Noodle and Company is our favorite fast-casual pasta place that we never get to enough. We stopped in for a quick weekend lunch to go and were a little surprised to see it not very busy. Thankfully, that meant speedy service since we didn't order online ahead. From ordering to being out there door it was probably 10-15 minutes total. I decided to try their new Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo which was really good! I appreciated the sauce being on the lighter side and not overwhelming like most Alfredo sauces. It also included broccoli and spinach which compliments the dish very well! We also ordered the basic macaroni and cheese this time for something simple. It was quite a large portion with a creamier cheese sauce. Both were really good. I'd say this experience was much better than our last and will keep us coming back in the future! read more

For the most part noodles and company is always pretty good if you know what to order. By far the best thing they have is the Korean barbecue meatballs, I really wish they would give you more because they are so addicting! A must order whenever I go here. As far as pastas go I almost always get the Alfredo MontAmore with Parmesan Chicken or the Pesto Cavatappi which are both really good. I recently tried the new chicken parmesan and it was really really bad. Bland, no seasonings, and the chicken was hard and possibly raw. I ordered the steak stroganoff - as with any "fast food" restaurant, I expect the food to be slightly different than the picture! The description stated that it would have wavy noodles in a mushroom sherry cream sauce, with marinated steak, mushrooms, fresh herbs and cracked pepper, topped with Parmesan and Italian parsley. Sounds good... I paid $11.75 for about a cup of wavy noodles and four pieces of steak. I asked the server if it was supposed to have mushrooms and he did not know. So another girl pipped up and said that the mushrooms were prepared in the morning and since it was the end of the day they were probably out. I stated that I paid for them so perhaps before allowing people to order something they were out of, they could let their customers know because I literally got some noodles and a few pieces of meat - not even topped with cheese. I got zucchini roasted garlic cream with parmesan crusted chicken. I got the regular sized and it was about $16 with tax. I think this is a bit pricey for a fast casual restaurant. It took a bit for anyone to be ready to take our order. The sauce is very thin and there is a lot of it. I wish I had gotten more zoodles as I feel like my food was drowning in the sauce. The sauce has really good flavor though! The parmesan crusted chicken was okay... it honestly tasted like just store bought breaded frozen chicken. Definitely nothing special. I got buttered noodles & shrimp. Nothing special about the noddles but the shrimp was cooked well. Lots of grated parm which I like in a pasta. My hot date had spaghetti. He said it was ok. Tried pot stickers here. Never had them before so nothing to base them off but they were good. We were asked for here or to go... we said here but everything still came in to go boxes so not sure what happened when you say to go. A bag maybe? Fancy coke machine that gives you a zillion choices wasn't working right. A very unhappy manager lady (?) from the back came out and told us if we push the button too much it works slower. I was in the area and needed a quick take out dinner and thought I would give it a try. I had it before at this location but it had been a few years. I got the chicken Parmesan and my husband got chicken Alfredo. Visually the food looked awesome and then I realized how small the portion was for the chicken parm and thought it was over priced for what I got. I tipped and the total was $37.00. The noodles were fine but the chicken was terrible. It was hard and chewy, like gritty in a way. I didn't eat most of the chicken. I got the cheesy bread too which was pretty good. We were really disappointed with our meals. I remember there being a noodles restaurant on 171st and center near Dairy Queen many years ago and it was so good, they had more options, and larger servings. The orders are never correct, there has always been something missing. Currently it is the spinach missing from my Alfredo MontAmore. I ordered take out from a staple restaurant we patron when we don't feel like cooking but want to fill up. Everything came as excepted except the pot stickers. They were..well.. flat? You can see in the photos they're not your average round appetizer. It was not great. The other dishes were good and piping hot for delivery! It's 6pm and I'm ready to snooze after a big dinner. Bookguy was disappointed that his favorite dish here-- stroganoff--is no longer on the menu. I was disappointed that my favorite salad--Mediterranean-- is off the menu. That being said, we ordered what we hoped we would like. Bookguy decided to have shrimp scampi while I went with pesto cavatappi at the order taker's recommendation. I also ordered a small mac and cheese for another meal. Both of us pronounced our food "ok". I really liked the mac and cheese but the pesto was a bit lacking in flavor. I saved it for the next day, hoping a little time would meld the flavors. Unfortunately that was the day after a big storm and we had no power, so I ate it cold. It was still okay. Bookguy thought the portion size of his scampi was a little skimpy, but it did taste shrimpy. Due to COVID, we had not been there for more than a year. Bookguy wondered if they had new management. I wondered if they were dealing with lack of help and increased costs, as so many places are. Those issues can effect everything from prices to customer service. We decided to try Noodles & Co. for a quick dinner. We ordered our meal. I ordered the Alfredo montamore my wife ordered the pad Thai with chicken. My son ordered the shrimp scampi and my daughter ordered the zuchinni noodle shrimp scampi. It took over 20 minutes foe our meals. The restaurant was not busy. We were all very hungry. My daughters dish had chicken rather than shrimp. The other meals were correct . The portion size was smaller than expected. The quality of the sauces was average at best. My Alfredo sauce was bland and not very thick. The food quality was no better than Fazollis. Next time we will go to fazollis for faster service and same quality and free bread sticks. My daughter said it best by saying she wouldn't refuse to go back but it would not be her first or second choice. I couldn't recommend it. read more

