    Welcome to Noodles & Co
    Stacia N.

I got buttered noodles & shrimp. Nothing special about the noddles but the shrimp was cooked well. Lots of grated parm which I like in a pasta. My hot date had spaghetti. He said it was ok. Tried pot stickers here. Never had them before so nothing to base them off but they were good. We were asked for here or to go... we said here but everything still came in to go boxes so not sure what happened when you say to go. A bag maybe? Fancy coke machine that gives you a zillion choices wasn't working right. A very unhappy manager lady (?) from the back came out and told us if we push the button too much it works slower. I said if if works I won't keep pushing the button. She then pushed the buttons several times.... and returned to the kitchen without a word. Lady at the front counter was helpful and polite. Not bad. Not great.

I have ordered from this location a couple times and am at the point where a review is just necessary to let people know not to waste their money here. The orders are never correct, there has always been something missing. Currently it is the spinach missing from my Alfredo MontAmore. It's annoying when you are expecting something when you order and get "kind of" the correct item.

I ordered take out from a staple restaurant we patron when we don't feel like cooking but want to fill up. Everything came as excepted except the pot stickers. They were..well.. flat? You can see in the photos they're not your average round appetizer. It was not great. The other dishes were good and piping hot for delivery! It's 6pm and I'm ready to snooze after a big dinner. I appreciate the driver following directions as we had a sleeping baby we didn't want disturbed! All in all 4/5 will still order again :)

Bookguy was disappointed that his favorite dish here-- stroganoff--is no longer on the menu. I was disappointed that my favorite salad--Mediterranean-- is off the menu. That being said, we ordered what we hoped we would like. Bookguy decided to have shrimp scampi while I went with pesto cavatappi at the order taker's recommendation. I also ordered a small mac and cheese for another meal. Both of us pronounced our food "ok". I really liked the mac and cheese but the pesto was a bit lacking in flavor. I saved it for the next day, hoping a little time would meld the flavors. Unfortunately that was the day after a big storm and we had no power, so I ate it cold. It was still okay. Bookguy thought the portion size of his scampi was a little skimpy, but it did taste shrimpy. Due to COVID, we had not been there for more than a year. Bookguy wondered if they had new management. I wondered if they were dealing with lack of help and increased costs, as so many places are. Those issues can effect everything from prices to customer service. As long as they have tasty mac and cheese, I'll still visit every now and then.

Last Thursday I had an experience that made me not want to go back. The cashier didn't say anything to me after I got to the register, then grinned and shook his head as if a lack of greeting was funny. He didn't make my pasta the way I wanted, then he opened a bottled drink, and proceeded to drink in front of me. I complained on their website to try and get this fixed. Too often I see businesses not wanting to make it right, but they did so here. The shift manager apologized and said to show the email to a cashier and they would replace the food. They will keep my business, because I REALLY like the steak stroganoff with cavatappi noodles. Anyway, they saved the day and won me back. I returned yesterday and the food was superb. Bravo! PS: If you like snickerdoodle cookies, they have soft, yummy ones!

Restaurant seemed a bit overwhelmed. Counter service had trouble with the register and our order ended up being incomplete Restaurant had many tables that were still dirty as we looked for a place to sit down. Need to work on that a bit Food order came out in pieces and parts rather than all at once. The food we did get was very good. This included the Pad Thai with shrimp and the Tuscan fFresco. 5 stars for the management who gave us a ticket for three (3) free meals due to the lag in getting our food This will be a really good place once they work the kinks out

We worked up a big appetite after spending the day at the Omaha zoo. Plus the hubby wanted pizza!…read moreThanks to Yelp for this find, it was only a 8-minute drive from the zoo. We started off with happy hour drinks and calamari. The lemonchello and Negroni are strong!!! You've been warned! The calamari was surprisingly delicious. It didn't have a fishy taste, the breading was thin, tasty and yummy. The sauces it came with were also bomb. It had a nice kick along with pickled peppers that I could eat by itself. Now to the stars of the show -- margherita and pepperoni pizza. Wow. It almost felt like our taste buds were transported to Italy after the first few bites. Both of these pizzas were on the happy hour menu. I strongly recommend getting them if you're in a pizza mood. From the fresh dough, to fresh cheese and marinara sauce.. these pizzas alone are a huge reason we will come back. Our daughter had the buttered noodles which were also tasty. Our server was great, food came out in a timely manner. The space itself is clean and cozy. There is a bar, plus indoor and outdoor seating. Thanks to the Via Farina team for a fantastic dinner experience!

I would definitely go back. We had a group of 6 and the place was busy but we did see the servers were working hard. The only way I would say they could improve is attention to empty glasses or provide larger glass options if they want to sell more beer. Good service overall, I'm usually more thirsty than most! lol Check it out for sure!

