The only downside is their prices are a bit higher than other grocery stores but it is a good trade off given a large selection of specialty items that are harder to find in other stores, including, Fresh Thyme, and Whole Foods. Plenty of parking and quick in and out for the most part. Outpost Natural Food has become a regular stop for the wife and I when looking for organic produce. -- If you have not been to Outpost before, you should definitely check it out. It's made up of coconut water, strawberries, orange juice, mango, and lemon. It's on their 'planet lite' menu, meaning its under 300 calories. I decided on the Mr. Mongo -- strawberries, bananas, frozen yogurt, milk, vanilla, and whey protein. With 17 grams of protein, it was the perfect filling drink to hold me over until dinner and give me a nice boost of energy. The drink itself was so creamy and perfectly sweet.
