We called one day and Dan made an appointment for the next day. He arrived right on time. We needed a (kerf) weatherproofing strip replaced on our front door. He gave us a very reasonable quote over the phone, and that was exactly what he charged. He removed the door, removed the old kerf strip, applied the new one and remounted the door.
