Nomad is a great option for wine and small bites. We love coming here for dates and drinkies. The menu is seasonal and rotates often which keeps things interesting. I love how they identify their local farmers and vendors on the menu. We've tried quite a bit of their menu over the course of the last 6 months or so and every iteration they've had of the tartare has been outstanding!

Such a beautiful place with amazing, creative dishes, and kind staff! This was our first time here and we made our own charcuterie board. We thought everything was super affordable for the portion and loved picking and choosing our own ingredients. The vegan salami was super good and I loved having an option for a vegan meat. The burrata was great too! The crudo had great unique flavors, my partner loved both the meat dishes, and the warm German potato salad was sooo good. Dessert was great too! We left feeling so full which is nice for a tapas/charcuterie place. We're super excited to continue coming here and I love that the menu rotates so there will be new stuff for us to try. This might be our new go to place, even just for a charcuterie board after work.

What a outstanding experience!! We shared plates between the four of us. Tartare was the BEST. Along with Crudo which has Albacore, tomatillo, fennel and thin sliced radishes. Lots of flavor combinations with the Meat and Cheese which complimented a selection of delicious wines. We finished with the Blue Cheese with comb honey accompanied by white and ruby port. Just a cascade of flavors. The service was exceptional

Not only were the cocktails delicious and intriguing, the food delectable, and the atmosphere spectacular. The service was beyond words. Anna was a wonderful server as well as a different server who helped when I asked for something, but additionally I spoke to a bartender who provided great recommendations for my father. When the food and drinks were served, my expectations were exceeded. In addition to all of the positive experiences, once we had closed out a customized birthday card signed by the entire staff was delivered to my dad. It's been a long time since I've seen one this creative and extensive. If I wasn't worried about falling over, I probably would have ordered one of everything . I had the Song of the Siren, which was a perfect balance of sweet and tart without being too sweet. I especially loved the hint of white balsamic vinegar. It was surprisingly strong though, so one was plenty! My husband had Le Tigre, which had guava, passionfruit, pineapple, lime and Thai chili tincture. It had just a touch of spice and a really interesting combination of flavors. We both loved our drinks. For food, we started with the ribs and then ordered the pork belly bao buns and the hot noodle dish. The ribs were cooked really well and had a wonderful crispy/fried texture, but they were very lightly seasoned. If you really want to taste the meat, you'll probably love them. For us, they could have used a little something extra. A couple of fun dipping sauces, maybe something like a honey gochujang, would have made them amazing. Our waitress, who was extremely friendly, told us the hot noodles are one of their favorites. They weren't quite for us. There was definitely lots of flavor, but the sauce was pretty rich and dense and the dish had a good amount of spice. We each had about a bite and ended up packing the rest to take home. It sounds like it's a popular dish though, so I think this one is probably just personal preference. The absolute highlight was the pork belly bao buns. I was a little worried pork belly might mean a lot of heavy fat, but these were much more meat-forward, with the perfect crispness around the outside. The flavors were phenomenal and the bao itself was perfectly cooked. Definitely order these! Overall, really good food, wonderful service and one of the most interesting cocktail menus I've seen in a long time. We'll definitely be back.

We ordered a special cocktail "the persuasion," with earl grey vodka, calamansi, honey, and lemonade. It was good but a bit unbalanced. Too medicinal. Perhaps too much calamansi. My husband later ordered an old fashioned cocktail. It was good. For food we ordered the blue cheese dip, the pork chili verde & polenta, and a reuben sandwich. The food took a while to arrive. The server might have noted our anxiety because she asked if we had a show, noting the dip in particular might take a while. She was accommodating, bringing items out as they were prepared and supplying us with to-go boxes in case. The blue cheese dip came first. It came with potato chips and bread. It was tasty but a bit too salty. It was better with bread--the chips were a nice idea but it pushed the sodium level too high. Both entrees were delicious. We ate them in a rush (not everything got photographed). The atmosphere is nice. Perhaps a bit dated (i.e.,1990s), but nice. I think it would be a perfect date spot when you have the time to leisurely enjoy bites and drinks.

We enjoyed the two charcuterie plates we got. The Petite Cheese board was a bit disappointing as there was only one cheese on it. The individual items on the boards were all good and the whole thing was a great value. I would definitely stop here again.

But I finally went on a recent Saturday when they were offering a wine tasting, and wow I'm really glad I did. This little wine shop is tiny, but packs a big punch in terms of their variety of wines. And while I'm no wine expert, I imagine this would be THE place to go if I needed the perfect red (or white) to go with a certain meal. I noticed wines from all over the world, in a variety of price ranges. Though most bottles were well over my usual $20 max, there were a few under that price so yay. The complimentary wine tasting was fun, too. It seemed to attract a lot of people, and the space was jammed. It's always fun to meet other locals, and see what they're drinking. I'd love it if they had a little wine bar here!

They have a nice selection of taps (including more than just beer), some vintage video games, and offer live music regularly. On our most recent visit, we found one of our fave local musicians, Michael Dayvid, playing and managed to snag a cozy seat in the front row. We sipped our pints (I got an amber, Dude got an IPA) and enjoyed the show - right after a rousing game of Pac Man, of course. This is large space, so there's seating in the back if you don't want to be front row for the music. The service is friendly, too. Parking can be a little challenging, as it's only street parking, but it's not too bad. In a town that has a lot of breweries, but could use a few more cozy taphouses, Corner Taphouse fills a niche (especially in the Fairhaven area). I hope they continue to thrive!
