I tried contacting them by phone. One line states it is not in service and the other disconnects before a ring. No response to emails or instagram. All I want is authorization to return a Campagnolo brake cable which was sent rather than a derailleur cable that I ordered. I've ordered from them in the past but won't risk having to communicate over some issue where there is no response. read more

In this age of chain stores with very little customer service I feel obligated to gleefully shout out when I find a place that captures the "good ol' days" when making the customer happy is what it's all about. I had the misfortune of getting a flat tire while on a ride but the good fortune of having Google tell me there was a bike shop four blocks away. Upon entering the store I was greeted by two sweet dogs and the owner, Keith, an amiable guy who assured me I'd be on the road in no time but first he had to finish helping the couple that was already in the store. I overheard them thanking him for helping them find the part they were looking for---something he didn't stock but knew who did. While I waited I browsed the store, a spacious and neatly organized space with some pretty incredible looking Italian bikes. One of the dogs, Snoopy, followed me around, begging for a tummy rub and a kind word. Keith is the kind of guy who would fix your tire and then invite you to "set a spell" and sip a Coke with him on the front porch. I know that before I drop a wad of cash on a new bike I'm going to go back to Nonstop Ciclismo and let Keith help me with my decision.....and maybe rub Snoopy's tummy. read more

Fantastic selection of top of of the line Nalini clothing. This is the only store with enough selection to find the size, color and fabric you really want when you are spending for the pricey stuff. The Nalini has fantastic fabrics and great detailing with higher collars, longer sleeves, bigger zipper pulls, etc. They don't really keep "store hours" since locals rarely shop here, so be sure to call ahead and let him know you are coming by. There is also other great road cycling gear and bikes and great off-season sale pricing, but it is not a typical bike store filled with entry or mid-market stuff. read more

Ever since purchasing some cinelli pista bars, I've been putting off on ordering the stem to go along with it. I finally bit the bullet and ordered it on Saturday, November 2nd. I chose Nonstop Ciclismo pretty much like how everyone on eBay orders, they probably look at the free shipping and with it being almost 2 day delivery I was down for it. After getting off the phone with Nathan Deweber, I was more than happy to hear that the item is actually being delivered to my house! In Virginia! I found this awesome company on Ebay when looking for a very specific cycling cap. Turns out they specialize in Italian cycling gear and are located in Ventura, CA! I just happened to have a trip planned to Ventura in a week. So I emailed an order of items to arrange for pick up after my bike ride. When I arrived I found an awesome shop filled with amazing people. They were so friendly and accommodating. I took a few minutes to look around and purchased some additional items. Stopped in for simple, quick servive which got a bit more complicated and time consuming. The gentleman did it without hesitation, and did it well. He was courteous, polite efficient, and a really nice guy. I find the most dissappointing and frustrating experiences come from simple stuff. Not here. I have purchased an assortment of tools, accessories, and hard to find Nalini Bianchi riding Jersey and shorts. Everything was packaged and shipped very thoroughly and in a very timely fashion. There customer service is excellent. I just wish they weren't an hour plus away so I could physically go there more often but doesn't matter when they ship so promptly. Let me start out by saying this shop isn't closed, they just appear to have adopted limited business hours. I've spent thousands over the years at Nonstop, but after today they won't see another dime. Nonstop has always had a big eBay presence, and one of the things I've always done, being local, is offer to buy something directly from them with cash, in exchange for a modest discount, usually the sales tax. This is a good deal for both, since I don't pay tax, and they actually make a bit more on the item, since they are selling it in person and not paying eBay or Paypal their cut... Which works out to more than the sales tax discount they give me. I should mention, nothing is untoward about this arrangement, eBay/paypal are not being ripped off, this is a brick and mortar store we're talking about. At any rate, I called today about a pair of tires. "Martha" or "Marcia" answered the phone. I asked her about the best price, sans eBay and paypal fees, and she flatly refused. Her prerogative, I guess, but based on her response, it became apparent she wasn't aware of the fee structure, and how this wasn't "further discounting" the tires, as she kept repeating, but actually selling them for more then they would otherwise get. I remained polite and asked if there was anyone else I could speak to. Again, this is a common thing with this store, the guy I usually speak to is knowledgable about this stuff, and happy to avoid the fees. Unfortunately this woman became defensive, began reading her resume for some reason, and then hung up on me. I was actually unsure she'd hung up, I thought perhaps I'd been disconnected. I called back, asked to speak with someone else, and she promptly began to accuse me of being rude! Despite the fact I'd remained friendly and polite, and she had hung up on me. At that point, I'd had enough, and told her what I thought about her mental capacity... Which I'll admit wasn't exactly my finest moment, but richly deserved, regardless. I'm unsure if Nonstop has changed hands or what... But over the years I've always spoken with a guy, and he was always more than happy to knock off sales tax in exchange for a direct cash sale with no fees... Saves them money, after all. Shame he appears to be gone. The prices are decently competitive with the rest of the inter web, but the sales tax bumps it up for us locals. Better bets online... And without the attitude. read more

The store is definitely NOT closed. If you like high end Italian bikes, this place is heaven. The owner is as nice as they come, and supremely knowledgeable of all things Campagnolo or Colnago. It's so refreshing to find a high end shop with such a friendly demeanor. Love it! read more

This is the best bike shop anywhere. I bought my bike here 6 years ago and I have bought everything else I've needed ever since. I now live in Florida and they are still my local bike shop.
