It's located in a shopping plaza so parking is free and readily available, with several options for food nearby. The store has a lot of room for tables for board games, tcg, and there are even tables for war games. They have a pretty good inventory of games, wargame product, and tcg. I first came here for a Lorcana TCG league, but quickly learned how the store is on pricing things. I only played for 1 season, because of the pricing. The materials we received were always priced higher than if you just bought them outright. I haven't looked much into other games, but I've heard they price things very high. This was also the hub for when I got into beyblade, but after a few months, we learned that new management didn't want us hosting events there anymore in place of another game. It was fun when I first got there, but over time, the store didn't really support the games I played, so it didn't feel very welcoming after a while. Your mileage may vary depending on your game.

The staff were not only disorganized, but they were also extremely rude. They muttered insults under their breath, condescended to customers, and even went so far as to fake attendance numbers. When I called them out in their Discord, they responded with outright aggression. This is completely unacceptable. Professionalism and respect should be the bare minimum in customer service, and they failed on every count. I will not be returning, and I urge others to think twice before supporting this store.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND D&B. BACKGROUND We have an attached den which was added about 20 years prior to our home purchase that had some seriously inadequate ventilation. All of the HVAC companies we interviewed all said that our A/C unit was undersized. The solutions offered were either a mini-split or a whole duct replacement and upgrades to...everything. All we needed is to get this one room temperature controlled so we decided a mini-split was the way to go. We narrowed down to two vendors. One vendor offered a 1 ton system with install at $300 more than we paid (we will not quote prices here, so don't ask). Dwight from D&B Unlimited proposed a Daikin 2 ton system and we went with him because during the interview process, we felt he had better knowledge of mini-splits and installs as well as he wasn't as pushy as the other company's rep. The installation took about 6 hours total. Dwight did all the work with no fuss and even cleaned up the dust. We went and checked the room and there was no trace of dust which is always a good sign of a professional. He demonstrated this awesomely awesome mini-split and wow, I want one in our bedroom! THE MINI-SPLIT This thing is super, super quiet. Long gone are those apartment days with the AAAAAAAAANNNNNGGGGGGG sounding box a/c units! I know it sounds like this is some new thing to me, but it's not. In just about every part of Asia, these mini-splits are installed in just about every home. I really wonder why more people aren't using these things. WHY WE WENT W/ DWIGHT AND DAIKIN Of note and being the thorough researcher that I am, Daikin got the nod over the other brands we were pitched because of three factors: 1) Yes, there are better. Mitsubishi is probably the gold standard when it comes to mini-splits. But as such, it comes with a price. Daikin is a great bang for the buck brand, esp the 2 ton, 18 SEER units 2) Daikin (Japan) is the largest A/C manufacturer in the *world*. Yes, the world. So good to know they're not a fly by night brand company. 3) 12 year warranty. SENSE MONITOR INSTALL I showed Dwight our Sense Energy monitor and he was really curious about the capability. It was really easy to install, but required him to drill out some homes in our main service box. Having never installed anything requiring me to remove the panel box gave me the heebie jeebies, but process-wise it's very simple. We are eager to see how this can monitor our home appliance and other device's energy usage. Note: we did not get the solar module because we already have an ammeter attached by Solar City.

On occasion, they will have their giant inflated Pikachu right out in front of the little shopping center area, so you can't miss it when that happens. What do they sell here? Kind of a little bit of everything really. There's toys, plushies, video games, models, figures, and of course Pokemon cards along with other stuff. Lots of fun stuff for all, and for all ages too as they have quite a bit of retro stuff floating around here. The place does remind me quite a bit of the kind of set-up I would see in Japan and stuff, where display cases are all over, with stuff just sprawled out inside of them for people to look and peruse over. There really aren't too many of these places like this anywhere nowadays. Good nostalgia just from that perspective. Makes it fun. How is the pricing of everything? Actually reasonable for most things I saw here. There were some things that seemed to be fairly overpriced, but it was mainly for the rarer stuff which is understandable, but still pretty far over the market price elsewhere (online and such). But the general stuff sold here were all fair enough for a physical store. The service here, I actually didn't really interact with them much. While I was walking around the store I did hear customers converse with the staff and it seemed friendly enough, so I assume it's fine. They seemed eager to help when people walked up to the counter-adjacent areas, so there's that. Though I didn't walk out with anything the first time I visited the place, finally, I certainly almost wanted to grab something quite a few times as I was making my way through there. Will definitely be back at some point later.
