She also is an amazing at styling hair and doing makeup for special events! Over the years she has stayed up to date on styles and new techniques! I went to Kaley on a recommendation from a friend saying that she knew color really well. I explained my horror story to her and she had me come in for a complimentary consultation to assess the situation. At this point I never expected that I would get anywhere near what my original goal was, but I just wanted my hair fixed to a point that I liked. Not only was she super sweet and amazing when I went in for the consultation but she even said that the hair cut I had received she didn't believe complimented the hair color and she cut it on the house for me. I went back for the actual coloring and she was A MIRACLE WORKER!!!! Not only did she get rid of the horrible streaks that were left in my hair, but she pretty much took it to my original dream goal. She told me that she stacked her clients which is fine, I don't mind sitting under a hair dryer getting dry while someone else is getting washed or cut or colored. I told her that my hairdresser would often curl my hair and pin it so that it would try slowly and stay curled. and that was fine with me if she wanted to do that. the only problem is is that when I took the pins out my hair immediately fell and had no style. However, I had quite the negative experience and it may be beneficial to share for people looking for a salon. I had an appointment for 10AM about a week and a half ago and I arrived 10 minutes early. When I arrived, no one was there expect the receptionist at the computer who told me my stylist had not arrived yet. She told me to go on into the Salon and the stylist would be right with me. It was very awkward because the environment is not very inviting, I had no idea what chair to sit at, and there was no music or anything. Complete silence. My stylist arrived at 10am and talked to the receptionist at the computer for 10 minutes while I sat in the chair in silence just waiting to be taken care of. She finally walks in at 10:11 pretty frantically like she had a rough morning. She kind of ranted about somethings before we started and I was pretty flustered and had a bad feeling from then on. Now let's talk about the hair cut experience. I booked a 65 dollar hair cut experience that I assumed would be a cut and style but obviously I was mistaken. I told her I washed my hair the night before so there was no need to wash it but usually my stylist would still go wet it. She did not. She just sprayed it lightly with water through out the cut. I went in originally wanting bangs however, I was getting a horrible feeling about it so I just told her I would like to thin out my hair. I told her she could keep it pretty long, just looking to thin it out and maybe some layering. Long story short, she cut my hair in a way I have never seen before and I had a feeling by the way she was cutting it that it would be uneven. Turns out, it was when I got home! She also kept asking "how does that look? How does that feel?" And I had to tell the professional that it was uneven. Fast forward to the end, she did not even blow dry it or style it at all and it was only 10:50! I still had 10 minutes left but she seemed in a rush to be done. I was trying to stay nice but I was very disappointed in the entire experience. I basically missed out on 20 minutes of my appointment because she was late and unprofessional. She told me I could call if I wanted to change anything but I really don't want this salon touching my hair anymore. In conclusion, I do not want to say that everyone will have this experience so I won't go as far as saying to not come here. They may have been having an off day but I was completely unsatisfied and I question the stylist's skills completely. I paid 50 dollars + 10 dollar tip for something I could of probably done myself. Hopefully, not everyone had this experience but I will personally not be returning.

I had not had my haircut in a super long time and needed some help with some low maintenance color options. The salon itself is very "low stress". It doesn't give off your typical salon vibe. It is comfortable and everyone there made me feel like I was at home while still maintaining a professional atmosphere. Jess helped me get the perfect cut.
