I used to like Noodles & Company but my last visit was disappointing. I ordered the spicy garlic ramen dish and after a long wait I was not able to eat it because it was way too salty. For me, it was inedible and I had to throw it out. They were kind enough to offer me another dish, which I appreciated. I am giving it three stars because it was only an "ok" experience for me (waited too long for a disappointing dish). But since they provided me with an alternative dish, I am giving more stars from the one star I was planning. read more

My first thing is that the issue was not the workers. They were all great and switched up my husband's order right away for him when his food came out different than what he wanted. But I'm throughly disgusted and disappointed. The place itself is gross and just looks unclean. The drink station and utensil area is visibly dirty and looked to not have been cleaned in a while and also the tables and floors looked dirty. The bathrooms also felt really dirty and unclean. When my food (Pad Thai) was brought out I instantly noticed an unpleasant and familiar smell that I couldn't place as it was brought to me. I shrugged it off and started eating but it did not taste good and I normally don't complain about my food so I just kept eating. But was getting more grossed out. Because of the food quality and the smell. I stopped eating it and ate a few bites of my husbands food. Which was good but not overly amazing. But it was edible. Then still smelling that weird smell I took a good whiff of my food and it clicked. It smelled like literal puke I was so off put and disgusted I had to move the bowl away and I put the rest in the garbage. My husband even noted he thought it smelled and tasted weird after having a bite of mine and agreed it smelled like puke. Had some free noodle bowl coupons to use and came here on a not so busy Wednesday night. Changed my usual in for the new green curry noodle bowl with shrimp. It was pretty good. My complaint is there's way too many noodles and not enough of everything else. Otherwise the flavors were pretty good. The steak stroganoff was also chosen and as always the sauce was very sparse and didn't even cover all the noodles. Stroganoff is supposed to be plentiful with the sauce and should cover all the noodles. Topped things off with the best chocolate chunk cookie ever and the yummy chicken noodles soup for me. The meatballs were also ordered but man is that sauce way too sweet. Definitely wasn't worth the money for that appetizer. Lastly the cleanliness wasn't the best. Had to bus our own table and there was another couple that weren't bussed. That was disappointing. Good new flavored bowl for the win though. read more

I am a HUGE fan of Noodles & Co. The service is always friendly here and it is in a great location. Parking can be annoying at times, because it is a one way in front of the building and there have been a few times where I've almost been hit by people going the wrong way. Great variety of food. You can usually be in and out within 20 minutes. Even when they are really busy, I can always seem to find at least one open seat! Their mac-n-cheese is fantastic, which helps if you have kids with you. You can order all of their dishes in a smaller size, which is good for those watching their money or those who aren't too hungry. read more

