If you are looking for comfort food in a modest atmosphere, look no further. They are open till 9 pm, which is nice and rare in our area. Prices were fair, and the menu included a couple of items that caught our attention. It had said ribs, chicken, and comfort food on their sign, and I was hoping for roasted chicken or bbq chicken, but that was not on the menu. Chicken francaise was as well as wings and grilled chicken for salads. So was ribs... We tried a large Buffalo wing, fried great, and we liked the fact there were carrot and celery sticks. I asked for a shrimp Cobb salad (it usually has chicken), and the staff asked the kitchen, and they were fine with my request. The salad was ok. It was skimpy on veggies and loaded in deep-fried bacon bits. We also got crab cakes, but they were deep fried as well rather than pan seared and heavily seasoned with old bay...not my jam... I believe this business has a lot of regulars at the bar, as it was full of rowdy people.

Another fantastic visit at Taverna, but I remembered to take a few pictures this time. Great service and tasty dishes at a reasonable price! Seasonal specials daily, and some pretty awesome margaritas here!

The food is always delicious and the employees are so hard working and welcoming! When you enter the restaurant it's cute and comfortable. Would recommend coming in for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can't beat the prices and the quality of food.

This place is kind of a hidden gem. It's the only little restaurant in its area. I've always driven by and wondered how it was, so I finally stopped in one day with my friend and her daughter. I'm glad I did. This is a family ran and owned business. We were greeted by the owners son, and he was so sweet and attentive. He sat us and took our drink orders and served us complimentary fresh bread and butter. This place is small and cozy but had a full bar in the back corner. We saved our "real" drink order for dessert. So we started off with an appetizer, and we ordered the nachos. They were served with lots of melted cheese and topped with a Pico de Gallo. Our meal was shared and was exactly enough for the both of us. It was the Italian meatball panini with a substitution and additional side salad. Those meatballs were really good. I was impressed because they tasted homemade. My friends daughter got the kids' chicken tenders and fries, and for the price and quality, we were pleasantly satisfied. For our dessert, as i mentioned before, we ordered the smores martini, and it did not disappoint! So decorative and delicious! The service took a while, but we enjoyed our time together. I would definitely try them again.

Don't let the outside of this place fool you because looks are definitely deceiving. We were cautious coming to this place due to the appearance of the outside, but once we were in it was so much fun. Agus, aka rawbartender, was Ah-mazing and truly made the night fun. He was truly such a vibe!! I ordered the SpongeBob, which was Goslings rum, pineapple spice, ginger, lime, angostura bitters. Especially with the show that was put on, my drink tasted even better. It was a Smokey, yet smooth and refreshing drink! We also got the Snow White, on the sweeter side made with Pear vodka, orgeat, pear juice, lemon juice, cinnamon. And of course, we can't forget our schooling in tequila and Mezcal from Agus. He was very informative of what he was serving and we tried a few different shots. He gave us the rundown of how you're actually supposed to taste tequila. And I have to say I've never had an experience like that before. I wish the party didn't stop and I will definitely be coming back specifically for Agus and of course the drinks!

The bartender was fabulous . And made great drinks ! We just got drinks I got the peaches peaches which was pleasantly really good not to sweat or bitter , not to overpowering with peach flavour very well balanced . They also offer small bites / food. I will def be back to try some more options !

I've known about this place for a while, and a friend reminded me that they recently changed locations. We were seated in the bar area at a high table and were given two menus: a happy hour menu that lasted until 6 PM and their regular menu. We figured we'd order a few things off of their happy hour menu while it was still going on, then move on to the regular menu after 6 PM, since we knew we'd be there for at least a couple of hours. We ordered a shrimp appetizer, gnocchi, fries, wine, and a white Cosmo to start. My absolute favorite was the grilled shrimp appetizer, even though the other two were very good as well. My friend's favorite was the gnocchi. From the regular menu, I ordered the ham and cheese croquettes and she ordered the regular cheese croquettes since she is vegetarian. We loved those as well. These four tapas were enough to serve as our dinner and we didn't have to order anything else. The service was fantastic and I thought that everything was priced very well. I liked that there was a parking lot right next-door. A friend met us. Later on for a final drink and mentioned that he liked this new location better than the old location. I would definitely return and try different tapas. Their entrées also looked very good. I really like this location because you can walk around and do other things after dinner in the area.

Service in the bar area and in the dining area were both wonderful. Both the waitress and bartender were awesome! I liked that the menu had items labeled gluten free. Always makes it easier. It was 3 of us that came out to celebrate my birthday and 2 of us ordered an entree and our other friend ordered tapas. We were all very happy with it. I had the grilled salmon and it was perfect! Since we got there a bit early we had enough time to order from the happy hour menu so we ordered Grilled Shrimp and Escargot and drinks of course. I love that they have a tray of desserts to showcase! Makes it easy or hard to choose from because they all look so good! I must say prices were good, service was wonderful, food was delicious! We all agreed we would go back!

I also had the bread service, featuring sourdough from Small State Provisions--the perfect accompaniment to this hearty stew. We both drank Le Poney Roses, which were balanced and beautiful--a fabulous mocktail that really embodies the spirit of a cocktail. We weren't rushed at all and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The menu looked pretty good so we started with some apps. Beer cheese- definitely a different twist than I expected but it was great. Very flavorful, really beer forward. The bruschetta was ridiculously amazing!! The cucumber salsa was missing something but ok, needed some acid or heat. My disappointment started when they brought out our meal, (we still had two apps to go, I hate my meal coming out with or before the rest of our apps. I had the hot honey chicken and NE Clam chowder. The chowder was brown and was not what I was looking for, I packaged up to go. It was primarily the brown I assume the roux went farther than it should have or there is something else in it.. The hot honey chicken was ok, the chicken was paper thin , tasted mostly arugula no heat, no sweet... I'd switch out the bread for a roll next time and douse it with hot sauce. The cottage fries are out of this world and I would come back for beverages and those!! My partner had the biria sandwich which was fire, also had a salad which was really good as well. The cookies are really amazing! Actual Dessert- I am struggling with we opted for the Chocolate cake which was literally melting- did not think it was ice cream so not sure why we had a puddle in a box when we got home. I want to try other things, as we had some good and some not so good, so we'll be back and update again after another try.
