I've always gotten my face waxed but I would sometimes get uncomfortable redness, burns, & rashes afterwards that would last for days. I decided to give threading a chance & booked with Samina, and it was an amazing experience! She is the kindest person I've ever met & treats all her customers like family, she has a very light hand and it is not painful at all. It was fine but the lady made my eyebrows really thin. This was my first time going and she didn't even ask what I wanted. Got started without letting me even say a word. Didn't show me progress just the end product. Fine I guess but she made my eyebrows super thin. I used to go here often, however, I haven't seen the girl who used to work at the front desk in a while. Their prices are now outrageous compared to other threading locations. Since then I have gone a few times. I have naturally thick brows. I always ask for a cleanup. The last two times I went, the girl threaded them at a complete diagonal, I had to wait months for them to grow back. I gave them one more shot and not only did they take off an insane amount of my thick eyebrows they ripped my skin because of how aggressive it was. I decided to give it a try as it was the closest to me and I had went awhile without getting my eyebrows done. I was helped by Mani who was super sweet and attentive.
