Always delicious with wonderful, authentic flavors. The broth in Guay jub is just so good. Their spring rolls are freshly fried, so extra crispy. Two thumbs up. Spring Rolls, Broth, Flavors, Food #Foodie #Delicious #GuayJub

I've been reading reviews and seeing this come up so many times with wonderful comments, so we decided to give it a try. Thai places around here are competitive and this place is a competitor! The interior has all kinds of 50s memorabilia on the walls making it fun to sit and look at although it doesn't seem to fit with Thai food - it makes it unique. The food was all fresh and the fresh rolls were one of our fav! The green curry was exactly as I like it. Service was cool, you can order at the window when you're ready, but they will also come out and bring it to you.

Simply amazing! We were super excited for come here for lunch! I went to their location in university city a few years ago and loved the food and vibes. Unfortunately that location closed down and we didn't know if they'd reopen there. Fast forward a few years and we came across this location on Google maps, so we unanimously decided to try it out! I had the Rama Noodle with tofu, spice level 4. It was hearty, with the right amount of spice and perfectly crispy tofu. I paired it with a hot green tea. The husband had the pad kee mao with chicken, also spice level 4. Both were delicious, and we finished our plates. He had the Thai iced tea, which was not overly sweet, just the right amount of sweet. Service was great, friendly and quick but not rushed. The restaurant is decorated with vintage memorabilia, with car and bike themed decor. I would definitely come back. Happy eating!

Had higher expectations for this spot. The portions here were small. Everything tasted okay. Service was fast but we felt like they were rushing us out.

Please don't let the outside of NOODLE NATION deter you,COME INSIDE! Quirky atmosphere without pretentiousness. The food is good too. The Tamarind/Peanut Sauce is a nice choice for the excellent Fresh Rolls. The Tempura Shrimp is not tempura batter however it is quite good and shareable, an unusual state for an appetizer. If you're seeking a nice, quiet place to eat with a nice menu, PLEASE CONSIDER NOODLE NATION in LYNNWOOD.

    Never a dull moment

My family and I recently had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant and the minute we stepped in it felt like the Sistine Chapel of coolness. There were so many different artwork, the atmosphere was ambient and chill, the hospitality was amazing, like visiting family, and the food was on point. I can't wait to try their soup dishes but the phad se ew, chicken wings, appetizers were all delicious. The perfect amount of sweet and savory. It's a hidden gem worth trying. Thanks Noodle Nation Family!!

Stopped by here on a whim and was pleasantly surprised! The decor is so fun and the staff were amazing. Food came out quick! We started off with fried spring rolls. They were all different shapes and the inside texture was mush. Not a fan of that texture. My daughter ordered the Mee Yok Ped. It was her first time having duck and she loved it. Noodles and duck were cooked well. I ordered the Heavenly Noodles and was not expecting what came out. The noodles were crunchy but once you stirred them into the gravy they softened up. Great interactive experience and flavors. Profile reminded me of Phad See Ew. Great portions! Wi definitely return!

I came here few times. It is interesting, the restaurant has a unique retro design. Everytime I came here, I always looked around in detail. Staff are friendly. Food wise, I tried many different food here. This time I bought Duck Noodle, Duck Fried Rice, Fish Ball Noodle Soup, and Chicken Wings. I think all the food taste pretty good. The only downside is, the protein seems too little/portion, and the portion itself is smaller than any restaurant in general. I'm just hoping the portion can be bigger & more protein in it too. Overall, It was a nice experience.

Delicious! The Pad Kee Mao and Pad Thai were equally excellent. Best we've had in the greater Seattle area so far. The tamarind really shines on the Pad Thai and the same goes for the chili sauce in the Pad Kee Mao. The inside is kitschy cute. We had very attentive and friendly service; my water cup never went below half empty.

Our 2nd visit, I ordered the chicken pad Thai, received 3 pieces of meat in my dish and about 10 bamboo shoots and the noodles were congealed and bad, I will not come back, ate about 1/3 of it. Minuscule amount of pulverized peanuts. Waitress did check on us and to avoid any conflict nor make my husband feel bad enjoying his meal I didn't say anything. Hubbys dish a stir fry- he gave it 3 stars.

Great food! Great Service. All curry's excellent, red a little Spicey! I like the yellow chicken curry the best. Spring rolls great way to start. Love the way inside is decorated . Very interesting. Highly recommend. We went twice in 4 day vacation in Seattle area. It's that good!!!

Started off with some VERY crispy wings, topped with fried shallots and garlic, could use a stronger flavor on the wing itself, but goes great with the sweet chili sauce and "secret" plum sauce, squeeze that lemon on there too! Thai Tea was as good as it gets. I got the green curry with Chicken, vegatables tasted so clean and fresh with clean chunks of sliced chicken breast. The curry itself was so rich, aromatic and savory. I also got the Cashew Chicken wok stir fry, love the subtle wok flavor with the mildy sweet and umami/soy flavor of the sauce. The veggies with a nice crisp and chicken goes perfect. They do spice level 1-5 and I chose 3, perfect amount of spice, not overpowering and you still get the nice kick! The service was great, my server was very attentive, helpful with the menu, and friendly. The lady at the register is so nice and was explaining to me some of the popular dishes. You can tell these two love what they do. Some of the better Thai food I've had, hearty, clean and flavorful, I WILL BE BACK! Ps: ask for the spices, and add it to everything, so bomb.

The lunchtime crowd was moderately busy on a weekday. The owners are kept busy so service can be a little slower with fewer staff running the restaurant. The pad se ew had a stronger soy flavor which was a nice surprise. Also, the fried tofu was extra crispy with a smoky taste. The plate was a little on the smaller side, and the veggies were not quite as flavorful but overall, I enjoyed the dish!

I've had two "not perfect" things I've experienced: once, it was spicier than what I consider 2-stars, and once there was a LOT of garlic on it; both of those are VERY small issues, and out of the hundred times I've had their food, it's nothing. - Take out is fast - perfect for last-minute dinner decisions on the way home. - The staff is lovely. It's family-owned, and they ALWAYS have a smile on their faces. But at the end of the day, with the obvious mark-up in price, we thought the food was a bit subpar. First off - this place, with its increased prices (a Pad Thai is now $15.95 rather than $12.95), creeps into the $$ territory in my opinion. My wife and I ordered: Chicken Pad Thai Tofu Kua Gai The Pad Thai was decent - nothing remarkable. The noodles were a firmer than I liked, but the chicken was overcooked and dry (and paltry - I only got a few pieces). The sweetness carried the plate, but nothing stood out to me. The Kua Gai was pretty unremarkable as well and it lacked flavor. The fried tofu didn't taste fresh or good, and it was overall also a poorly executed dish. Despite the hustle and bustle service and the cheerful owner managing a busy cell phone of take-out orders (which the saving and entertaining grace was that his ringtone was "Golden" from Netflix's Kpop Demon Hunters), this place severely missed the mark. And to charge us $40 for two plates of food (with tip), we left very disappointed.
