They have a lounge area open to the general public (spacious and comfortable), and a private members section that is IMMACULATE. The members' area has multiple rooms and is one of the cooler layouts I've seen. The cigar selection isn't the biggest, but it gets the job done. What really sold me on this place was the service and ventilation. The manager was extremely attentive to my party; gave us a tour of the building and made us feel welcomed. Regarding the ventilation - it's one of the best systems in the Chicagoland area. Unless there are 50 people in there chain smoking, you won't leave drenched in cigar smoke. Big fan of this place; I heard they have new locations coming and I'll have to check those out once they're open.

They have a huge variety of flavors and brands all of which have an option of different nicotine contents or zero nicotine. During the whole process I didn't feel pressured, rushed or judged for my lack of knowledge regarding the vape world.