Last Thursday I had an experience that made me not want to go back. The cashier didn't say anything to me after I got to the register, then grinned and shook his head as if a lack of greeting was funny. He didn't make my pasta the way I wanted, then he opened a bottled drink, and proceeded to drink in front of me. I complained on their website to try and get this fixed. Too often I see businesses not wanting to make it right, but they did so here. The shift manager apologized and said to show the email to a cashier and they would replace the food. They will keep my business, because I REALLY like the steak stroganoff with cavatappi noodles. Anyway, they saved the day and won me back. I returned yesterday and the food was superb. Bravo! My goodness, this place has so much potential that is, sadly, wasted. They offer gluten-free options, but it's always a gamble as to whether or not the noodles will have non-gluten-free noodles mixed in. And they no longer offer curbside delivery when we order. We've done curbside for years, and now they don't have it anymore. The food, when done correctly, is tasty. And with their rewards program, it is fairly affordable. But the negatives keep us from coming here more often. read more

We're new to Omaha and drove past this on the highway and gave it a shot. I really like the easy of ordering online and the ability to customize your order. The three of us got something different an we each enjoyed. I got the tofu noodle bowl and it was good but not great. It could have used a bit more sauce (but I know now I can order extra next time) and some of the noodles were scorched (too much for my liking). I also think I'd like it with a bit more greens. I'm hopeful as I learn how to better customize my order, I'll enjoy even more. read more

This was my first visit to this location. I always thought this business was closed since I would drive by and wouldn't see any activity inside the restaurant. This time, I turned off Dodge and drove into their parking lot and saw people inside. The service was great, the cashier was very prompt and quick with the order. As I navigated through the seating area, there were several tables that were not clean. Even though this was remedied with 5 minutes, it lowered the score. The food came out quickly and was very tasty. The Korean Beef Noodles were excellent and I would recommend this dish to those who like a 'bite' to their noodle dish. The bathrooms were clean and workers did finally come over and start clearing out tables and wiping down the counters by the time we were leaving. Overall, this place does not have an easy driveway to access the parking lot. You must go through the HyVee parking lot off of 137th and navigate towards the side of the shopping center area to find the closest access to the main restaurant doors. read more

I had ordered a pickup over grubhub but the restaurant was missing an item and canceled the order. Unfortunately, the app glitched and I never received a notice it was canceled. When I came to the restaurant to pick it up with no order, the staff went above and beyond and made my food right then and there, although they were already closed. We used to come here frequently and just today we visited another location again. We always ordered the same things- Wisconsin Mac and Cheese and Pesto Cavatappi. They were served in real bowls with real cutlery. Since then it has changed, plastic bowls and cutlery. It is very disappointing that such a good company has switched to a alternative that harms the earth when there is easy solutions. There are so many dishes that are delicious. I love the Alfredo MontAmore is rich and decadent. The mac-n-cheese is an obvious choice. Just make sure that if you add a protein (meatballs, chicken, etc.), you stir your mac-n-cheese thoroughly first to get the very best bite. The service was fast and super friendly! Enjoyed a Saturday evening dinner here with the kids. Place was almost empty. Very friendly and attentive service, facility was also very clean. We ordered 4 different dishes and each had a drink which totaled $31. We all enjoyed our meals and appreciate that they offer great options for kids and adults alike. I think as a whole there could be a bit more flavor depth to the noodle dishes but that could also be our fault for not adding in more embellishments. Overall though, we will definitely be back!