Man oh man did Noodles & Company do the trick for me today! I got off of working day shift and ordered online. I got a handy dandy little coupon for $4 off of a $10 or more purchase because I signed up for Noodlegrams via e-mail. They offered it up since it was Leap Day today! The promo code only worked for online purchases, and I liked how quick the ordering process was being that I had never ordered online before. I got there promptly at 4:00pm and went straight to the pick up counter. They told me that it would be done in a few minutes, and I didn't have to wait too long before I had my meal to go. I was so hungry that I opened up my order and took a bite in the car. It took so much self-control to hold back from eating the whole bowl! I got a regular bowl of Pesto Cavatappi pasta (my all time favorite) with both marinated steak and parmesan crusted chicken. I couldn't help myself...I needed the double protein! It was only $2.00 extra, so why not splurge? I got home, turned on the Ellen show and went at it. I ate most of the bowl in less than 10 minutes. I kid you not...I practically breathed it in. I became so full that I ended up saving a little for later, but it just tasted so good. The noodles, the meat, the sauce....YUM! The only thing I wish they would do is melt the cheese on top a bit more. It's never melted, but if you mix it in enough, it does melt on its own. The regular portion was huge (I swear it's bigger when you buy it to go than dining in) and satisfying. Picking it up was quick, the food was hot and plentiful, and I will surely be utilizing the online ordering system again sometime! Noodles isn't a fancy place for those of you who've never been. So, if you're a fan of noodles - whether they be Japanese, Thai, or Italian - you'll find something here to like. If you don't like noodles, they also have great soups, salads, and other menu items (potstickers, cheese bread, etc.). They also have a great kids' menu to choose from. My go-to item is usually Pad Thai, but I have tried other dishes here. On my most recent visit, I was bothered by a couple of things. The Pad Thai tasted good, but the noodles seemed to stick together. I had this same problem with another dish at this same location a while back. The Pad Thai includes rice noodles, a sweet chili sauce, carrots, cabbage, scrambled egg, cilantro, and fresh bean sprouts. It's served with a lime on the side, and a few peanuts to garnish it. I used some Sriracha sauce and Smolder from Boulder seasoning to give it more of a kick. Without those, it has none. I was also bothered for this reason. A sign right on every table declares..."every dish is handcrafted to your taste"... Yet, when I ordered mine, I asked if they could give me a little extra sauce (because it's been a little dry in the past) and some extra peanuts (because they skimp on the peanuts). The cashier balked, "they might be able to add some peanuts," she said unconvincingly. So much for handcrafting my dish to my taste. The Pad Thai was good. It gets close to approximating what you can find in a Thai restaurant, but not exactly. With the addition of the Sriracha sauce and seasoning I was able to give the dish a satisfactory burn that left its after-effects on my palate. I'll also say that they weren't too quick to clean the tables. As I left, there were three tables that needed cleaning from previous patrons. I also wasn't a fan of the loud modern music that was playing. For a chain, Noodles' food is good when you're looking for something in a hurry. read more

I really love the fact that this company supports humane animal farming practices, and those animal welfare commitments are outlined in detail on their website. What made me look up their website was tasting how good the chicken and beef was. I've had a few pasta dishes which were fresh & delicious. The chicken Caesar salad is really good. The app is also fun; you can scan the UPC code on your receipt for coupons and/or free items. What is a little disappointing is the fact that the last 2 times I've visited, the check-out person was unfriendly. I felt like I was bothering her just by showing up. I like Noodles & Co. - I've eaten at this one a lot over the years, and at others when travelling. Good food, decent prices, and the menu is extensive but not overwhelming. I'm giving this location 2 stars because the dishes I've received the last few months (pasta fresca) have been incredibly skimpy on veggies. In the last 5 pasta frescas, i've gotten a total of 7 (7!) leaves of spinach. Tomatoes have been just as skimpy. Pot stickers have been served cold. Maybe I've just been unlucky to have that person in the kitchen who just doesn't give a s*** prepare my meals, but I mostly avoid going here anymore. read more

I travel a lot and this was one of the worst places that I have been too. I was luck to find a table to sit at because all the empty tables had dirty dishes on them should of been my first sign but I already ordered my meal, they brought my soup out that was cold! I took it back up to get a new one the second one came out burnt and in a plastic bowl because and the other bowls were still on the table dirty, I just gave up that's fine I'm not one to throw a fuse thought maybe I can just get a refund on my soup and just eat my noodles that I ordered. I love noodles. This location gets pretty busy so sometimes the wait is a little long. Last time we ordered online and they forgot my husbands order so they gave us a free rice Krispy bar for the trouble. The Korean meatballs are so good with a little kick in the sauce! Have to say I really do enjoy going to Noodles and Co. I enjoy their quick service with a smile. Reasonable prices, variety of options, and different serving sizes make for a quick and satisfying meal. Quick service to your table usually. I really enjoy the Pasta Fresca with chicken and Feta cheese. I do put a healthy amount of soy sauce and hot sauce on it even though there is a sauce. Cheesy meatball with noodle dish....needs some stirring for adequate cheese-to-noodle ratio. Meatballs were looking a little dry also. Overall...good experience. read more
