Recently purchased a washer/dryer and was very impressed with sales and installation. I found the sales person (George ?) very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained each model and provided the advantages and disadvantages of each model. I purchased the model I liked and it was scheduled for delivery the next business day. The next day the delivery person called to schedule delivery and installation. He (Mark?) was very professional and picked up our old washer/dryer and did a great job with installation. Very bad experience. This was my first time dealing with Super appliance and it was not a good experience. The lady that helped me on the phone was very cordial and helpful but when I called the second time a man named Eldon answered and left me on hold for 15 mins. So I drove to there location and was still on hold when I walked in the door I let them know I was still on hold and he rudely responded to me no you hung up on me. Another man had actually answered the phone and asked me what he could help me with and I let him know I was already being helped by Eldon so he put me back on hold. Very dissapointed as I am a local and have lived here in Amarillo for over 35 years and I was told that super appliance was a local family owned business. So now I actually need to buy a dryer. I will be buying it from a local business not a chain as I believe in supporting our local businesses. However it will not be Super Appliance and I will never patronize them again. read more

Blake came out to do a service call and basic just came out to look at the machine and said it would be better to just buy a new washer because whirlpool is made by Maytag and they are not good. Didn"t even turn the machine on to do a diagnostic test one it and charged me the service charge with out doing anything... LG refrigerator repair - Absolutely HORRIBLE service - of 6 times scheduled - never came on time once. twice, didn't show at all - no call, no text - just never showed. ordered part - said 2 weeks to get it & we'll call. waited a month & called them - "what about the part?" "Oh, got it right here" installed it - didn't fix the problem. ($430) called back next work day - OK i'll have Blake call you. Never called all week. Called back again - two guys came & said you need another part. i'll be back hour to hour & a half. Never showed. Came two days later installed part - now fridge lights not working. Next thing i smell burning electronics & Blake says - "looks like you're gonna need a new circuit board. two more guys show up - "yeah you need a new board" i told them to leave - they killed my fridge - NEVER doing business with Super Appliance again! read more

We sent almost $500. The water button for small, med, large loads was working before the washer was worked on. Now it not working. Still leaking. Screws coming out of dryer. I was told a few days on parts. I had to wait for over 2weeks. Still not working I've called 3 times & no one seems to care. read more

I bought the Speed Queen top load washer and dryer recently. The washer wouldn't spin my king sheets (which was my biggest concern/fear with going back to top load machine) Blake came out to read my error code and fix it. Got the washer to drain and spin with no problems while they were here. As soon as I started load again and they left it did the same thing. Error code. I called back and Blake brought a new washer to my house immediately bc it was going to snow the next day. Everything has worked perfect since. Thank you! read more

Called again and they told me they tried to come in the morning but I had told the lady that I was going to be at work in the morning. Blake of Super Appliance came out on July 21 to check out my washer which cost me $97.37 service charge. He left me a carbon copy of the estimate. I have a home warranty contract so I emailed them a copy per their request. They said the copy was illegible and they needed a clearer copy before they could process it. I have made numerous calls and have gone into Super Applicance several times to get a copy of the original estimate. George always tells me they are not in, and they would get back with me. I even sent Eldon, the manager, a certified return receipt letter on July 26 advising of the service I have not gotten. USPS tracking verified the letter was delivered and received by an individual on July 31. I went in on August 28 to see if I could talk to a manager and was told they were out. All that I have been trying to do is get a copy of the original estimate since July 24 and after over a month have still been completely unsuccessful. No one will ever return my phone calls or visits. What is the problem that Super Appliance is not willing to give me a readable copy of the estimate? read more

I am out $352.69 and still the problem is not resolved. I called Super Appliance to ask if they worked on Kenmore/LG refrigerators, most appliance repairs in Amarillo don't work on LG. They did work on them so I ask for them to come out and find what was wrong with my ice maker and repair it. Blake finally called and came out, he messed with the ice maker, said it was my ice maker and I needed a new one. the ice maker has to be ordered from the Dallas area and took 3 to 4 days to receive. He would call when it came in. They want the full amount before ordering the part, which I paid with bank card. It was well over a week and I had not heard back from him so I called. The man that answers the phone knew nothing about an order or if it had come it. He transferred me so I could leave a message for the service men. The answering machine was full, I called back, told the man the machine was full, he took my name, address and phone number and said he would notify them the following morning. I did not receive a return call. I waited 3 days, called again, Ileft another message, still no reply. I called today 08/29/2022 talked to same man at call center, again he ask address, name and phone number. I raised my voice to him because I now feel I'm getting the run around. I told him my call should be put in front of other calls because I had paid for the service and they still had not repaired my refrigerator. I also told him I was going to call the bank to see if they could retract the money I paid from his account. He once again said he would give the message to Blake. I would bet odds are not good I will receive a call back from Blake. Makes me wonder if this is all about getting money and then not carI get if the problem is fixed or not as long as they get paid. This may take going to small claims court and also trying to find someone else that will work on LG refrigerators. If Blake does take care of the problem I will leave another review. If you don't see a followup review you know I've either got a refund to my bank account or I'm headed to court. Just beware of using them. read more

