We found Jerry was able to install a replacement toilet the next day. It wasn't an easy job. The first new toilet he brought from the supplier was found broken when the box was opened on site. He quickly arranged for and procured another toilet and stayed late to finish the installation. Jerry is a patient, skilled technician. He offered to serve as our technical reference in the future and we'll take him up on it. Highly recommended.

The sites well maintained. 90% have a concrete pad. 90% are pull through almost all will handle a 45 foot rig. Facilities are very clean. RV repair shop right next door and it sells parts. Three days, two tows and two garages later we are at Cummins South. Last night at 1:30 am on i75 stop engine light comes on. We panic because the last time it came on the vehicle shut down in the middle of St Lucie Blvd. not a pleasant position to be in, even worse on an interstate. We limp into a parking lot in a partially abandoned strip center. I begin calling roadside assistance, dealership, parents, anyone that could possibly help. No avail, no answer, no help except of course for the parents. :). I pass out from exhaustion for a few hours and wake up and begin searching again for anyway to get moving before Monday. (Did I mention this was Friday night/Saturday morning?). Not a good time to be broken down. I come across the website for cummins south (I have a cummins engine in the rv so it seemed like a good possibility). I call them. Someone answers at 6am on a Saturday morning. 5 minutes later I am talking with Keith from Cummins south telling me how they are going to start solving my problems for me. I went from severe depression to jubilation. Not only are they fixing my rv but they are hooking me up to electric and water and letting me stay there until it's fixed. Great job Cummins South. I got an estimate here for my car repair. That was fine. Took a few days to even get that but…read morethought it was a god sign because they were busy. Took over 6 weeks to get an appointment slot. They said that they would have my car for 8 days. My insurance did not cover a rental car for various reasons so I had to pay for rental out of pocket. I called the shop on the 7th day to receive a status update. I had called and emailed on at least 9-10 occasions to receive an update with no replies. On this day I was informed that my car was "disassembled " and would not go to the paint shop until another 5 days..then after calling and speaking to supervisor Daniel, was told that my car would not be ready until the 17th, making an 18 day service period total all the while I am paying for rental car..and after no courtesy call for an update on the repair. I asked for my car back and they said it could not be done. When I offered to pay for reassembly I was then told my car would be ready for pickup in 2 hours --indicating to me it was never even started for repairs... Poor service/ bad communication/ am not taking my car back here..please be aware.. Then--when I picked up my car since they would not have it done on time...there was a nail with a washer in my tire! I know that I didn't bring my car in with a nail in the tire! I noticed because it was making noise as I drove away...so I immediately brought it back to the shop and it was denied...

Great experience with Prince of Albany today. I got there early and Gene the service advisor lets me in. My car was first in line. I went Nextdoor for breakfast and coffee at Waffke House. Prince and Gene kept up with me and kept me informed with their app and text. I had a short wait, courteous service and a pleasant environment. I love my GM dealer! I had an oil change, tire rotation and 15k mile service. It was fast and reasonable.

I started calling after 8 the next morning. The message said service opened at 8, but nobody answered until 8:45. Then a very unmotivated person named Rasheed answered and said they had the van, but wouldn't be able to look at it until the following week, And that they probably couldn't repair it until March. This man sounded rather slow and lazy, and he confirmed it. So I had the vehicle towed AGAIN to an amazing Chevy Dealer in Snyderville. They repaired everything, performed a number of additional services since it was already in the shop, and my son was back on the road..... not only in FEBRUARY...but that afternoon.
