The missus had never been to a Noodles & Company and I had not been to one since 2010. We decided to check it out while on our typical day of aimless loitering in Fargo. We were both very impressed with the quality of service and the food. Friendly and quick service even though the place was packed on a Saturday afternoon around lunch time. We settled for the Thai Curry Shrimp and Japanese Pan noodles with a side of Korean BBQ Meatballs. The missus opted for the "zoodles" in the Thai Curry dish. Basically a healthier option of zucchini noodles. This dish was certainly the better of the two. Flavorful and had a good kick to it. The Japanese noodles while a little bland (compared to the other dish) was still flavorful. Seasoned tofu helped with this. Serving sizes are perfect! So I had a BOGO free small bowl coupon... went in just now to get some food with my brother. The girl that was helping us stopped helping us mid order and took a phone call and ran outside. A guy started to help us and realized he needed the manager to give me the discount for the free bowl and the manager disappeared so I had to wait to pay. I didn't know they put the order through without me paying and I had intentions of ordering something in addition to what I already ordered. Food is overall pretty good, however I often times will find portions of noodles from other dishes in my entree, staff are polite but i've been greeted a few times by people who aren't very friendly and seem to have no motivation or care to be there. I usually go for their penne rosa with parmesan crusted chicken or pad thai or bangkok curry. They are fine. What I wanted to write about this place is that it is super busy most of the time. There is usually a line and you might have to wait a little to get a seat (not long though as people eat and leave, they don't "hang out" here). A safer bet would be to make an online order and pick up your food. read more

I ordered online $30 worth of food last night and man was it one heck of a ride. I tried to use a gift card my friend gave me in middle school that doesn't expire (I'm in my 20s now) and it said the number was invalid. Tried typing it in again and it still said it was invalid. I came there at 8:30 to pick up my food and the building was locked even though they close at 9. So me and this lady were both needing to get in to grab our food and she had to call them so they would let us in. Then I got home and saw that they gave me the wrong things. I ordered a regular rice crispy, but instead they gave me a pride rice crispy. I didn't really want that because I wasn't sure what it would taste like and I wasn't in the mood for trying new things.
