He said he would if I agreed to pay him for another service (cartridge cleaning). He then returned without warning in the pouring rain. His demeanor was very off. Our situation was worse then expected and Pool Bros lived up to their reputation walking us through each problem we had. The filter was broken, water was leaking when we tried to add water, parts were missing, and the cover had a hole. From David who told us exactly what we needed to purchase, to Chris the service tech and Dan who called to explain the situation, Pool Bros are miracle workers.
