This is my fourth time or so I believe getting my brows done here and since the first time i came here i knew this would be my new go to spot . There's usually never a wait which is just a really cool plus . What I love most is how good noor does my eyebrows . As much as I would want to gate keep this place I genuinely enjoy noors work and want her to get her flowers .shes not greedy for reviews she's very genuine and treats her client like family she remembers faces and always has kind genuine energy . I have naturally thick brows and often times when I get them threaded stylists leave them thick with little to no arch. But Noor gave me a good natural arch without them being too thin. I meant to write this review last week, I've been a little busy BUT I will say Noor is AMAZING! It's been a little while since I had my eyebrows threaded and a little hesitant to try new spots. The one I used to go to has gone down in quality and so I've been hesitant in trying new places. I did a walk in and Noor greeted me very kindly. I didn't have anything in mind other than getting my eyebrows cleaned up and that was exactly what Noor did. It was fast and she even provided a calming little eyebrow massage after. I will be returning. And I even got a compliment on them from a friend today. So, Noor knows what she's doing and has an extremely welcoming energy. I really hate to leave a negative review here. I was a regular of the old threading place, M&A, and I happened to schedule an appointment with Noor unknowingly when it was still labeled as M&A. I immediately noticed the different decorations and when Noor came out, I asked her about everything. She stated that she was just temporarily redecorating, and that she was just covering the salon for the day because the owner was on vacation for a couple of days. She asked if I was here for threading and tinting, I said yes, and she rushed me into the chair and just started working. I stopped her and asked if I could tell her what I wanted because I always get them done a certain way, and she was very impatient and seemed rushed, which was odd to me. For context, the previous owner allowed me to have Groupon prices without purchasing the Groupon deal whenever I came in because I used to use Groupon. I figured that this would be the same, even while Noor was temping for her. I asked about the owner's vacation, and Noor's story changed. Instead of saying she was gone for just a little bit, she said the owner would be gone for a few months, but would return, and was spending time with her family. When it came time to pay, I let Noor know about the Groupon prices. She said she wouldn't be able to do that. Her story then changed again. She stated the owner was permanently gone, and had moved, and that she bought out the salon. She said that she would be charging her own prices for the service she had already completed which I felt was manipulative, as I now couldn't back out. The prices were over double. I now understood the reason she was trying to rush through without many questions. She got the old owner on the phone who told me to pay Noor's prices, as the salon was now hers. I will never go back, sadly. M&A used to be such a great place, but I won't support manipulative practices. As far as the eyebrows themselves, I had to return home and finish the job. As expected with rushed jobs, it was patchy and uneven. Save your money. read more