I really wanted to like this place! How can you beat homemade noodles right? Even though the…read morewaitress was friendly, our party of seven waited 35 minutes to get our orders. The noodles themselves are good and clearly fresh. $8.00 for a regular portion and $11 for a large serving. The protein add-ons, which had a $3 up-charge, were unfortunately lacking. My husband received three bites of sausage. I ordered the salmon for my protein. There was less than two tablespoons of smoked salmon. My Mom got chicken, which comprised three bite sized pieces. It felt like they were running out of food. The sauces were just okay from a flavor perspective. I had a vegetarian tomato which honestly could have used more salt, garlic, basil and oregano. My husband said his beef sauce was also lacking in flavor. All of the tables were full of customers. And even though the space is small, it would have accommodated a few more tables, which would have immediately benefited the restaurant. While we were there we overheard the waitress explain the wait time and transition some customers to "to go orders." The waitress kept our drinks re-filled and comped us two creme brûlée's for the table (it was my husbands birthday). But my father-in-law was disappointed they were out of the lemon tart as well as the chocolate mousse, both of which we're still listed on the dessert board. Sad face. We were told they would get their dessert order tomorrow. They were charging $6 for frozen desserts they were mostly out of- (not impressed). We suggest the management get a license to sell wine, as that would have been a nice addition to the meal. We support local businesses and we really want this business to succeed, but they need to fine tune their pricing/portion sizes, i.e. if the tiny amount of protein just came with the $8 or $11 pasta dish instead of being up charged I would have been more satisfied.

It's hard to bust heir chops in the first week of being open. This is definitely not a franchise. But a small local business starting up. It takes time to improve the establishment and perfect the choices. Was able to review the pre-opening menu. And the menu was changed islightly to add clarity. I spoke with the executive chef prior to opening He stated that all pasta and sauce is made fresh in-house every day. Cost - start with the $6 or $8 bowl of pasta, gluten free is available . Add protein (5 choices)for 2-3 dollars. A meal for one will run from $8-$12. A salad will set you back $8 They don't have Hours posted so i asked and posted it to yelp They opened March 13 or 14. I came in for Monday lunch with a Latino friend of mine. The pasta of the day is fettuccine or gluten free. Being home made, only one type of pasta is made daily. We ordered a large creamy bacon with Italian sausage and my friend the small portion of creamy four cheese Being new, I asked if they had a way of providing a small sample of each of the sauces and the waitress said they were already portioned out for large or small sizes. Asked for a sample of the Asian curry and the cook was quite vocal and annoyed about making a sample. It took almost 25 minutes from coming in to getting our food. Mind you, no one else was in the restaurant. Because of the flooding in Nebraska and the city of Lincoln's water reduction mandate. Our meal was provided with the finest in plastic ware and disposable cups. That will change when the water conservation order ends. There was a noticeable size difference between regular and large. I am surprised that they don't have a child's portion. The proteins, chicken and Italian sausage were properly cooked without any significant seasoning. We were surprised that we got a sample of the creamy curry sauce. Given the cooks hissy about making a sample. (Your new, everyone wants a way to try your different sauces, make a sampler plate) As there are more than 19 different types of curry. This one is more of a mild yellow curry. No heat, not too much twang but quite flavorful definitely worth trying The creamy bacon was a bit pasty, at the end there wasn't a single spoonful of sauce to be had. The bacon was subtle and not overpowering. Occasionally there would be a tiny chunk of bacon. The creamy four cheese pasta was a again not saucy, but pasty. The cheeses seemed to be overpowered by Parmesan and a bit salty. There were some very flavorful shavings of cheese. Towards the bottom, the cheese got denser and as the other order not a bit of sauce left. The garlic bread served with the meal. It was quite good but a bit overpowering over the subtle flavors of the pasta. If you only have a half hour lunch, this is not the place for you. If you want fine dining with a glass or two of wine with your meal, this is not for you. This is definitely not a franchise. But a small local business starting up. It takes time to improve the establishment and perfect the choices. Worth giving them a try. I'll be back in a few week

We traveled a few blocks for fresh homemade Italian dishes, along with a number of neighbors who had the same idea. Arriving at 5:45-shortly after the 5:30 start time, we were surprised at the line that quickly multiplied with families taking advantage of the great weather and playground equipment that kept the young ones occupied. A wide variety of menu options were available including fresh pasta with a choice of alfredo, marinara or meat sauce. Meatball, brats and Italian sausage subs topped the sandwich offerings. Hamburgers and fries were offered but I didn't see or hear anyone ordering from the grill. A children's menu and family feast were also listed on the hand lettered menus taped to the truck. I ordered the fresh pasta with meat sauce and added a meatball. My husband opted for the Italian sausage sub with potato salad. My entree came with a breadstick and the meat sauce was so packed with meat that I probably could have skipped the added meatballs. My husband raved about his Italian sausage sandwich and I was impressed that they wrapped the bun in foil to keep it from soaking up sauce on the trip home. We had a short 5-7 minute wait for our meals which was delivered in foam takeout containers. Plastic napkin wrapped silverware was available for those eating in the park. The young lady taking orders was well equipped for the crowd and kept the line moving very efficiently. Credit cards were accepted and someone from the kitchen shouted a "thanks for coming" as we exited with our order.
