Got a new front door 5 years ago and have had trouble with the dead bolt from the beginning never being lined up correctly. The deadbolt never slides into position as it should and over time the deadbolt slowly fails (can only twist part of deadbolt into locked position but enough to lock the door) until it eventually totally fails in locked position and can't open door. Had another locksmith in a couple of years back and they 'sort of' fixed it and over time it failed again. This time I used Yelp to choose Nonstop Locksmith based on high scores. Lance came out and immediately diagnosed why the lock was doing this and fixed it properly. The deadbolt on the door is working like a deadbolt should for the first time in 5 years since the door was installed. Makes a huge difference when you get someone in that knows their trade. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I locked myself out of my house through the garage door and they were the first people I called. I had low battery so I called my place of work and then them back. The customer service the first time and second time were amazing. Very friendly, polite, well spoken and professional. I can't remember their names, which is a shame because they were excellent, but the overall experience over the phone was outstanding. I did catch the name of the locksmith and it was lance.
