I had a duo: pad thai with grilled chicken that was super salty and many of the noodles were "crunchy" as opposed to al dente. The potstickers were barely warm. The young lady that took our order and delivered the food to our table didn't seem like she wanted to be there. I've always gotten the Mac and cheese and it just was a let down this time. The service was very lackluster as well. I've been here a few times and have not been all that thrilled. It's ok, but not a go to for noodles by any means. I stopped in with my daughters who like the place more than I do and I decided to get the Japanese Udon noodles, one of their signature dishes. I added shrimp. It was very good with very fresh cilantro included that really made the dish. Not Japanese restaurant good, but good for what you go to Noodles & Company for-a good variety of noodle dishes. The Zoodles (Zucchini spiralized "noodles") are absolutely amazing and will bring me back sooner than my last return visit. I love this Noodles location. Always clean, always friendly, always efficient and always accurate. The food is good. I always order for pick up on the app- very simple and user friendly. They have a pretty good rewards program. I'm not a fan of their Wisconsin Mac n cheese- the cheese is never fully melted (which I guess is their signature style) but I love the BBQ Mac n cheese with the crispy fried jalapeños. Other favorites include Spicy Korean beef noodles, the cauliflower gnocchi with the roasted garlic cream and recently- the Mexican street corn salad. I always ask for an extra side of the dressing for the salad. Sometimes it is missing the avocado (and one time, the avocado was so under-ripe that it was crunchy)... but that's only two times out of the twenty times that I've ordered this salad. I'm new to the area and was in a mood for pad thai. So I ordered some takeout from Noodles & Company for lunch! I ordered through Yelp's app, and asked for extra lime wedges and peanuts, and for it to have "some" pepper flakes. I got more lime wedges than I asked for, but that was okay since they were a bit small each. Peanuts added a good crunch. I think there was too much red pepper, but I understand why it wasn't made as a side cup (I wanted to infuse the dish with a bit of heat). I will try elsewhere for the best pad thai I think, but I will definitely come back to Noodles & Company next time I want to try something noodle-y or pasta-y! read more

The staff and managers are very unprofessional and rude...after purchasing Pesto Cavatappi meal with steak.. get home absolutely no pesto on my meal called to express my disappointments only to have the phone hung up on.. went to the location to return the meal and was told no managers are available at the moment I should leave my receipt and personal information and someone will reach out to me next day... waited 24 hours no one called.. I called the very next day, only to be told they can give me a free bowl? so I said how on earth is that a free bowl when I paid for your meal? All I need is a refund? I have to default to my twelve year old daughter for this review (don't worry- she seemingly knows everything these days - love the formative years-ugh)- however, after she accepted this choice as her post basketball practice meal choice - since chick fil a had huge lines- my daughter doesn't like to wait- I wonder where that came from? I had an obsession with this place for about a month straight. I discovered it, I ate it, I couldn't stop ordering it. The concept is cool, fast food pasta, who wouldn't love that? The best thing on their menu is their Mac and cheeses. The regular and the truffle one is the best! I tried a couple other items but always go back to the Mac and cheese. The food: Noodles & Co. had a variety of different dishes but if you're looking for ramen or pho, this isn't the place. We ordered the chicken adobo and it was very flavorful but definitely not for those who do not like spicy dishes. My wife and I went for lunch here on Sunday, 3/25. We were in the area shopping and wanted something different. I love Asian noodles so I decide to try the spicy Korean beef noodles, my wife had a curry chicken soup and we split an order of the pot stickers. We both enjoyed our meals, it was fresh tasting and flavorful. My only concern would be that the restaurant needs to clear and clean the tables much quicker. By the time we left there were several tables with dirty dishes and plates on them. Not the most pleasant thing to look at when your eating. I've been going here for awhile now and they never fail to disappoint. Even multiple times weekly! The staff is very friendly and they bring the food right to where you're sitting. Service is quick and they even pick up after you. I wish they accepted tips! It's always extremely clean here. I've only gotten two dishes every time I've gone in the Japanese pan noodles with pork and the spicy beef Korean noodles. Both are delicious and consistent everyone I've gone. I've never been disappointed. The Japanese pan noodles are good if you like Asian flavors and some hearty noodles. The new spicy beef Korean noodles are a ramen noodle and have a sweetness to it that I really like. They even shave cucumber on it which is a nice touch. Love this place, you should go! read more

We ordered on the app ahead of time to pick up our food and go. We arrived and the problem was that half of our group had their food perfect and prepared, ready to go. The other half, the app denied their request. Fortunately, the cashier mentioned that the online ordering is having trouble and the meal was on them today. So, pro: free food for mistakes. Brought the food back and ate at work. It was good pasta, could have used a little more seasoning, but nothing was over or undercooked. Still perfectly hot when we actually ate 30 mins later. Cons: The portion size is not really worth the price. I order the small, but the plate was barely wider than my fork. And if you thought it was a bowl, it was only one pasta layer deep. Not the best pasta in the world, but it was good. I would eat there again. Too pricey. Adding extra ingredients to your dish could get costly. Add extra cheese, spinach or veggies ranges between $0.75 and $2.89. Thankfully I'm a simple person, so no additional cost for me. Pros: It's a great option if you are craving pasta quickly on a work day. Quick and clean environment. I loved their see through fridges and work space. You are literally looking at them prep your food with a wall or barrier. Someone in my group said that adding guac to their salad was free. There are plenty of online coupons and deals. Just search the web for a little bit and you are sure to find something to sweeten the deal. They have the best take out containers. I washed and will reuse mine. Yes, please! My daughter loved their mac and cheese. And mucho props to them for serving a kid's meal at a temperature they can eat asap. If nothing pisses me off more at a place, it's the ungodly 3rd degree burn temperature they serve kid's meals at. For $4.99, she got a decent size entree along with 2 sides. Veggies, fruit, dessert, salad...seriously, a drink too? They had my boyfriend's favorite drink machine. You know, the one with 5000 different options. Bf got Steak Stroganoff that he loved. That's next on my list. I got a cup of the Tomato Bisque (seriously, one of the best bisques I have had in my life) and a small Pesto Cavatappi with Shrimp. Holy Hannah. So delicious. Maybe my expectations are too high, or I am reminiscing too much about my college days when I used to go here to cure a hangover. I remember their decadent mac n' cheese, where different types of shredded cheese gets swirled in, melting it perfectly between the macaroni. I was on my way to work, and needed to pick up lunch. I remembered there's one located right off the highway. I decided to order the mac n' cheese, because, why not, I was in the mood to look back and remember the "good ol' days". Maybe if I ate it right away, it would have been better, but after about 20 minutes of digging into the bowl, the cheese had congealed on top of the grilled chicken, leaving the macaroni under lacking flavor. The chicken is nicely cooked, but I'm missing the cheesy sauce that makes mac n' cheese so great. As I am eating it, all I can be reminded of is Corinne's "cheese pasta".
