Came to Soboba on a whim and decided to eat here before heading home. The Pad Thai was sweeter than I'm used to but I actually found it to be delicious! Had the Kung Pao Chicken and Yakisoba noodles and both were great. We also ordered the Pho and the broth, which in my opinion is what makes a goo Pho, was really good! Wish the buffalo wings had a bit more seasoning, loved the garlic but maybe some garlic salt would be great. Service was great! This place is an awesome little hidden treasure! The Noodle Bar is in the Soboba Casino in the food court area But is not food court quality. We ordered the shrimp egg rolls appetizer plate, Gal Bi, and Kung Pao shrimp. They were all delicious! The Gal Bi wasn't fatty, the rolls and Kung Pao had very good quality shrimp. Our meal was served quickly ( as we wanted to go back and gamble.. lol) and hot. Our waitress was named Lisa, and we found her to be very friendly and helpful with our options. The restaurant design is nice but the food is ok. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here. The Iced Thai Tea was pretty good.

Kimberly is awesome! She should be a server! She has great customer service. I met up with my friend for dinner, and everything that we tried was delicious... especially the curry with some chili sauce. I recommend this place for anyone who has not tried it yet. read more

The food was good and the portion sizes were generous. The manager was kind enough to talk to us at our table and welcome us. However, when we received our check, we noticed that they over charged us by $20 because they said we ordered a $28 bottle of wine when we ordered the $8 glass. When we questioned our waitress, she gave no apology and seemed to lack any knowledge of the matter and said she would look into it. Then she left us for about 20 minutes only to say that they only sell the bottle and that is why it is $28. I showed her that the wine I ordered doesn't have a bottle listed on the menu and even if it did, we ordered and received only the glass of wine so why would we be charged for a full bottle? She said she would talk to her manager and we said that it would be easier to explain the situation to the manager directly and asked her to send him out. Another 10 minutes later she said she couldn't find one and that they changed it to $8. I have never been overcharged at a restaurant and then tried to have staff convince me that we had to pay for something we didn't receive, while having to wait so long to get the correct bill. It makes me wonder if other customers are being overcharged. Even though we thought the food was decent, we would never come back here. read more

This place is absolutely the best !! The staff here is AWESOME( they should have them train the staff at the new Canyons restaurant at the casino) the food at noodles is so good, always hot. We had the potstickers to start with and they were ok. My boyfriend had the shrimp fried rice and it was good and I will say that it had a lot of shrimp and they were good sized shrimp. I had the ramen and the soup was way too salty, I didn't really like the noodles and the fatty pork which I know is supposed to be all the rave in Japan but I don't like it. And our waiter was great. I did have a good experience on the first opening day. The food was ok but the service was amazing. She explained the menu really clear. We like our young Asian server but I didn't remember her name, sorry. We came back to eat lunch last Friday. Our server just came to take the order, no recommendation, no explanation. So we got the food but we could not eat because of the weird smell. I can understand it's Asian restaurant and she is White so she does not know much about the food. Then, the other Asian server came to check on us. We told her that we didn't like the food but she didn't listen, just walked away and brought us the check. WTF??!! Did she want to kick us out? I and my wife were really disappointed for this second time. I hope they spend more time to train their new people as good as before. 2 stars for the food not for service. read more

We have always been a family that enjoys orange chicken. This restaurant serves the most flavorful, delicious, tender orange chicken we have tasted. We also enjoyed the chicken fried rice. We are not to crazy about it being in a casino because of the smoke but the smoke is not bad during the week. I gave 5 stars for the food alone. read more

This Noodle Bar is disgusting as I was eating my dinner I discovered a hair in my food. Manager said sorry this happens with food. His demeanor was oh would you like me to make a new one for you. Tried this restaurant last week for the first time the food was amazing ! I tried a couple new plates and was very satisfied with the taste of the food & the quantity. My waitress Jordan was amazing she was always checking on me an my husband to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything else . Best customers service I've ever had at a restaurant. She was amazing . She explained the whole menu to me because it was my first visit . The only downfall of the restaurant was when I walked in to be seated the lady standing at the front counter didn't realize I was standing there cause she was to busy playing on her phone . Not professional of her at all. I Will go back for the food an for the wonderful customer service I received from my waitress. read more

So extremely disappointed. I have been looking forward to checking this place out for the longest time. I try to be patient and understanding because I know what it's like from previous jobs of mine, but.....First off we waited in line for about an hour. If it was super packed I would be understanding but there were multiple tables empty that had dirty dishes on them and it took FOREVER for someone to come clean them. One sat there for 15 to 20 mins. There was an elderly lady infront of us who was waiting and was having a hard time standing and tried to sit down at one of the empty tables to take a load off and was told told she had to get up because there was a party that was about to sit there. No big deal, but you think someone would offer her a chair seeing she was struggling. No one did. Once we were finally seated we ordered our starter and drinks and a while later we ordered our food. We waited and waited. Saw people seated after us, multiple people, and noticed everyone was getting their main courses. By this time it was about 1hr and 45 mins. We waved down the waiter and we're told he forgot to put our order in! By this point I was done. We asked for our check and left. Waited almost 2 hrs for nothing. Soooo disappointed! read more
