I actually rate them at "minus 0". The staff and owner have absolutely "zero" customer service. The owner is only about "money". I asked an ignorant staff what is the cost for extra onions? She told me $1.00. I asked how much onions do you get? She yelled at me and told me to go home and cook. I asked her why is she being so rude? She told me I am cheap. I told her I am only asking a question and she did not have to be so rude. She continued to shout at me. The owner was sitting near by eating and he did not intervene or talk to his ignorant staff, The ignorant staff told me she was going to call the police as I threatened her. I could not figure out why she said this as I did no such thing. I told her I am going to call the police as I felt threatened by her. She called me cheap and stated "freedom of speech" ( what an idiot!!). She grabbed the card (you get stamps when you order food, big deal!) and I told her to cancel my order. She continued to yell at me as I was leaving the store and I saw go and sit with owner, they were talking out loud in their language to each other ( I;m sure it was about me). These people are so unprofessional and ignorant, the owner is only interested in making money, the people preparing your order are always talking to each other as they are preparing your order, the chicken wings is stale (as they re-fry and sell) and it has a raw smell to it, spring rolls dripping with grease, food overall is greasy, very often they mess-up my order (when I get home, order is often wrong), charge 0.35 cents if you pay by debit, menus are very faded, place is run down, seated area always looks unclean, front door glass doors always dirty, and staff at cashier always moving their hair out the face (all men and women need hair nets). I would never go back to this place or recommend it to anyone, THE OWNER IS DISGUSTING, STAFF IS DISGUSTING AND IGNORANT, AND FOOD DISGUSTING!!. Go to school and learn about customer service. There are many amazing Chinese restaurants in the GTA and this one is not it!! read more
