By the time some of our other caterer inquiries responded Bekah had already provided us a detailed proposal for our event. That kind of service and responsiveness is unmatched! Day of our lunch she was amazing about updating us that her team had prepped all the food and were on their way to start setting up. That helped put us at ease that the event would be on time and we had nothing to worry about. Everything went off without a hitch and we received rave reviews about the food from everyone! We ordered the chicken, ribs, salad scalloped potatoes and the jalapeño poppers. The chicken was so juicy and the ribs were outstanding great flavor and fall right off the bone! The scalloped potatoes were delicious and the poppers went fast for appitizers! All the guests raved about how good the lunch was and wanted to take pictures of the business card for the future! It also comes with a bun. Shrimp - I think it was dipped in cornbread before frying and let me tell you, A1! It was a lil salty, but nothing too serious. Chicken Wings - Cooked thoroughly, crispy, could've been seasoned a little more. Potato salad - perfection, love when it's slightly chunky and the pickles, mmmm. Mac & Cheese - fire, thick noodles, blend of cheeses, creamy. Baked Beans - unsure if it was ground beef or turkey, I wanna say turkey, but they were good, slightly too ketchup/tomatoey for my liking. I would definitely be back. It is pretty pricey, but the combo I ordered is more than enough for a couple (2 people). I wound up sharing my meal with my brother because that's how much food there was.

I wanted to order that specific dish mentioned above, but there are quite a few options on the menu that include combo plates with plenty of classics as well as lots of breakfast items. The children were repeatedly running through the restaurant. One boy was also jumping on the leather couch. At one point, one of the boys came extremely close to my table and into my personal space while I was eating. The mother did eventually call him away, but this was after the behavior had continued for a while. The staff remained calm, professional, and respectful. They did not yell or immediately ask the family to leave. They simply asked the father to take the children outside after the disruptive behavior continued. This wasn't about children being children. In fact, it was about safety, courtesy, and respecting other diners. Servers were carrying hot food, and guests like me were trying to enjoy a meal after a long workday, not navigate an unexpected obstacle course. On a positive note, FIRED Pizza's food is excellent. Their monthly rotating menus are creative and worth trying because there is always something new and interesting to look forward to. The staff, food, and service have made my dining experiences there enjoyable. The food is not good, meat is over cooked, dried and flavorless. Salsa's are just as bad as the meats. Seasoning is just way off. The agua frescas were straight up bad, no flavor didn't even taste like horchata. By the way, never have I ever seen such small cups in my life!! Seriously!! Wish I had taken a pic of them. Their setup is not inviting nor appetizing. Same mediocre system as the rest of the service, very little cilantro, onion, radish and limes. Huge pieces of onion, "chopped" horribly, limes and radishes were cut very small of course to make the most of them. I wish they had done the same with the onion.
