This is a growing trend I've noticed in Chinese restaurants recently The starter of deep fried soft shell crab was nice and crispy with sweet crabmeat but the coating was a little salty I enjoyed the roast duck in plum sauce, being used to the slightly fatty duck. The sizzling mixed seafood in black bean sauce had generous portions of large prawns, scallops, mussels and squid. The tofu puffs were awesome! The tofu skin wraps were delicious. The flavour was just perfect. The quality is really good as well.