My experience with Super Appliance has been terrible! They have no concept of customer service, and their front office staff is extremely rude. I have been dealing with Super Appliance (SA) for 6 mos for what began as dishwasher (DW) repair service for drying issue. Their technician resolved drying issue but in doing so, created new issue--leak at bottom of door. After several months of calling SA, being lied to about parts ordered, and treated rudely, I filed complaint w/Better Business Bureau (BBB). When SA was notified of claim, I was treated worse; however, their technician supervisor and I negotiated to resolve situation by them refunding $300 repair bill by deducing it from my purchase of new DW from them. SA tech installed new DW--it leaked at bottom of door. Seems 3 technicians didn't know how to level DW! They finally called in tech that leveled new DW, but failed to put 2 screws in brackets to hold DW in place in opening. I had to call several times to get tech to do that. Then heads of screws he used are too big & broke plastic off control panel across top of door. I'm still being lied to that "screws have been ordered." I am now in process of amending my complaint with BBB and certainly recommend you save yourself a lot of stress and time by finding a competent appliance service and sales--this one is not! read more

I called them for a refrigerator shelf part. They said they could get it from Dallas and there would be a shipping charge of $8.95. The part itself was around $28.50. So the total charge with tax was $41.03. He took my credit card number over the phone and the charge went through straight away... hmmmmmm... The next day we got a call that the part was in so we go to pick it up and it looks nothing like our refrigerator shelf and yes I gave him the Model #. We can't find this shelf anywhere and thats not the problem we had. He told us there would be a restocking fee and the shipping charge AGAIN. Now he didnt tell me this when I ordered the part. Out of the $41.03 he refunded to me $14.21!! So we still paid for the dang part and are out the money. I plan on going to my bank on Monday and let them know what happened and see if I can get this charge reversed. I will NEVER shop or order anything from Super Appliance again! BUYERS BEWARE!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER OVER THE PHONE AND ASK THEM THEIR REFUND POLICY IF THE PART IS NOT RIGHT!!!!! read more

We used them to replace a heating element in the dryer. The young repairman snaked the new element in and it didn't even last 6 months, and only had a 60 day warranty. They are selling inferior parts or something since they don't last. I should of used Circle N like I had 4 years before for the same problem. read more

Took Tom 5 times to fix my ice machine. The 5th time it was fixed he forgot to screw it in with screws and still didn't work. I've missed numerous days of work just to have the same guy "fix" a problem that took a whole year to resolve. Secretary's are rude. They say they've called to schedule but never actually had a missed call or a voicemail left. They get new addresses but apparently don't update in their system. Had to use them again because the ice was building up around my motor in my freezer. Tom assumed it was because of air flow and the door not shutting right. We corrected it. Worked fine but ice built back up again. Tom came a second time to try and tell me it was same problem. He immediately refused service just because I asked him if we could not assume by opening and closing the door and actually looking inside of it. The one star is for finally getting my ice machine fixed. Fridge never got fixed cause Tom got asked to do his job and he walked out. I think it's time for Tom to retire! read more

Tom is a great technician. He fixed my refrigerator a couple of years ago and now my washing machine. He arrives on time and he is very careful when working around your home. He didn't mind my curious puppy hanging around either. So I will continue to call Super N to repair my appliances and I hope TOM doesn't retire anytime soon! read more

I have called this company twice now. The first time was three years ago when our washer broke. The second was yesterday when the other company I called to fix our dryer ended up being awful. I am so please with super appliances service and the courteousness of the technician. I should have called them when our dryer first broke and I will next time we have any problems! read more

We have a new GE double oven that is only a year and a half old. We did not purchase it from Super Appliance, but did call them to come troubleshoot an "F97" error code showing up on the display since they state they repair GE products. We were told they would have the needed part when they came to repair the oven. The technician showed up, scanned his wand over the display, and then informed us it was the control board and he would have to order it. That it would take several days to come in and cost us $565 for this part plus another $75 for him to come back and replace it. He said they would warranty new controller for 90 days. He did tell us that if we wanted to buy a new oven, that he could get us a good deal on one. He was there for less than 10 minutes and we had to pay $75 for his visit. We then contacted GE ourselves and ordered a new control board for $265 (with a one year warranty) and installed it ourselves only to get the same "F97" error. We did some more research online and found the issue was the lower oven fan not plugged in all of the way. Once we fixed that, the oven works great again. Very frustrated with this company and would definitely NOT recommend them for repairs. read more

Wow. Should've read the reviews before I called them. I think the owners here are running a scam. Came out and replaced a part for $400 that didn't fix the problem. They ordered a replacement part that took a month to arrive. They waited for me to call them and then "oh, magically the part just got here." The second part didn't fix the problem so they wanted me to order another part. Nope. I called another place and guess what? My appliance was still under warranty and no charge to come out and fix it. I argued with the owner/manager for 20 minutes after my wife got nowhere with him. No refund. Sorry about your luck. I do not recommend this appliance parts store. I bought four supposedly identical parts, two of which turned out to be the wrong part. The store did not want to refund my money for the incorrect parts, unless I ordered another part from them. Also, were rude to me on the phone. Store hours were open til 6 pm, but since bookkeeper left at 5 pm, were unable to return any items when I could go by after work. Totally unacceptable. read more
