I ordered flowers for a Birthday to be delivered ON the Birthdate. Come to find out they were never delivered, but when I called Nora's Flowers the system shows delivered?! At first the person who answered said, ok let me call the driver and ask for a picture of the flowers being delivered. I will call you back, calls back and said " The driver didn't deliver, because no one open the door"? But you just said they were delivered! Then I start looking at the reviews, only to find out they are known to do this. READ THE REVIEWS before you order! First and last time!!! They could have called, if no answer, they could have left a message or reported back to the store so they could have called me or the number provided!!! They provided wilted flowers a day late and the driver lied about trying to make the same day delivery the prior day. So disappointed. Specifically chose this local florist because they were in the same city as the recipient. Specified a.m. delivery as it was an employee's last day and they were leaving at lunch time. At 2 p.m. had to call and was told they had no way to get a hold of their driver (don't believe that for one minute - don't have their employee's cell phone number), they can't guarantee specific delivery time (didn't need a guaranteed specific time, just asked it be before noon) and then the third time I called was told that because they were delivered to a professional business they assumed they had until 5 p.m. when the instructions clearly state need before noon. Will NOT use them again, avoid if you have another option. read more

I was supposed to be many plants in a decorative basket. Long story short it was a tiny backer not worth more than $30 with one plant. It looked cheap and totally out of place. The people who answer the phone pretend to be the actual floral designers when the calls, essentially, are being outsourced to the Philippines. In addition, they took my credit card with the assurance that the desired flowers would be delivered the same day- the invoice of whixh they sent had a contact number with only six digits. Avoid the hassle and the scam. This company is untrustworthy, and unreliable not to mention they falsely represent to be a local small-scale florist, however, it couldn't be further from the truth!
