You have 2 men working on different shifts. Every time I run into a man who is working today (June 17, I don't know his name) there are always some problems: He can't cook something, he always doesn't have enough of something. Secondly, his shawarma is always worse than the man who works on another shift. That is, it's just not tasty. When he works, I try not to take shawarma. But today I decided to give him a chance. Nothing hits better than a good shawarma wrap, and this shawarma wrap did. I got the chicken shawarma wrap with jalapeños on the side and I was so happy with my meal. Love the name, "Noname Shawarma"! Cool truck that's parked out on Glenoaks in front of the Jon's. I always passed by it. I decided to check it out. I am glad I did! I first had Shawarmas in Dubai in the 1990s. I came back to the States and it was a struggle to find good shawarma. If Noname Shawarma had been around then I would have been satisfied. They have wonderful chicken and pork shawarmas. I never had pork shawarma before! You can order fries too which is separate. What I really loved, this is the first establishment to offer the French fry surprise in the shawarma!! This is a big deal to me. I haven't had that special touch since I was in Dubai. It just adds a bit extra flavor and texture to the wonderful shawarma. The staff on the truck were super cool and nice. It was a windy day and the side panels were kind of flailing and could have clipped me in the head. The gentleman in the truck was nice enough to warn me. Great food and service! It's all I ask for.
