This establishment is a joke. The staff is rude and disrespectful to its costumers. I wanted my order remade because both our bowls had burnt chicken. After a rude argument they agreed to remake it only to turn around and give me more burnt chicken. They still argued that the chicken is supposed to be that way. I have driven past this place many times. This was my first visit into this establishment. At first glance, the shop was not what I expected. I felt excited when I walked in. The smells, sights were all teasing me to look all over the restaurant. They have a menu on the wall with pictures so you can see and read a large variety of options. It was hard to choose. It was a pricier per person eatery. Coat me and hubby $30 for our meals that you do have to pay for a drink on the side. I love love the soda machine. You can pick a base flavor of soda and have flavors added. All the tables where clean, and my only complaint was the trash was an open giant rolling bin that was full. Lately, they seem to be busy with many online, curbside, and pick-up orders. The staff has always been polite. If you order extra meat, you will get it. If you order extra sauce, it seems they monitor your cholesterol, lol, and I should be grateful. I usually get the roasted garlic cream sauce which is deliciously decadent. I can feel the calories running to my waist and thighs. I ordered the 3-cheese Tortellini Rosa this time with meatballs. I didn't need the meatballs. It was good with a bit of spice. I am so happy that a delivery option for work can be a Zucchini or cauliflower noodle bowl. I had the shrimp cauliflower one and it was hood. It wasn't delicious but it hit my pasta craving. We came in right as they opened, and they had several soups not ready for purchase. The employee that took our order was super friendly and helpful in recommending dishes as we were first time customers; even helped with setting up our rewards account to get us a free rice crispy treat (it was ridiculously huge! Feed all 3 of my kids). I got the Alfredo dish, and it was very tasty. Only complaint would be that the chicken was super thin, and however they cook it left it very dry. Kids meals were of substantial size. The restaurant was super clean, and it appeared that they had one employee dedicated to ensuring tables stayed cleaned up as well as the soda station area. This is the absolutely slowest Noodles & Company i have ever been to. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:59pm. My husband went in to pick it up at 7:04pm and they were "just packing it up," they said. It is currently 7:21pm and still no food. We tried this place because my daughter recommended it. My youngest is with us this trip and she thinks this place is really good. She said the price was ok and the bathroom was really nice. The staff was very friendly and our food was ready really quickly. My wife ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and she said it is really good. My daughter had the Wisconsin Mac and cheese with Korean sweet and spicy meatballs. She enjoyed them. I had the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese. The chicken is a little dry but had good flavor. This is first visit to this location and second to any location. The staff here isn't quite as spectacular as the one in Cary but I have zero complaints. My first visit I tried the Bangkok Curry with grilled chicken. It was amazing. Those who are complaining about bland, boring food here should try it out. It is a bit on the spicy side but very good. This visit, I tried the Pad Thai. This one is a bit bland. I added a splash of Sriracha for the second half of the bowl. None of the other reviews have mentioned they also have a few sandwiches on the menu. I haven't tried them but they are here. There is WiFi named Noodles-Guest but the signal is too weak to connect to. This go round, I think they made the tea wrong. I think the citrus tea was in the sweet tea urn. It looks like my menu pictures stink. I think Yelp is killing the quality for some reason. They look great in my gallery but not in the Yelp app. read more

He wasn't even willing to give it another try even with a free meal offered. I will say that the customer service was pretty good because my 1st order from there was completely messed up and for me paying over $30 for 2 bowls of noodles and 2 cups (very small) of soup...I need my order to be on point. When I called back to let them know the issue they offered for me to come back for a free bowl. Which was the reason I returned the 2nd time. Overall the portions are large but pricey and to control calories they are skimpy on the sauces. My side soup of tomato bisque was good but very small. The Good: Service is fast and friendly.
