My daughter gave me a glass with a cigar holder on the side for Christmas and I wanted to try it out. The staff member told me I could only use their glasses. I bought glass service for myself and my son. I like to drink ice water on the side with my liquor. That would require two glasses. I was still told emphatically that I could ONLY use their glass. It's their policy. Really? Why?

The place isn't huge, but it's laid out extremely well, with enough seating for at least 50 people. And speaking of seating - black leather couches are spread throughout with ZERO wear and tear. No matter where you sit, you'll be able to clearly see a big screen TV if desired. So esthetically - Platinum is winning. The humidor is just like the lounge - not huge but it's laid out extremely well and they carry all the major brands. No kitchen or bar, but you can BYOB. Bathroom was in decent shape, and the service wasn't bad. In short - I would actually go out of my way to come here. It's a delightful place that checks every box if you're a fan of cigars or hookah.

As a matter of fact, almost everything on the menu isn't available to order. It's essentially basic/bad hookah and canned pop. I get it, the area doesn't have as much clientele, but I've been living here for a decade and barely noticed it. Need some advertising/marketing to get people in. Oh, and open when you say you open.
