But it did not look very busy. I was seated pretty quickly, and that's where it went downhill. I ordered the Lechon and pork eggrolls. 10 minutes later my waitress informed me that there were no more pork eggrolls. So I chose not to get a substitute and just continue with my entrée. About every five minutes, my waitress came by and apologized for the wait and told me the food would be out soon. 42 minutes after I ordered food, it finally arrived. The food was very good and had amazing flavor. I just can't get over waiting 42 minutes for a plate of food. I hope their service will pick up and they can be a little bit quicker in the future.

I do feel like the food should be good no matter what, though. Lastly, they will nickel and dime you if you pay with card--you know, like most people do in the Big 26. The food was $12.99 before Searcy's astronomically high tax, and then they upcharged me over 50 cents for paying with card. It just doesn't sit well with me. You can substitute tofu for meat on the Báhn Mì or in the fresh spring rolls. But they just added a house made veggie broth that is out of this world - light and fresh tasting.
