Sorry honey, I know you attempted to surprise me for my birthday since we are living 600 miles apart due to work but you should have had the kids just stop at Albertson's. These flowers were horrible! Supposed to be purples and Lilax colors but they were red with pink and purple fillers. Next they were dead within 48 hours (the molars are still perky). My experience was exactly what I was hoping for when I was planning a wedding in Paso Robles. I knew what flowers and color scheme I wanted, but they helped suggest flowers that complimented very well. The quality of their flowers was spectacular. The hydrangeas are the prettiest and fullest hydrangeas I've ever seen. They got me EXACTLY what I wanted AND at a great price. I picked up the flowers the day before the wedding and transported them f our hours north with no damage to the flowers. They knew EXACTLY how many flowers I needed for (5) bouquets, (3) boutinners, (8) centerpieces, (1) large eucalyptus spray, (8) arrangements for the ceramony, and various flowers spread throughout the ceremony and reception. My brother and sister-in-law ordered our anniversary bouquet from Picazzo. My brother called me while my husband and I were out and about. He asked if we received our bouquet? I explained to him that we hadn't been home. He stated he is in front of our house, and per Picazzo, one of their messages stated that our flower was delivered, and another message states as an unknown address. My sister-in-law wanted to confirm our address. I gave them my address, which was the correct one that was given to the shop. She was extremely upset with the incorrect information that was given to her. When the shop suggested for us to go pick it up, she was furious and told them that she had already paid to have it delivered. *Anniversary Saturday Nov 4th. Delivery was on Sunday evening. I purchased the Sincere Stargazers Bouquet (PREMIUM-bundle), for pick-up at the Heaven location (8200 Heaven Ave. Suite 3106, Rancho Cucamonga). When I arrived I was instructed to drive over to the Ontario location (800 S. Milliken) because thats where online orders are collected - different from my order instructions. When I arrived I was presented with a bouquet that was definitely not the PREMIUM bouquet I ordered. What I received was not the premium flowers ordered nor worth the amount paid. I should have received the flowers I paid for as they were available at the first location. I should have been refunded the difference for the flowers received. The customer service received was very poor and should have been compensated with some money back as this was not worth $183.78 total amount paid. Let me preface by saying this review is WAY overdue...like, by nearly two years. My husband and I were on a strict budget due to going through escrow and wedding planning at the same time. Our order was relatively small - boutonnieres, 3 bouquets, and two corsages for the mothers. I met with Felipe and his wife a couple of times and together we were able to come up with the most beautiful flowers! My bouquet had holly berries, red roses, tiny pine cones and pine fronds. It was small and easy to carry (I'm not a fan of huge bouquets - I'm not schlepping that sh*t around all day thanks). The flowers were delivered on time and the price was very reasonable. This family business is my First choice for flowers in Ontario and the surrounding area. I can buy one rose or have a custom built bouquet. They deliver a quality product each and every time. They have flowers that Costco or your local supermarkets can only dream of (bigger and higher quality long stem roses for example). I highly recommend them. The owner and his staff are professional and friendly. If you can't find what you want, they'll order it or make it. They have a warehouse full of stuff and a giant refrigerator for their flowers. In addition to the above, their prices are reasonable. They even have selections for people with a tight budget in mind. Ask them what you want and they'll try their best to help. My order was Saturday May 09, 2020... I know it was Mother's day though but I ordered "The FTD® Love In Bloom™ Bouquet" for my girlfriend living at Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. OMG an amazing Bouquet came out to shine even better than they posted in the photo. I understand there were so many orders to be delivered that day, where mine got delivered late at 10.00 pm that night, after me calling 3 times from overseas just to make sure it'll make it all the way to my girlfriend's house. Ofcourse delivering late is better than not delivering, but my flowers had all day to show up and surprise her - unfortunately - 3 times during the day, me calling from overseas, I've been told it on the go and maybe in 1 or 2 hours it'll be there. 10.00 pm is not satisfying. I have to admit flowers was good, team contact was good, but Time is everything guys considering a surprise flowers bluquet. Hopefully next time, I'll get the real deal . I paid for the $94.99 one and it doesnt even look like its worth that much plus they charged 10 for delivery which in thier site states $9 but i guess they charge more for delivery in the same city as their business. I have been meaning to write this review for awhile now. For Mothers Day this year I decided to have a flower arrangement sent to my step-mother. She was planning on visiting by brother and sister-in-law who live in Ontario. I live in the Bay Area and while I wasn't going to see my stepmother I wanted to make sure I could send her something beautiful, like flowers, to let her know that she is loved. When I went to place my order online delivery for Mothers Day was no longer available so I chose Saturday delivery (the day before Mothers Day). Well, Saturday arrived and it was late in the day when I realized my stepmother had not received her flowers. By this it was late in the afternoon, I think it was literally 10 minutes before their closing time. Luckily, when I called Francisco answered the phone. I explained to him that I had placed my order on their website...it actually took a bit of time before he was able to find the order in his system, which of course was a little troubling. Eventually he found the order and then proceeded to confirm if it had/had not been delivered. Of course it had not delivered and so I waited on the phone wondering if/how he would try to remedy the situation. He did in fact handle the situation well and actually went a bit above and beyond. Aside from remaining calm and patient while he worked to resolve the issue Francisco promised that the arrangement would be delivered first thing in the morning on Mother Day and that the bouquet would be especially lovely. It was and they did in fact deliver the arrangement in the morning as promised! I appreciate that he did such a commendable job on solving the problem and actually went a little beyond what he needed to do. I will be sure to use Picazo's in the future if I need to have flowers delivered to a family member in the Rancho Cucamonga/Ontario area. Thank you! read more

So, for my wedding day, we chose a small, local business to order my bouquet considering we wanted a more personalized service and we liked the idea of supporting a small business within the city we just moved to. Extremely dissatisfied! We arranged to meet with the owner, Felipe, and sit down with him for close to an hour. I brought several pictures of bouquet designs that I wanted, as well as very specific flowers and colors. He diligently took notes and described back to me what he could do. I left the meeting feeling great about choosing this business. So, fast forward to the day of our wedding...delivery was 90 minutes late, and we only got it because I called and reminded them about my order. Then, my bouquet was the exact OPPOSITE of what I ordered. I ordered sunflowers, orange ranaculas, fall colored leaves like maple, with a lot of greenery on the sides. . What I got was a bouquet of pink roses (Happy Valentine's Day??) Yes, PINK!!! Not very fall like! Absolutely ZERO greenery, instead, baby's breath. Zero maple leaves, pale pink ranaculas, not orange. And most of them were small and dried up. So, I went to Trader Joe's last minute and in a rush because his 90 minute lag put us all behind. I bought sunflowers, fall foliage and greenery that blended well with our wedding colors that were fall inspired, and made my own bouquet. This guy is a total joke and won't listen to one thing you want. He'll just give you leftover flowers in hopes you won't notice, or care. I wish I had just ordered from Conroys like everybody else does. I would've gotten it on time, and with the flowers I actually ordered. Never Again! Future brides beware!!!! read more
