I received a very cute welcome packet in the mail. Upon arrival we were greeted right away and taken for a brief tour. The office is beautifully decorated and comfortable. They put a lot of care and attention to detail. There is a small game area for gamers. My daughter was taken for picture and when she was brought back to me, Dr. LaPonzina cane to meet with us both. He provided very clear detail on his observations and was very pleasant. Next I was provided the financial details for her proposed treatment. A number of options were provided and it was clear they work with their patient. I will update my review once she gets her braces on but so far I'm very impressed. She was happy too because she received a certificate for a free pizza!

The first time my 8 yr old went there she needed her tooth removed, so she expressed that she could still feel the pain and I was given a token to leave the room with my younger daughter, that didn't make a sound, just so the dentist could ask her "what is wrong with you" my 8 yr old told her " it hurts" why send her mother out of the room to ask her that. He is very personable and the way he provides care clearly demonstrates how much of his entire heart and soul is invested into his craft. I go to a different hygienist for my cleanings and all have been extremely efficient and very professional. The front desk staff is just as kind and very friendly. This is an office with such a welcoming vibe that also focuses on excellence in care. They also have an oral surgeon and other specialist available within their offices. I have had procedures by Dr. Vendetti who is equally amazing, friendly, and just all around wonderful. I was able to get an appointment at 6:30 PM on a Monday. The dentist was extremely down to earth and very personable. I think his name is Jim. He talked me through next steps and made me feel extremely comfortable, especially after I told him that I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist. He explained to me my options as far as anesthesia, using laughing gas, etc. Overall I had a great first experience. Took off a star because for my next step, I had to book out all the way to January 2027; however, they did say that a hygienist is coming back from maternity leave soon and her books will open up. They put me on a list to be called and noted my appt preferences. Hopefully I can be seen for my next appointment soon!

And I have never seen a dentists office with the technology they have there....3D teeth scanning machines and other tech I had never seen at a dentists office before. I didn't get an apology, just a "that's not supposed to happen" . Very painful experience. I could hear and feel her twisting and grinding the metal implant out of my jaw bone.
