I arrived just four minutes before closing, and a very kind young man agreed to sell me three coffees. However, his coworker - a woman with black hair and bangs - immediately started yelling at him in front of me, scolding him for serving me. She was extremely rude and arrogant. As I was leaving the store, she aggressively slammed the gate shut and it hit my back, which really scared me. I honestly thought I was going to get hurt. I'm not sure if she is the manager, but her behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. It was not only inappropriate to reprimand her coworker in front of a customer, but also very unethical. Her attitude and actions were aggressive and disrespectful. If the franchise owner reads this, I truly hope you take action. This kind of behavior damages your brand and creates a hostile environment for both customers and staff.
