I couldn't wait to come inside to see what the commotion was about. As soon as I entered I knew this place was going to serve delicious food. The smell coming from the kitchen was out of this world. I immediately knew the food was going to be tasty.The restaurant was very clean and well kept and my server Juan, was extremely helpful and nice. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions with a smile. We finally ordered the shrimp egg rolls, lobster fried rice, honey walnut shrimp. Everything about the Noodle Bar was exceptional and the shrimp egg rolls were fanatic! I strongly recommend this restaurant but only if you love delicious food, great service, and cleanliness. read more

First off, Yazmin was an excellent server and the only reason this is getting two stars instead of one. I ordered the ramen with pork. The pork looked old and the soup had no taste. My sister ordered the orange chicken and friend rice and again...no taste, my sister agreed there was no taste. I wish I could say how much I'm living this place. HOWEVER, can no longer bring my family here cause my teens who are 17, 18 and 20 aren't old enough? They only let ppl into the casino and you have to walk through the casino and even though we aren't obviously gambling, we can't go eat together. I'm really disappointed. We ordered pretty well here for our first time. Service was super friendly. Expect steeper prices like other casino sit down restaurants. We ordered the lobster fried rice with shrimp add-on, calamari appetizer, and a bowl of pho. The serving sizes were humungous. I also had a Sapporo, decently priced. The dinner was about $80 with tax and tip. We were pretty impressed with the calamari, definitely worth it. It was served with a sweet and sour sauce (weird but it worked). We were way too full to order dessert, which the list looked amazing. I read that Soboba was a fairly new casino so maybe the vendors are still ironing out some things. They get a lot less traffic than other places and given how far it is from everything, folks who go are either local or serious gamblers. So while eating is probably not the reason why folks are at Soboba, the food at Noodle Bar would probably help pick you up after a losing streak. Good news is we won enough to cover the bill, which was nice. read more

I've been too many Pho or Noodle places, this is the worst. The food lacks taste and, I only had good service once. I can not recommend this Noodle Bar to anyone. It is not authentic to me, must of their products are not fresh. I love Pad Thai, Noodle Soup, appetizer calamari, ribs, and soups. I have tried most of this restaurant food, and have not been happy with any meals. I enjoyed the other restaurants in the casino, but this one is awful. read more

Omg!!! I had the best meal ever here. I ordered the three pound lobster which is something you definitely share. It was amazing!!! It looked amazing and it even tasted delicious. I asked for the chefs marinade and then I got Kung pao sauce on the side. The lobster was cooked perfectly. One of the best meals I have ever had. It comes with a side of fried rice. read more

This place was great! As soon as we walked in, the hostess was super friendly. Once we were seated, we were served by Juan who was extremely helpful and friendly. I ordered the beef pho and my mom got the chicken bento box. My pho was great, my only complaint was that they should cut the brisket into smaller pieces so I don't look like a slob trying to fit a 6"x4" sheet of meat into my mouth. My mom said her chicken was "OK." She felt it was under seasoned and just tasted like "boiled chicken with teriyaki sauce on it." This place is great. The food is always fresh. Sweet and sour chicken is nice and crispy. Bbq pork yakisoba is full of flavor. If you like garlic, try the wings. I always get the kung pao chicken and teriyaki beef. The service is just as good as the food, so we called the manager Efren over to let him know the whole staff is doing a fantastic job. To be fair, I didn't expect much when dining here. I expected the portions to be small and the prices to be high and that was about all I expected. But, I was extremely pleased with our meal. We ordered the calamari ($12) and the beef pad thai ($18). The calamari was a large enough portion for 2 and had a nice light tempura type batter that was perfectly seasoned and crispy. It was like little clusters of fried baby squid, some of the best I've had anywhere, and in quite a while. The beef pad thai was definitely more than enough for 2 to share, and we even had enough leftover to fill a small to go box. It had fresh mushrooms, which was a first for me with pad thai, but I thought it went perfect with the bamboo shoots and tender beef. The pad thai is mildy spicy, but not in an overpowering way. The flavor of the pad thai was excellent and it was even good later that evening reheated. The only thing I can mention that wasn't ideal was the height of the booths as opposed to the chairs facing them - my husband sat in the chair and I sat on the booth side and felt like a little kid as I was so low to the table. It was funny, but I just moved to the chair next to my husband and enjoyed my meal thoroughly. We also saved 10% with my players card which was awesome. I would even come to the casino just to eat here if I'm ever in the area again, definitely worth a try. read more

We've dined in d noodle bar and we love the wonton noodle soup. The wontons are simply delicious plump n yummy shrimp such a wonderful food that warms up your tummy. Last visit we tried the crispy chicken wings, wings were delish but in my opinion needs some kind of sauce to complete it. To start, the wait was at least half an hour when there were three tables available. It seems like they like to see the line goes around the building. Workers are very unmotivated. One table for instance, would take about five minutes to clean with two workers. We ordered Singapore Curry noodles and kungpao chicken and disappointed on both items. Kungpao chicken only has chicken peanuts and green onions and nothing else. Singapore noodles had no flavor but the curry. I would be very disappointed if I'm the owner. read more

Our server did not offer dessert but Kimberly stopped by and offered great customer service offering desserts.... we were informed the green tea ice cream wasn't available at the moment so we will be back to try it because Kimberly said it's definitely worth a try! I had the Pad Thai (chicken). It was ok, I felt like it was too much sauce, it didn't really taste like Pad Thai to me. I wish it tasted fresh, just didn't have the Pad Thai feel to me. Came to Soboba on a whim and decided to eat here before heading home. The Pad Thai was sweeter than I'm used to but I actually found it to be delicious! Had the Kung Pao Chicken and Yakisoba noodles and both were great. We also ordered the Pho and the broth, which in my opinion is what makes a goo Pho, was really good! Wish the buffalo wings had a bit more seasoning, loved the garlic but maybe some garlic salt would be great. Service was great! Very attentive, not sure who was our waitress since we had about 5 different people tend to us but they all made sure we had what we needed. Keep up the good work! read more

This place is an awesome little hidden treasure! The Noodle Bar is in the Soboba Casino in the food court area But is not food court quality. We ordered the shrimp egg rolls appetizer plate, Gal Bi, and Kung Pao shrimp. They were all delicious! The Gal Bi wasn't fatty, the rolls and Kung Pao had very good quality shrimp. Our meal was served quickly ( as we wanted to go back and gamble.. lol) and hot. Our waitress was named Lisa, and we found her to be very friendly and helpful with our options.
