I came here for lunch. I wasn't sure what to expect or how to order. I ordered a few selections of skewers and a sweet soup. In hindsight I think I was supposed to eat the bbq goodies with some steamed rice. There a quite a few options for skewers and main dishes. Although most dishes appear to be spicy. The restaurant was decorated like an ancient town. You order your selections using a QR code and your food comes quite quickly. I think I would give this place another try to see the other main dishes. The service was ok, the waiters did not talk to me, just brought over our food quietly and set it on the table.

Who doesn't love skewers! This was my first time visiting, and I had been seeing it on Instagram, so I thought, "Let's try the best out." The food was great, and the service was excellent. The best dish was the eggplant, crispy and sweet. The servers were very kind, continually offering my child things to entertain them, and they helped me pick up my belongings when I accidentally dropped them on the floor. The atmosphere was perfect, not noisy at all, and the music wasn't too loud. Definitely coming back again for their food.

We were originally going to another restaurant but my friends who were around here first noticed the large crowd and surprisingly scored seats walking into the restaurant. We ordered some beef and lamb skewers, which had really great flavour a bit of a kick. We also ordered the fried pork with chilli peppers which is tasty but the spice will build over time. So definitely need some rice to compliment the dish. We had to get two other dishes less spicy like the tofu and braised pork belly to help us balance spice of the meal. However, I generally like my food less spicy so I'm sure if you're into spicy food this is a great spot. It's isn't just pure heat, there's good flavour as well. Service was good too! PS - They fish for reviews (Google) with complimentary hot dog skewers. I was gonna write a review either way. But my friend did pen a review to get those hot dog skewers for herself as shown, so the reviews likely aren't all organic.

Open late til 2 am! Food is amazing and comes out quick. Not a fan of eggplant but tried their fried eggplant and it was sooo good I would order it everytime! Skewers were well seasoned and shredded pancakes was also delicious and all come in huge portions! Went back within a week of my first visit and would definitely go again soon!

I'm Team bbq skewer so this is the perfect place for me. I also saw other dishes and they have huge portions!! They have veggie, seafood, pork/beef/chicken/lamb skewers to choose from. The beef was very well marinated I could eat the spicy beef all day it is pretty expensive and if you come with over a certain amount of people automatically 15 percent gratuity. The crème brûlée was pretty good. The short ribs were really good as well, but still the spicy beef is to die for.

There is a lunch menu that is $30.99 but they allow you to choose the dinner menu also $42.99. The dinner menu has a bit more choices for each section eg. Dinner menu has shrimp and veggie tempura where the lunch menu doesn't not have. You order the food via QR code for your phone . The customer service was great, everyone was friendly and explained the process on how to order and portion size. The waitress kept returning to fill up my water. The food was good also, I really enjoyed it. We were there from 12:30 and stayed until 3:15pm. They didn't rush us to leave. With the bill, I appreciated they let us know that tips were included in the total price. I enjoyed my lunch!!

The decor is from the previous store I think called maki momo? The dine in is counter seating. The taste is definitely not your typical Korean soup spices but the pork bone was definitely fall off the bone and tender which some Korean places serve it very dry. The spicy fish and veggie soup was also different as the fish used I believe it's snakehead where other places usually have that thick cut white fish which is meh. So I really enjoyed it. Definitely don't set the expectation as authentic Korean dishes for these two dishes in terms of taste because it's quite different. The pork bone soup had a lot of garlic in it but something about the soup base gave me sukiyaki flavours. The fish soup was slightly different as well but also can't narrow down what it reminds me off but that one gave some Chinese spin to it. Although different I'd say it's unique and good in their own way, I'd go back for their grilled meat options next time. For service there is a girl who takes your order and also the one that brings you food and periodically comes by to check on you. Very friendly. Lastly, you can purchase a membership for a year for $10 and it's basically half price on their prices. -Totally worth it.

The use of traditional elements, paper-cut window designs, red Spring Festival couplets, old-style newspaper wall coverings, and exposed brick adds a strong sense of nostalgia. It feels immersive and intentional, almost like stepping into a countryside home in Dongbei rather than a typical restaurant. The décor isn't fancy, but it's rich in cultural detail and warmth, perfectly matching the hearty, comforting style of Northeast Chinese cuisine. The space is unique and perfect for taking photos. The food here is very generous. We ordered the 4-person set with two side pots. Tomato Braised Beef Brisket and Chicken Stewed with Mushrooms and the portions were huge. Both pots arrived steaming hot and filled to the brim, clearly meant for sharing. The braised beef was rich and hearty, while the chicken pot was comforting and full of flavor, making it perfect for group dining or cold weather meals. Combined with the rustic, traditional décor, it really feels like authentic Northeast Chinese comfort food. The food and atmosphere were excellent, though the service was a bit lacking. Prices are reasonable for the generous portion sizes and the unique restaurant décor.
