day happily. I do not know the driver's name, and I wish I did so I could let everyone know what a fast, professional job he did. Thankfully my issue with them isn't as sever as some of the others, but they are definitely someone you should avoid my any means possible. My husbands car broke down and our road side assistance called them for the towing company. After a ridiculously long wait they towed him to their center. He called the next day to find out it was the alternator and battery. Our battery was under warranty and they refused to let him come pick up the battery to we could exchange it while they fixed the alternator. Turns out, only one cell was dead on the battery, so it was well enough to get us back to the store to exchange it once the alternator was fixed, but they were completely rude about it. On a side note don't try calling them to find out the status of your vehicle. You get one question and one only and then they hang up on you. Husband called to find out when the car would be ready and how much it would be. As soon as he asked the first question, the abruptly answered and then hung up on him. We have been customers of Noll Brothers for quite sometime now. We even bought a used vehicle for our daughters first vehicle. We have never had any issues with service or rudeness "per say" like some of these reviews are commenting. Tina, Jeff, Bill, Jose and all of the other employees are always courteous. When you need a tow truck or flatbed tow like for our pickup truck, you never wait long for them to show up once they are called anytime. They even picked up our daughters Ford Escape when she owned it, which was taken to from Bell Ford by AAA when it broke down at the mall. Bell Ford was going to charge a couple hundred dollars to deliver it to Noll Brothers. Keep up the good service. read more

So, he had them tow his vehicle to their facility. Our customer asked them for an estimate on the repairs for the damage. They then told him the car wouldn't start, gave him an exorbitant estimate to repair it. We purchased the car from our customer to fix or use for parts. We did not even get the car off our trailer, and we find that the WIRE TO THE STARTER HAD MAGICALLY DISCONNECTED ITSELF!!!! ..... I'm sure you can do the math here yourself... Wires don't just get "disconnected" from a fender bender. read more

If there was 0 stars I would leave that feedback. Noll Brothers picked up my Mercedes on a Friday and was contracted by Mercedes Benz to deliver my car to Ray Catena in Union. I live 7 miles away from the dealer. The car was pickup at 10:30am in the morning (Friday). I called Ray Catena on Tuesday (4 days later) and they never received my car. I went to Ray Catena and 15 minutes later my car showed up on a Noll Brothers Flatbed. Mercedes Benz USA, Ray Catena and myself have no idea where my car was for 4 days. I just filed a complaint with BBB of NJ and Mercedes Benz USA is also pursuing actions. Who knows what else is wrong with my car now. A Noll brother is a worst place I have ever done business with. I would highly recommend that no one should EVER do business with them! For those who don't know Noll Brothers, they are a Towing, mechanic and car dealer all combined in one. I was on a budget and saw one of their cars ads on Craig's list. I went and checked it out and asked the guy who runs the place "Jeff". If they would fix it for me before selling it to me. He said sure not a problem. We will fix everything that is wrong. I was very specific and pointed out a few things that I was most concerned about. I am not a mechanic but know a lot about used and old cars. Make the story short. I get the car and I can tell by driving it he has only done a few things. So I take it back to him complaining. He tells me sure leave it here for the whole day and I will have it all fixed. So I waste an entire day and again I see he fixed one problem and still left out other major ones. I was so fed up I finally took the car and showed it to a trusted mechanic who was located out of town. They were really honest and told me they would not charge me for pointing out the issues. They pulled the car up and showed me a few major issues with the car and also told me who ever worked on this car before "NOLL BROTHERS", aren't real mechanics. They are your typical back yard mechanics. They fix stuff but not like a professional certified mechanic would do. Everything was cheap and patch work. I was so pissed but at the same time I was so glad this honest mechanic could help me. I paid him and he did everything professionally and even showed me exactly what he did after repairs were done. Had I not done this, I am sure my car would have broken down in the middle of the road. Noll Brothers are a bunch of crooks! Someone needs to report them inn for what they are doing. WTF, why else would you receive a call dumbass. He says the roads are two bad to give a tow.
